Claims (14)
- Schützendes Verbundstoffgefüge, umfassend:a) eine Vielzahl von Gewebelagen, umfassend Polybenzoxazol- oder Polybenzthiazolfasern,b) eine Vielzahl von Lagen aus dicht gewebtem, penetrationshemmendem Gewebe,c) eine Vielzahl von Lagen eines Fasernetzwerks aus ballistischem Schutzgewebe,
- Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, worin das dicht gewebte, penetrationshemmende Gewebe Polyamidfasern einschließt.
- Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 2, worin die Polyamidfasern Para-Aramid darstellen.
- Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, worin das dicht gewebte, penetrationshemmende Gewebe Polyolefinfasern einschließt.
- Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 4, worin die Polyolefinfasern Polyethylen darstellen.
- Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, worin das dicht gewebte, penetrationshemmende Gewebe Polybenzoxazol- oder Polybenzthiazolfasern einschließt.
- Verbundstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1. bis 6, worin die Lagen aus ballistischem Schutzgewebe aus Fasern hergestellt sind, die eine Reißdehnung von größer als 2,0%, einen Modul von größer als 270 g pro dtex und eine Reißlänge von größer als 20 g pro dtex aufweisen.
- Verbundstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, worin die ballistischen Schutzlagen Polyamidfasern einschließen.
- Verbundstoff, nach Anspruch 8, worin die Polyamidfasern Para-Aramid darstellen.
- Verbundstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, worin die ballistischen Schutzlagen Polyolefinfasern einschließen.
- Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 10, worin die Polyolefinfasern Polyethylen darstellen.
- Verbundstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, worin die ballistischen Schutzlagen Polybenzoxazol- oder Polybenzthiazolfasern einschließen.
- Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, worin das dicht gewebte, penetrationshemmende Gewebe aus Aramidgarn gewebtes Gewebe mit einer linearen Dichte von weniger als 500 dtex umfasst und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Gewebe zu einem Gewebe-Dichtigkeitsfaktor von mindestens 0,75 gewebt ist.
- Verbundstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, worin sich die Fasern aus Polybenzoxazol oder Polybenzthiazol in einem Garn mit einer linearen Dichte von 100 bis 3300 dtex befinden und die Fasern eine lineare Dichte von 0,3 bis 17 dtex aufweisen.
