Claims (14)
- Procédé pour vriller sur presse une pièce métallique (12), dans lequel on prévoit un dispositif de vrillage (13) faisant partie d'un outil à suivre, destiné à imprimer une torsion prédéfinie (α) à la pièce métallique (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant les étapes consistant à:faire avancer la pièce métallique (12) au niveau du dispositif de vrillage ;bloquer une zone antérieure (12a) et une zone postérieure (12b) de la pièce métallique (12) ;faire tourner selon un angle prédéterminé (β) la zone postérieure (12b) de la pièce métallique (12), tout en maintenant bloquée la zone antérieure (12a), afin d'imprimer la torsion selon l'angle (α) prédéterminé en une zone (12c) située entre ladite zone antérieure (12a) et ladite zone postérieure (12b) ;relâcher la zone antérieure (12a) et la zone postérieure (12b) de la pièce métallique vrillée ; et àévacuer la pièce métallique vrillée (12) hors du dispositif de vrillage (13) et à faire avancer la pièce subséquente devant être vrillée.
- Outil à suivre, destiné à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2.
- Outil à suivre destiné à façonner une pièce métallique, présentant une semelle inférieure statique (2), une semelle supérieure mobile (3) et un dévêtisseur mobile (8), tous les deux à déplacement alternatif de montée et de descente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de vrillage (13) pour imprimer à la pièce métallique (12) une torsion selon un angle prédéterminé (α).
- Dispositif de vrillage sur presse, destiné à imprimer une torsion prédéfinie (α) à une pièce métallique (12), faisant partie d'un outil à suivre (1), qui présente une semelle inférieure statique (2), une semelle supérieure mobile (3) et un dévêtisseur mobile (8), tous les deux à déplacement alternatif de montée et de descente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :une partie antérieure fixe de blocage et de relâchement (16) d'une zone antérieure (12a) de la pièce métallique (12) ;une partie postérieure rotative de blocage et de relâchement (22) d'une zone postérieure (12b) de la pièce métallique (12) ; etdes moyens de mise en rotation selon un angle prédéterminé (β) de la partie postérieure de blocage et de relâchement (22).
- Dispositif de vrillage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie antérieure fixe de blocage et de relâchement (16) comprend une sous-partie (17) solidaire du dévêtisseur (8) et/ou une sous-partie (18) solidaire de la semelle inférieure (2).
- Dispositif de vrillage selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie postérieure rotative de blocage et de relâchement (22) comprend deux mâchoires (23, 24) pouvant se rapprocher et s'éloigner l'une de l'autre et qui peuvent tourner ensemble lorsqu'elles sont fermées.
- Dispositif de vrillage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux mâchoires (23, 24) sont rapprochées l'une de l'autre et fermées par la descente et l'appui du dévêtisseur (8) sur la mâchoire supérieure (23), ledit dévêtisseur (8) étant descendu par appui de la semelle supérieure (3).
- Dispositif de vrillage selon la revendication 7 ou la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les deux mâchoires (23, 24) sont éloignées l'une de l'autre par des moyens de rappel (42), lorsque le dévêtisseur (8) n'est plus en appui sur la mâchoire supérieure (23).
- Dispositif de vrillage selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément de pivotement (36) solidaire des, et formant axe de rotation pour, les deux mâchoires (23, 24), présentant une denture latérale (49), apte à venir en prise avec les moyens de mise en rotation.
- Dispositif de vrillage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de mise en rotation comprennent une crémaillère (53) engrenant avec la denture (49) de l'élément de pivotement (36).
- Dispositif de vrillage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la crémaillère (53) coulisse dans une glissière (54) et effectue un déplacement alternatif de montée et de descente.
- Dispositif de vrillage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la crémaillère (53) est descendue par un poussoir (57) solidaire de la semelle supérieure (3), et en ce que la crémaillère (53) est remontée par un levier de remontée (61) solidaire de la semelle supérieure (3), venant attraper une saillie (63) de la crémaillère (53).
- Dispositif de vrillage selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (57) comprend un écrou (59) destiné à ajuster la longueur dudit poussoir (57), entraínant une variation de la course de coulissement de la crémaillère (53), ce qui permet de régler l'angle de rotation (β) des deux mâchoires (23, 24), qui est sensiblement égal à l'angle de torsion (α) de la pièce métallique.
