Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Brennen von karbonathaltigem Material in einem Schachtofen (1), mit Schwerkraftförderung durch eine Vorwärmzone (7), mindestens eine Brennzone (8) und eine Kühlzone (9) zu einer Austragsvorrichtung (5), wobei eine Brennstoffzufuhr in der Brennzone (8) oder angrenzend an diese über mehrere durch die Schachtwand (3, 4) geführte Brennlanzen (13) erfolgt und Verbrennungsluft als Kühlluft unter Überdruck zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brennlanzen (13) zur Auswahl der Position ihrer Mündungen (14) während des Ofenbetriebs senkrecht zur Schachtwand (3, 4) derart verschoben werden, dass die sich an den Brennlanzen (13) ausbildenden Einzelflammen gemeinsam einen Flammbereich bilden, der sich mindestens angenähert über den gesamten Schachtquerschnitt erstreckt, wobei zum Brennen ein Brennmaterial ausgewählt wird, dessen Korngrösse im Bereich von 5 bis 70 mm liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brennstoffzufuhr über mehrere übereinander vorgesehene Gruppen von jeweils in mindestens angenähert gleicher Ebenen (10-12) angeordnete Brennlanzen (13) erfolgt und in Abhängigkeit vom gewünschten Brenngrad in der Brennzone ein in Ofenlängsrichtung verlaufendes Temperaturprofil durch Verändern der Brennstoffzufuhr zu einer oder mehreren der einzelnen Lanzengruppen eingeregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperaturverteilung über den Schachtquerschnitt durch Verschieben der Lanzen (13) in Abhängigkeit von durch Messsonden ermittelten Temperaturwerten eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur gleichmässigen, gemeinsamen Abdeckung des Schachtquerschnittes durch einzelne, übereinander vorgesehene Flammbereiche die Verschieberichtung von übereinander angeordneten Brennlanzen (13) in Umfangsrichtung des Schachtes zueinander versetzt verläuft.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Brennlanzen, zusätzlich zu Brennstoff Verbrennungsluft zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die über die Brennlanzen (13) zuzuführende Verbrennungsluft innerhalb der Vorwärmzone (7) erwärmt wird, indem sie durch Wärmetauscherrohre (36) geführt wird, die parallel zur Schachtwand (3, 4) und auf den Ofenquerschnitt verteilt im Vorwärmbereich (7) des Ofens hängend angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, zum Brennen in einem Mehrschachtofen (40) nach dem Regenerativverfahren durch zeitlich zwischen den Schächten (41, 42) abwechselnder Zufuhr von Verbrennungsluft im Gleichstrom, und mit kontinuierlicher Gegenstromzufuhr von Kühlluft im unteren Bereich der Schächte (41, 42), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Brennstoffzufuhr im Gleichstrombetrieb in einem der Schächte (41, 42), in einem oder mehreren anderen, mit ersterem quer verbundenen Schächten (42, 41), Brennstoff mit oder ohne Verbrennungsluft über in der Brennzone (44) angeordnete, quer zur Ofenwand verschiebbare Brennlanzen (52, 55) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brennstoffzufuhr während jeweils einer der Betriebsperioden des Regenerativverfahrens in einem der Schächte (41, 42) im Gleichstrom über hängend angeordnete Brennlanzen (51) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die maximale Einschubtiefe der Brennlanzen (51, 52, 55) bis nahe an das Zentrum des Schachtquerschnittes reicht, so dass die zugehörige Flamme (53, 54) das Zentrum erreicht, wobei die lichte Weite des Schachtraumes auf 3 m begrenzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die am weitesten in den Schachtraum hineinragenden Brennlanzen (51, 52, 55) durch ein Kühlmittel durchströmt werden.
