Claims (9)
- Drosselklappensteller für einen Kraftfahrzeugmotor, welcher einen mit elektrischer Energie zu versorgenden Stellmotor und räumlich getrennt davon ein Potentiometer zur Positionsermittlung einer Welle der Drosselklappe hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drosselklappensteller eine mit Abstützungen (8, 9) fest im Drosselklappensteller abgestützte Leiterbrücke (3) aufweist, welche zwei starre Leiterschienen (4, 5) zur Energieversorgung des Stellmotors und Leiter (28) zur Kontaktierung von Leiterbahnen (21 - 24) des Potentiometers hat, und dass jede der beiden Leiterschienen (4, 5) und die Leiter (28) jeweils mit einem Steckerstift (11 - 16) einer Steckeraufnahme (10) der Leiterbrücke (3) verbunden sind.
- Drosselklappensteller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiterschienen (4, 5) zwei durch Spritzgießen in einer Spritzgießform erzeugte Kunststoffkörper (6, 7) miteinander verbinden, welche jeweils eine der Abstützungen (8, 9) aufweisen.
- Drosselklappensteller nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiterschienen (4, 5) zusammen mit den Leitern (28) und den Steckerstiften (11 - 16) als in eine Spritzgießform einsetzbares und dort zur Bildung der Kunststoffkörper (6, 7) an den Enden zu umspritzendes Einlegeteil (27) ausgebildet sind.
- Drosselklappensteller nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlegeteil (27) im Bereich der Kunststoffkörper (6, 7) nach dem Spritzgießen durch Freistanzungen (31, 32) zu entfernende Verbindungsstege (29, 30) zwischen den Leiterschienen (4, 5) und den Leitern (28) aufweist.
- Drosselklappensteller nach zumindest einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiter (28) mit elastischen Anschlussfahnen (17 - 20) auf den Leiterbahnen (21 - 24) des Potentiometers (2) aufsitzen und mit diesen jeweils durch eine Laserlichtschweißung verbunden sind.
- Drosselklappensteller nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlegeteil (27) vollständig mit einer elektrisch leitenden, hochglänzenden Metallschicht überzogen ist und dass die Anschlussfahnen (17 - 20) im Bereich der Laserlichtschweißung durch eine Prägung eine raue Oberfläche aufweisen.
- Drosselklappensteller nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einlegeteil (27) vollständig mit Silber überzogen ist.
- Drosselklappensteller nach zumindest einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiterschienen (4, 5) in dem dem Stellmotor zugeordneten Kunststoffkörper (6) mit zwei Kontaktpfosten (25, 26) enden und der Stellmotor zwei in einem spitzen Winkel gegen diese Kontaktpfosten (25, 26) anliegende, eine Klemm-Schneidverbindung ermöglichende Kontaktfahnen hat.
- Drosselklappensteller nach zumindest einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steckerstifte (11 - 16) in einem dichtend aus dem Drosselklappensteller herausgeführten, äußeren Gerätestecker angeordnet sind.
