Abstract

Kraftstoffeinspritzventil mit einem Ventilkörper (1), in dem in einer Bohrung (12) ein kolbenförmiges Ventilglied (10) entgegen einer Schließkraft längsverschiebbar angeordnet ist. Am brennraumseitigen Ende des Ventilglieds (10) ist eine Ventildichtfläche (15) ausgebildet, die mit einem Ventilsitz (17) zur Steuerung wenigstens einer Einspritzöffnung (19) zusammenwirkt. Das Ventilglied (10) ist in einem brennraumabgewandten Abschnitt in der Bohrung (12) geführt und verjüngt sich zum Brennraum hin unter Bildung einer Druckschulter (11), die mit Kraftstoff beaufschlagt ist. Die Längsbewegung des Ventilglieds (10) wird durch die hydraulische Kraft auf die Druckschulter (11) gesteuert, welche hydraulische Kraft entgegen der Schließkraft gerichtet ist. Die Schließkraft wird durch wenigstens einen Faltenbalg (35; 37) erzeugt, der in einem im Ventilhaltekörper (7) ausgebildeten Federraum (45) unter Vorspannung angeordnet ist. Der Faltenbalg (35; 37) weist dabei keinen Verschleiß auf, so daß der Öffnungsdruck des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils während des gesamten Betriebs konstant bleibt (Figur 1).
