Claims (16)
- Rondelle support pour un logement sur rondelle support d'un rotor de filature à bout libéré (2), qui comporte un corps de base (5) avec une connexion pour un arbre (13) pour le logement de la rondelle support (14) et une circonférence extérieure pour l'accueil d'un enrobement (143) de matière synthétique pour le logement d'un rotor de filature à bout libéré (2), caractérisée en ce que l'enrobement (143) est réalisé en caoutchouc et qu'il se compose au choix de caoutchouc nitrile (NBR) ou de caoutchouc H-NBR.
- Rondelle support selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'enrobement (143) est réalisé en caoutchouc possédant une résistance à la déchirure de 28 N/mm2 au moins.
- Rondelle support selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'enrobement (143) est réalisé à partir d'un caoutchouc possédant une dureté située entre Shore A 85 et 105.
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le caoutchouc possède une dureté située entre 45 et 70 Shore D.
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le caoutchouc possède une élasticité de 29 % au moins.
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la rondelle support (14) comporte une ou plusieurs rainures (3, 30) sur la circonférence de l'enrobement (143).
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les rainures (3, 30) s'étendent jusqu'au corps de base (5).
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la rondelle support comporte au moins une rainure (30) pour le refroidissement de l'enrobement (143) sur la circonférence de l'enrobement (143).
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'enrobement (143) comporte une épaisseur inférieure à 4 mm ou inférieure à une valeur de 1,9 fois la rainure la plus profonde (3, 30).
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'enrobement (143) de la rondelle support (14) comporte en sa circonférence une, mais de préférence deux rainures de nettoyage (3).
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la résistance électrique de l'enrobement (143) possède une valeur inférieure à 1,0 x 109 Ohm.
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'enrobement contient un additif destiné à la réduction de la résistance électrique à une valeur inférieure à 1,0 x 109 Ohm.
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (5), notamment après l'application de l'enrobement (143), est à surface traitée, notamment anodisée.
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la rondelle support (14) présente un diamètre extérieur compris entre 50 et 80 mm.
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que la surface de contact entre l'enrobement (143) et la tige (21) du rotor présente une largeur comprise entre 4 et 12 mm.
- Rondelle support selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications de brevet 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que la largeur minimale d'un enrobement (143) est de 2 mm.
