Claims (6)

  1. Installation de reliure par collage composée de plusieurs stations de traitement et d'un dispositif de transport qui reçoit des corps d'ouvrage (1B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B) et qui les achemine jusqu'à des stations de traitement, les stations de traitement comprenant un circuit de transport de couvertures et l'installation présentant un magasin intermédiaire, de manière que, via le circuit de transport de couvertures, une couverture (3U) puisse être transportée jusqu'à un magasin intermédiaire et y être stockée durant l'intervalle séparant l'arrivée de deux corps d'ouvrage (1B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B), et que, au niveau du circuit de transport de couvertures, mais en amont du magasin intermédiaire de la couverture (3U), soit placée une voie d'amenage pour un onglet (3F) d'une station d'onglets également située au niveau du circuit de transport de couvertures, de manière que le corps d'ouvrage (3B) puisse être relié à la couverture (3U) lors de l'arrivée dans le magasin intermédiaire après passage par la voie d'amenage pour l'onglet (3F), caractérisée en ce que la station d'onglets est placée sous le circuit de transport de couvertures et en ce que la voie d'amenage de l'onglet (3F) est formée d'une fente longitudinale du circuit de transport de couvertures.
  2. Installation de reliure par collage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'onglet (3F) peut être mis en place lors de l'arrivée d'un corps d'ouvrage (3B) correspondant sur la voie d'amenage au corps d'ouvrage (3B).
  3. Installation de reliure par collage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la couverture (3U) située dans le magasin intermédiaire peut être mise en place sur le corps d'ouvrage (3B) préalablement muni de l'onglet (3F) et être ensuite enfoncé au moins à certains endroits du dos et/ou des côtés limitrophes.
  4. Procédé de reliure de produits d'imprimerie sur une installation de reliure par collage selon lequel des corps d'ouvrage (1B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B) sont acheminés par un dispositif de transport jusqu'à des stations de traitement comprenant un circuit de transport de couvertures de manière que, via le circuit de transport de couvertures, une couverture (3U) soit transportée jusqu'à un magasin intermédiaire et y soit stockée durant l'intervalle séparant l'arrivée de deux corps d'ouvrage (1B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B), qu'un onglet (3F) soit amené au niveau du circuit de transport de couvertures, mais en amont du magasin intermédiaire de la couverture (3U), via une voie d'amenage et que le corps d'ouvrage (3B) soit relié à la couverture (3U) lors de l'arrivée au magasin intermédiaire après passage par la voie d'amenage pour l'onglet (3F), caractérisé en ce que l'onglet (3F) est d'abord placé sous le circuit de transport de couvertures avant d'être intégré au circuit de transport de couvertures en passant par une fente longitudinale.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'onglet (3F) est placé sur la voie d'amenage au corps d'ouvrage (3B) lors de l'arrivée d'un corps d'ouvrage (3B) correspondant.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la couverture (3U) située dans le magasin intermédiaire est mise en place sur le corps d'ouvrage (3B) préalablement muni de l'onglet (3F) et ensuite enfoncé au moins à certains endroits du dos et/ou des côtés limitrophes.
