Fahrzeugschloss, insbesondere für eine Heckklappentür, mit einem lageveränderbar an einem Träger oder der Karosserie des Fahrzeuges fixierbaren Schließgehäuse und einem in dieses einführbaren Schlossgehäuse, bei dem in dem Schlossgehäuse (1) eine Drehfalle (3) gelagert ist, das Schließgehäuse (2) zur Aufnahme des Schlossgehäuses (1) mit einem Seitenwände (11) aufweisenden Innenraum versehen ist, das Schlossgehäuse (1) bei geschlossenem Schloss innerhalb des Innenraumes des Schließgehäuses (2) liegt, die Drehfalle (3) bei geschlossenem Schloss an einem Widerlager (4) des Schließgehäuses (2) verankert ist, das Schlossgehäuse (1) sich in der Schwenkebene der Drehfalle (3) in Richtung auf das Schließgehäuse (2) trapezförmig verjüngt, innerhalb des Schließgehäuses (2) jeder der beiden Trapez-Kanten des Schlossgehäuses (1) ein in Schließrichtung in Führungsmitteln (8, 9) federbelastet verschiebbarer Schiebekeil (7) mit einem der Trapez-Schräge entsprechenden Keilwinkel zugeordnet ist, wobei die Federkraft entgegen der Schließrichtung wirkt, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale die Führungsmittel (8, 9) für die Schließkeile (7) setzen sich aus ersten und zweiten grob- bzw. feinpositionierenden Führungsmitteln zusammen, die ersten grob positionierenden Führungsmittel bestehen aus einer in Schließrichtung verlaufenden Bohrung (8) innerhalb eines Schließkeiles (7) und einem in diese axial eingreifenden, an dem Schließgehäuse (2) starr befestigten Führungsstab (9) bei einem Führungsspiel zwischen der Bohrung (8) eines Schließkeiles (7) und dem zugehörigen Führungsstab (9), die zweiten, fein positionierenden Führungsmittel bestehen aus jeweils einer ebenen inneren Führungsfläche einer Seitenwand (11) des Schließgehäuses (2) und einer dieser jeweiligen Führungsfläche zugeordneten ebenen Seitenfläche des jeweiligen Schließkeiles (7), die Größe des Führungsspieles bei den ersten Führungsmitteln (8, 9) erlaubt bei geschlossenem Schloss eine seitliche Lagefixierung der Schließkeile (7) zwischen dem Schloss- und dem Schließgehäuse (1 bzw. 2) durch ausschließlich die zweiten Führungsmittel.
