Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif à couper les carreaux
    comportant un bâti (2) qui possède une surface de support (3) pour des carreaux,
    ainsi qu'un organe de coupe (12) pour générer un emplacement de rupture dans une surface de carreau, ledit organe de coupe (12) étant monté mobile en translation sur le bâti (2) au-dessus de la surface de support (3) par des moyens de guidage (6 à 11) et étant pourvu d'un levier (15) par lequel l'organe de coupe (12) peut être pivoté manuellement autour d'un axe parallèlement à la surface de support (3) pour générer la pression d'application nécessaire,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens de guidage (6 à 11) destinés à guider l'organe de coupe (12) pendant une opération de coupe le long d'une trajectoire incurvée comprennent un montage (6 à 11), mobile en translation linéaire dans deux directions, de l'organe de coupe (12) conjointement avec le levier (15), et
    le montage (6 à 11) comprend deux rails de circulation parallèles (6, 7) sur lesquels sont montés respectivement des chariots de circulation (8, 9), et comprend un autre rail de circulation (10) qui relie mutuellement fermement les chariots de circulation (8, 9) des deux rails de circulation parallèles (6, 7) et qui reçoit une unité de réception (11) pour l'organe de coupe (12) conjointement avec le levier (15) avec faculté de translation le long de cet autre rail de circulation (10).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage comprennent un gabarit de guidage (14, 21, 22, 31, 32, 41) s'étendant le long de la trajectoire incurvée désirée, via lequel l'organe de coupe (12) peut être guidé.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le gabarit de guidage (14) comprend une butée s'étendant en correspondance de la trajectoire incurvée désirée ou bien est réalisé en forme de fente (13) suivant la trajectoire incurvée désirée.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le gabarit de guidage (14) est susceptible d'être agencé au-dessus de la surface de support (3).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de coupe (12) est susceptible d'être guidé comme une tige à coulisse dans le gabarit de guidage (14) pourvu d'une trajectoire incurvée (13) réalisée en forme de fente.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de réception (30, 40) pour l'organe de coupe (12) est guidée au moyen d'un gabarit de guidage qui comprend au moins une unité de guidage formée dans la trajectoire incurvée désirée, par exemple un rail de guidage ou de circulation (21, 22, 31, 32, 41).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de coupe (12) est monté mobile en rotation autour de son axe longitudinal.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de coupe (12) comprend dans la zone de guidage du gabarit de guidage (14) un emplacement d'appui surfacique, par exemple une section transversale carrée ou rectangulaire.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le gabarit de guidage (14, 21, 22, 31, 32, 41) est agencé de manière rabattable au-dessus de la surface de support (3).
