Definitions

  • the invention relates to a stack transport packaging for a sink with a carton and the sink receiving and supporting packaging inserts.
  • Rinses which consist for example of mineral materials, represent relatively large, thin-walled workpieces that are at risk of damage during transport and storage to a particular extent, if their stack transport packaging either insufficiently withstand the stresses occurring, for example, in a fall of the packaging or if the stresses occurring on impact after a fall are not sufficiently kept away from the sink.
  • Packaging inserts for large, sensitive workpieces are often designed as hard foam molded body, on the one hand are light and on the other hand have a strong damping effect in a shock load, so that the objects housed therein are well protected.
  • hard foam packaging inserts are relatively expensive and expensive to manufacture; in particular, their disposal causes considerable difficulties.
  • hard foam packaging inserts could be replaced by corrugated cardboard packaging inserts, which is an environmentally friendly packaging material that is particularly suitable for material recovery.
  • JP 10 029684 A discloses a stack transport packaging for a sink comprising a carton and the sink receiving and supporting packaging inserts.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a stack transport packaging of the type mentioned for a sink, which is easy to prepare and easy to dispose of reliably protects the sink during transport in the outer carton against all occurring stresses and also in a fall of the package.
  • the sink is supported by the corrugated cardboard support frame and supported against the inner walls of the carton.
  • the preferably circumferential support frame protects the sensitive edges of the sink particularly effective.
  • the edge of the sink is surrounded on all sides by the support frame, this allows the stacking of each provided with a support frame, but not yet recorded in a carton rinsing.
  • the superimposed support frame thereby causing the intermeshing rinses on a predetermined mutual distance are kept to each other; Nevertheless, the sinks can be stacked to save space immediately after production.
  • the support frame has two frame transverse limbs rigidly connected to the longitudinal frame limbs, wherein each frame transverse limb consists of two mutually transverse limb halves which are rigidly connected to each other.
  • the two transverse leg halves are interconnected by a common internal connecting rail, which also consists of corrugated cardboard.
  • the division of the support frame in two frame halves makes it possible in a particularly simple manner to attach the support frame to the male sink.
  • each frame longitudinal leg and the two adjoining transverse leg halves are connected to a common ceiling plate and are expediently wound from the edges of a common, the ceiling plate forming blank.
  • the corner region of the ceiling plate acts as a node plate for the two frame legs coinciding here.
  • the determination of the sink on the support frame is carried out in a particularly advantageous manner in that each L Lucassrandflansch the sink is received in a gap between the top plate and the frame legs.
  • the stack transport packaging comprises a bottom insert, which has a bottom plate with two lateral tubular floor rails, wherein preferably the support frame rests on the floor rails. Over the two floor rails is a support of the sink to the bottom of the stack transport packaging out.
  • the stack transport packaging shown in Fig. 1 for a sink is made entirely of corrugated cardboard and has a carton 1, the contours are indicated in Fig. 1 with dash-dotted lines only.
  • the outer carton 1 there are a plurality of corrugated cardboard packaging inserts, which are described in more detail below, which support and support a sink 2 (FIGS. 2 and 3) received in the stack transport packaging.
  • the sink 2 has a basin 2a (FIG. 2) and next to it a flat drainage area 2b (FIG. 3).
  • the sink 2 is made, for example, of mineral, i. a plastic with a high mineral content.
  • a bottom insert 3 made of corrugated cardboard is arranged, which has a bottom plate 4 with two lateral, tubular bottom rails 5.
  • the two bottom rails 5 are wound from edge portions 6-10 of the blank shown in Fig. 6 in such a way that in each case an elongated box-shaped hollow body is formed.
  • a bottom cushion 11 which consists of the blank shown in Fig. 8 made of corrugated cardboard.
  • pad base plate 12 At the two opposite longitudinal edges of lying on the bottom plate 4 pad base plate 12 is a box-shaped, in the central region of the pad base plate 12 ab
  • Eye strips 14-17 At the two opposite longitudinal edges of lying on the bottom plate 4 pad base plate 12 is a box-shaped, in the central region of the pad base plate 12 ab
  • Eye strips 14-17 is connected, which consists of edge strips 14-17.
  • Each of the two box-shaped hollow body 13 is wound from the edge strips 14-17 so that the respective outermost edge strip 17 comes to rest on top of the pad base plate 12.
  • the two edge strips 16 form a vertical support in the central region of the pad base plate 12th
  • edge strips 15 ', 16' and 17 ' are hinged to the cushion base plate 12 in a respective stepped portion of the edge strip, from which in the longitudinal direction in addition to the hollow bodies 13 narrower and higher hollow body are wound, which are not shown in the drawing and which are arranged for example in the central region of the sink 2.
  • an accessory box 18 of corrugated cardboard is arranged, which receives accessories of the sink 2 to be packaged and at the same time serves as a bottom cushion in FIG this area works.
  • the sink 2 is supported by a resting on the bottom rails 5 supporting frame 19 made of corrugated cardboard.
  • the supporting frame 19 has two tubular frame longitudinal legs 20 and two tubular frame transverse limbs 21 (FIG. 4) rigidly connected thereto.
  • the support frame 19 is shown in Fig. 4 in a partially exploded state. It can be seen that each frame cross leg 21 consists of two mutually aligned transverse leg halves 22, which are rigidly connected to each other by a common inner connecting rail 23 of corrugated cardboard.
  • each of the two longitudinal frame legs 20 and the two adjoining transverse leg halves 22 are connected to a common ceiling plate 24. From the representation of the blank in Fig. 7 it can be seen that the longitudinal frame leg 20 consists of successive, each hingedly interconnected longitudinal edge strips 25-30 of the ceiling plate 24, wherein the outermost longitudinal edge strip 30 is arranged as a diagonal bracing in the elongated, box-shaped longitudinal frame legs 20 (Fig 2).
  • each one of the two longitudinal edge flanges 2 c of the sink is received.
  • the sink 2 is supported by the support frame 19, when the two halves are interconnected by the two telescopically engaging in the transverse leg halves 22 connecting leg 23.
  • each transverse leg half 22 is made up of a plurality of edge transverse strips 31-35 the ceiling plate 24 is wound into a box-shaped hollow body in which the connecting rail 23 is inserted.
  • the positive locking of the connecting rail 23 in the two transverse leg halves 22 takes place in such a way that a punched out of the outer transverse edge strip 31 tab 36 is inserted with its tab tip 37 through openings 38 of the walls of the transverse leg half 22 and openings 39 of the connecting rail 23 forming corrugated cardboard strips.
  • a tab 40 is articulated in each case, on which a lateral insertion tab 41 is articulated.
  • this Einstecklasche 41 is inserted at the end of the transverse leg half 22 and on the one hand causes an additional connection of the longitudinal frame leg 20 with the transverse leg half 22.
  • the Einstecklasche 41 forms a stop for the insertion of the connecting rail 23rd
  • Figs. 1 and 7 it is shown that the ceiling plate 24 has pre-punched, in Fig. 7 hatched marked surface portions 42 which are foldable into the basin 2a of the sink 2 from the edge, as shown in Fig. 2 left with a dash-dotted line is indicated.
  • These surface portions 42 form a protection for the inner surface of the pelvis 2a, when the rinses 2, which are initially received only in the support frame 19, are stacked in one another. In this case, engage from the frame longitudinal legs 19 on the outside downwardly projecting centering tabs 43 in this adapted centering 44 of the next lower support frame 19th
