Claims (14)
- Procédé pour l'application de bandes sur des boîtes à oeufs (E), dans lequel les boîtes à oeufs sont avancées progressivement sur un rail (4), la bande (B) est posée sur la boîte, tenue pressée autour de la boîte et les extrémités sont collées,
caractérisée en ce que

- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, dans une première étape de pliage, la bande (B) est pliée en même temps des deux côtés vers le bas (25) et, seulement dans une deuxième étape de pliage, une moitié de bande est pliée sous la surface d'appui (31) et ensuite la deuxième moitié de bande munie d'adhésif est posée sur la première moitié de bande.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les extrémités collées de la bande sont pressées par en-dessous au moyen d'un rouleau de pression fixe (41) sur la surface de pression pendant l'écartement de la boîte à oeufs de l'extrémité libre et en porte-à-faux du rail (4) .
- Procédé selon une revendication 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que, dans chaque position, deux boîtes à oeufs ou plus parcourent en même temps la même étape de procédé.
- Machine pour l'application de bandes sur des boîtes à oeufs (E), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dispositif de transport (6) pour le déplacement progressif des boîtes à oeufs à entourer d'une bande et reposant sur un rail (4), le dispositif de transport déplaçant les boîtes à oeufs depuis une unité de distribution de bande (20) via une station d'application d'adhésif (40) vers une station de pliage (25, 31) et enlevant ces boîtes à oeufs du rail (4) au -dessus d'un rouleau de pression (41) dans la zone de l'extrémité libre et en porte-à-faux du rail.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les boîtes à oeufs sont menées couchées sur un rail plat (4) avec une nervure centrale longitudinale (5), le rail étant logé du côté d'extrémité libre et en porte-à-faux dans la direction de poussée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transport (6) est composé d'une large barre plate (7) avec deux coulisseaux d'extrémité (8) et un coulisseau central (9) et est équipé de moyens pour soulever et abaisser ainsi que pour déplacer vers l'avant et vers l'arrière (11) cette barre plate (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un serre-flanc (10) commandé par ressort est agencé sur le dessous de la barre plate (7) dans une zone entre le coulisseau central (9) et le coulisseau (8) situé dans la direction de poussée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la station de pliage (25) comprend pour le pliage vertical au moins deux plaques de ressort (28) avec des listeaux de pression (29), les plaques de ressort étant déplaçables en haut et en bas par un support commun au moyen d'une unité de cylindre à piston (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la station de pliage (31) comprend pour le pliage horizontal au moins deux plaques de ressort (32) déplaçables temporellement l'une après l'autre successivement et ayant des listeaux de pression (33), au moins la plaque de ressort d'un côté (32) et au moins la plaque de ressort de l'autre côté étant chacune équipées d'une unité de cylindre à piston (36, 37).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de distribution de bande (20) est un dispositif margeur de papier mécano-pneumatique, lequel pose les bandes découpées au-dessus de la boîte à oeufs (E).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de distribution de bande (20) comprend un rouleau de réserve et un dispositif de découpe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif comprend une plaque de travail (3), qui est situé dans le même plan que le rail (4), sur lequel les boîtes à oeufs (E) reposent pendant l'application de bandes.
