Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von auf einem Sammelhefter zusammengetragenen Falzprodukten (20a, 20b), insbesondere Falzbogen oder fadengesiegelte Falzbogen, die auf einer Fördereinrichtung (10) des Sammelhefters mit ihren Rücken (32) nach oben gerichtet hängend transportiert werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sammelhefter eine Station (24) zum Beleimen der Rücken (32) der auf dem Sammelhefter hängenden Falzprodukte aufweist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Station (24) zum Beleimen der Rücken (32) einen Leimauftragskopf (30) sowie eine Niederhaltevorrichtung (40) aufweist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leimauftragskopf (30) mit einem Steuergerät (36) verbunden ist, welches die Menge des aufzutragenden Klebstoffes und/oder den Zeitpunkt der Klebstoffauftragung steuert. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Station (24) zum Beleimen unmittelbar vor der Station (26) zum Aufbringen des Umschlages (22) auf die Sammelkette vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung weiterhin eine Heftstation zum Heften der Falzprodukte mit Drahtklammern aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weiterhin eine Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die jeweils selektiv den Einsatz der Station zum Beleimen oder den Einsatz der Station zum Heften freigibt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Station zum Beleimen (24) mehrfach vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Station zum Beleimen (24) in Bewegungsrichtung der Sammelkette (10) nach jedem Falzbogenanleger vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang der Sammelkette (10) Sensoren (34) vorgesehen sind, die mit der Steuereinrichtung zum Auftragen des Klebstoffes auf den Rücken (32) verbunden sind und damit das Aufbringen des Klebstoffes auf den Rücken steuern. - Verfahren zum Verbinden von auf einem Sammelhefter zusammengetragenen Falzprodukten (20a, 20b), insbesondere Falzbogen oder fadengeheftete Falzbogen, wobei wenigstens ein Falzprodukt (20a, 20b) von einem Falzbogenanleger einer Sammelkette eines Sammelhefters zugeführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Rücken (32) eines auf der Sammelkette (10) hängenden Falzproduktes entlang des Rückens (32) Klebstoff aufgetragen wird und das mit Klebstoff versehene Falzprodukt anschließend mit einem weiteren Falzprodukt (22, 20b) abgedeckt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbringen des Klebstoffes mit Hilfe einer Beleimungsstation (24) durchgeführt wird, die einen Beleimungskopf (30) sowie eine Niederhalteeinrichtung (40) aufweist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leimkopf (30) mit einer Steuereinrichtung (36) verbunden ist, die die aufzubringende Klebstoffmenge und/oder den Zeitpunkt des Aufbringens des Klebstoffes steuert. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klebstoff unmittelbar vor dem Aufbringen des Umschlages (22) auf den Rücken (32) aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klebstoff auf ein fadengesiegeltes Falzprodukt aufgebracht wird - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vielzahl von Falzprodukten mit Hilfe einer Vielzahl von Falzbogenanlegern der Sammelkette (10) zu zugeführt werden, so dass diese übereinander hängen und jeweils nach dem Zuführen eines Falzproduktes auf die Sammelkette (10) auf den Rücken des gerade zugeführten Falzproduktes Klebstoff aufgebracht wird. - Mehrseitiges Druckprodukt mit einem Umschlag (22) und einer Mehrzahl von innerhalb des Umschlages liegenden Seiten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innerhalb des Umschlages (22) liegenden Seiten durch Fadensiegelung miteinander verbunden sind und der Umschlag mit den miteinander verbundenen Innenseiten durch einen Klebstoff an der Kante der Innenseiten verbunden ist. - Mehrseitiges Druckprodukt mit einem Umschlag (22) und einer Mehrzahl von innerhalb des Umschlags liegenden Seiten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innerste Falzbogen oder fadengesiegelte oder durch andere Verfahren verbundenes Falzprodukt durch Fugitivkleber zum Ablösen desselben mit dem Druckprodukt verbunden ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Klebstoffauftrag und der Zuführung des Umschlages oder eines weiteren Falzproduktes eine Andruckstation (27), vorzugsweise eine gefederte Formrolle, zur Fixierung der Klebstoffe mit dem Umschlag oder eines weiteren Falzproduktes angeordnete ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 18
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andruckstation (27) mehrfach wie die Station (24) zum Beleimen vorgesehen ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch seitliche Leimköpfe zur seitlichen Beleimung des Falzproduktes vorgesehen sind.
