Abstract

Nouveau procédé économique et extrêmement sensible qui permet d'identifier sans équivoque les auteurs de pollutions de l'environnement par des liquides organiques non hydrosolubles et/ou l'origine et plus précisément le producteur desdits liquides organiques polluants. Le procédé selon la présente invention est un procédé de marquage de liquides organiques non hydrosolubles d'origine naturelle et synthétique, comme par exemple le pétrole, ses fractions et le goudron de houille. Ledit procédé consiste à mélanger les produits susmentionnés avec un oligonucléotide lipophilisé, spécifique d'un propriétaire ou d'une origine et pouvant être décelé à l'aide de procédés connus, par exemple optiques. L'identification des liquides organiques non hydrosolubles décrits contenant l'oligonucléotide lipophilisé repose sur la séparation de l'oligonucléotide et l'analyse subséquente de la séquence.
