Description
Claims (6)
- Backofen mit einer Vorrichtung (7), welche die Entlüftung des Ofens in Abhängigkeit der mit dem Druckgefälle zwischen dem Inneren des Ofens (12) und seiner Umgebung variierenden Temperatur einer Gasströmung regelt, und mit einer Entlüftungsöffnung (A), einer nach außen führenden Uberdruckleitung (3), und einem Entlüftungsventilator (4), um den Ofen über die Entlüftungsöffnung zu entlüften, wobei besagte Vorrichtung (7) den Ventilator (4) aufgrund von durch einen am Ausgang der Überdruckleitung angebrachten Temperatursensor (8) gemessenen Werten steuert.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Entlüftungsöffnung (A) mindestens das Zehnfache des Querschnittes der Überdruckleitung (3) beträgt.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Überdruckleitung (3) kleiner als 1 cm2 ist, und dass ihre Länge mindestens das Dreifache der grössten Dimension ihres Querschnittes beträgt.
- Verfahren zur Entlüftung eines Backofens nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, wobei ein unterer (R) und ein oberer Schwellwert (S) des gemessenen Temperatur-Wertes vorbestimmt werden; die Stärke der Entlüftung beim Überschreiten des oberen Schwellwertes um einen bestimmten Betrag vergrössert, und anschliessend bis zum Erreichen eines Maximalwertes weiter erhöht wird, solange die gemessene Grösse den oberen Schwellwert (S) übertrifft; die Stärke der Entlüftung nachdem der untere Schwellwert (R) unterschritten und während einer gewissen Verzögerungszeit (Δt) nicht wieder überschritten wurde, um einen bestimmten Betrag vermindert, und anschliessend stufenweise bis zum Erreichen eines Minimalwertes weiter gesenkt wird, solange die gemessene Grösse unter dem unteren Schwellwert (S) bleibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitabstand zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Erhöhungen der Entlüftungsstärke konstant und kleiner als derjenige zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Reduktionen der Entlüftungsstärke ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zeitabstände zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Erhöhungen und/oder Reduktionen der Entlüftungsstärke nach einem Überschreiten des oberen (S), respektive einem Unterschreiten des unteren Schwellwertes (R) progressiv kürzer werden.
