Claims (10)
- Strukturen aufweisender Materialstreifen mit aus seiner Streifenebene herausragenden Stanzstrukturen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Teil der herausragenden Stanzstrukturen (2) die Form eines Vielecks aufweisen, das mit einer Kante (4), deren Länge kleiner ist als zwei angrenzende Seiten (5), mit dem Materialstreifen (1) verbunden ist, dass die beiden angrenzenden Seiten (5) an ihren der Kante (4) abgewandten Enden durch zwei weitere Seiten (6) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Seiten symmetrisch zu einer Mittelsenkrechten der Kante angeordnet sind und jeweils einen Winkel α von etwa 20° bis 80° zur Mittelsenkrechten bilden und wobei durch die Stanzstrukturen (2) in dem Materialstreifen (1) gebildete Stanzöffnungen (8) parallel zu den an die Kante (4) angrenzenden Seiten (5) je einen freigeschnittenen Schlitz (7) aufweisen.
- Strukturen aufweisender Materialstreifen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel α etwa 40° bis 60° beträgt.
- Strukturen aufweisender Materialstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der freigeschnittenen Schlitze (7) jeweils ein Verhältnis zur Breite der Stanzstruktur (2), parallel zur Kante (4) von etwa 1 : 10 bis 1 : 40 aufweist.
- Strukturen aufweisender Materialstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stanzstrukturen (2) einen Winkel γ von etwa 10° bis 30° vorzugsweise etwa 20°, zur Senkrechten auf der Streifenebene bilden.
- Strukturen aufweisender Materialstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Materialstreifen (1) aus Metall gebildet ist.
- Strukturen aufweisender Materialstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stanzstrukturen (2) symmetrisch zur Mittelachse des Materialstreifens (1) angeordnet sind.
- Strukturen aufweisender Materialstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Materialstreifen (1) weitere Strukturen (3), insbesondere gestanzte Strukturen, angeordnet sind.
- Streifenverbund aus mehreren flächig parallel zueinander angeordneten Strukturen aufweisenden Materialstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Stanzstrukturen (2) eines Materialstreifens (1) in Stanzöffnungen (8) eines benachbarten Materialstreifens (1) eingreifen.
- Streifenverbund Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiteren Seiten (6) der Stanzstrukturen (2) eines Materialstreifens (1) jeweils auf einer Begrenzungskante der freigeschnittenen Schlitze (7) der Stanzöffnungen (8) eines benachbarten Materialstreifens (1) abgestützt sind.
- Verwendung der Strukturen aufweisenden Materialstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zur Herstellung von metallischen Leiterrahmen.
