Klappschachtel für Zigaretten
Beschrei bung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klappschachtel für Zigaretten oder dergleichen, mit einem Schachtel tei 1 und einem an einer Schachtel-Rückwand angelenkten Deckel sowie mit einem im Schachtelteil verankerten Kragen mit Kragen-Vorderwand und Kragen-Seitenwänden, dessen aus dem Schachtel tei 1 herausragender Bereich in Schließstellung vom Deckel umschlossen ist, wobei eine Deckel -Vorderwand durch eine (untere) Deckel -Schi ießkante und eine Schachtel -Vorderwand des Schachtel tei 1 s durch eine (obere) Gegenschi i eßkante begrenzt ist.
Herkömmliche Klappschachteln sind so ausgebildet, dass die quer gerichtete Deckel -Schi i eßkante in Schließstellung an der ebenfalls quer gerichteten Gegenschi ießkante des Schachtel tei 1 s anliegt. Bekannt ist aber auch bereits eine Klappschachtel mit schräg verlaufender Deckel -Schi ießkante und entsprechend schräg verlaufender Gegenschi ießkante, wobei zwischen der Deckel- Schließkante und der parallel zu dieser angeordneten Gegen- schließkante ein Abstand besteht, so dass ein strei fenför iger Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand auch in Schließstellung des Deckels sichtbar ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, (Zigaretten-) Packungen des Typs Klappschachtel vor allem hinsichtlich der Gestaltung der Frontseite wei terzuentwickeln und auch deren Handhabung zu verbessern.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Kl apps.chach- tei dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Deckel -Schi ießkante und Gegen- schließkante über die Packungsbreite mit unterschiedlichen Abständen voneinander angeordnet sind.
Die erfindungsgemäße Klappschachtel ist demnach so gestaltet, dass die vorzugsweise quer verlaufende Deckel -Schi ießkante und die Gegenkante unterschiedliche Konturen aufweisen. Dadurch entstehen unterschiedliche Gestaltungsformen im Bereich der Frontseite der Packung, wobei geometrisch unterschiedlich gestaltete Flächenbereiche der Kragen-Vorderwand in Schließstellung der Packung sichtbar sind. Mindestens dieser Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand kann ornamental bzw. graphisch ausgestaltet sein, aber auch Informationen für den Verbraucher enthalten.
Der Abstand zwischen Deckel -Schi ießkante und Gegenschi ießkante gewährleistet eine erleichterte Handhabung beim Öffnen, nämlich beim Anheben des Deckels. Die zwischen den beiden Schließkanten gebildete Lücke muß sich erfindungsgemäß nicht über die volle Breite der Klappschachtel erstrecken, sondern kann in einem mittigen oder seitlich versetzten Bereich gebildet sein. Außerhalb der Lücke können Deckel -Schi ießkante und Gegenschi ießkante in üblicher Weise oder mit besonderer übereinstimmender Kontur aneinander liegen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Gestaltung der Klappschachtel, nämlich hinsichtlich der Kontur der Deckel -Schi ießkante und der Gegenschi ießkante, kann vorteilhafterweise mit einem weiteren Ge- stal tungsmerkmal kombiniert werden, nämlich mit einer Rundkanten-Packung bzw. Schrägkanten-Packung, also mit Klappschachteln, bei denen die aufrechten Packungskanten mindestens im Bereich der Vorderseite einen abgerundeten oder abgeschrägten Querschnitt aufweisen.
Weitere Einzelheiten über die Gestaltung der Klappschachteln werden nachfolgend anhand von in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen erläutert. Es zeigt:

Klappschachteln bestehen aus einem (unteren) Schachtel teil 10 und einem mit diesem verbundenen (oberen) Deckel 11. Schachtelteil 10 und Deckel 11 sind im Bereich einer Schachtel -Rückwand 12 einerseits und einer Deckel -Rückwand 13 andererseits über ein quer gerichtetes Gelenk 14 miteinander verbunden. Der Schachtel teil 10 besteht weiterhin aus einer Schachtel -Vorderwand 15 und Schachtel -Sei tenwänden 16, 17. Unterer Abschluß des Schachtel tei 1 s 10 ist eine Bodenwand 18.
Analog hierzu besteht der Deckel 11 aus Deckel -Vorderwand 19, Deckel -Sei tenwänden 20, 21 und einer Stirnwand 22.
Die Schachtel -Sei tenwände 16, 17 und entsprechend die Deckel- Seitenwände 20, 21 bestehen aus einander ganz oder teilweise überdeckenden Seitenlappen 23, 24 bzw. aus Deckel -Sei tenl appen
25, 26. Einander zugeordnete Seitenlappen sind durch Klebung miteinander verbunden. Weiterhin ist bei den meisten Ausführungsbeispielen von Klappschachteln ein Deckel -Innenl appen 27 vorgesehen. Dieser ist mit einem freien Rand der Deckel-Vorderwand 19 verbunden und gegen die Innenseite derselben umge- faltet sowie an dieser befestigt.
Zu einer klassisch aufgebauten Klappschachtel gehört weiterhin ein Kragen 28. Dieser besteht aus einem separaten Zuschnitt (z.B. Fig. 9). Der Kragen 28 besteht aus Kragen-Vorderwand 29 und Kragen-Seitenwänden 30, 31. Im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 29 befindet sich eine nach oben offene Ausnehmung 32. Diese ist von einer annähernd U-förmigen Kragenkante 33 begrenzt.
Eine Besonderheit der vorliegenden Klappschachteln ist die Gestaltung von Schließkanten des Schachtel tei 1 s 10 einerseits und des Deckels 11 andererseits. Die Deckel -Vorderwand 19 bildet mit ihrem unteren Rand eine Deckel -Schi ießkante 34. Diese wird bei Vorhandensein eines Deckel -Innenlappens 27 (z.B. Fig. 1, Fig. 2) durch eine Faltkante des Deckel -Innenl appens 27 und der Deckel -Vorderwand 19 gebildet.
Bei herkömmlichen Klappschachteln liegt die Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 bei geschlossenem Deckel 11 an einer Gegenschi ießkante 35 an, die durch einen oberen Rand der Schachtel -Vorderwand 15 gebildet ist. Die vorliegenden Klappschachteln sind so ausgebildet, dass die Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 nur in Teilbereichen an der Gegenschi ießkante 35 anliegt oder über die volle Breite mit einem ggf. veränderlichen Abstand von der Gegenschi ießkante 35 verläuft.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 1 bis 3 ist die Deckel- Schließkante 34 horizontal bzw. quer gerichtet unter einem rechten Winkel zu aufrechten Packungskanten 36.
Die Gegenschi ießkante 35 des Schachtel teil s 10 hat eine abweichende Kontur, ist V-förmig ausgebildet, nämlich mit zwei unter einem stumpfen Winkel zueinander verlaufenden Kantenschenkeln 37, 38. Diese laufen im vorliegenden Falle mittig in einer Erhöhung bzw. Spitze 39 zusammen. Die Gegenschi ießkante 35 ist insgesamt in einem deutlichen Abstand von der Deckel -Schi i eßkante 34 angeordnet, derart, dass ein sich über die volle Breite der Packungsvorderseite erstreckender Spalt 40 gebildet ist. In diesem Bereich ist bei geschlossener Packung (Fig. 1) ein Teilbereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 29 sichtbar, und zwar in einer durch die Gestalt der Schließkanten bestimmten geometrischen Form. Mindestens in diesem Bereich kann die Kragen- Vorderwand 29 dekorative oder informative Bedruckungen auf- wei sen.
Auch im Bereich der Packungsseitenwände sind Schließkanten ge- bildet, und zwar in schräg zur Packungsrückseite ansteigender Gestalt. Es handelt sich dabei um Schrägkanten 41 als untere Begrenzung der Deckel -Sei tenwände 20, 21 sowie um entsprechend angeordnete Schrägkanten 42 als obere Begrenzung der Schachtel- Seitenwände 16, 17. Die Schrägkanten 41, 42 liegen bei ge- schlossenem Deckel 11 aneinander.
Der Zuschnitt (Fig. 3) für eine so ausgebildete Packung ist entsprechend gestaltet. Die Schachtel -Vorderwand 15 ist am freien Ende des Zuschnitts durch die abgewinkelte Gegenschi ieß- kante 35 begrenzt. Diese geht im Bereich der Packungskanten 36 über in eine in Richtung der Packungskanten 36 verlaufende Längskante 43. An diese schließt die jeweilige Schrägkante 42 des äußeren Seitenlappens 24 an.
Der Kragen bzw. die Kragen-Vorderwand 29 ist an die Kontur der Gegenschi ießkante 35 angepaßt, nämlich ebenfalls winkelförmig gestaltet, so dass Bereiche der Kragenkante 33 etwa parallel zur Gegenschi ießkante 35 verlaufen.
Die Klappschachtel gemäß Fig. 4 und Fig. 5 entspricht im grundsätzlichen Aufbau ebenfalls einer herkömmlichen Klappschachtel. Die Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 ist, wie bei dem vorhergehenden Aus- führungsbei spi el , geradlinig gestaltet und verläuft quer zu den rechtwinkligen Packungskanten 36.
In besonderer Weise ausgebildet ist die Gegenschi ießkante 35 als obere Begrenzung der Schachtel -Vorderwand 15. Im mittleren Bereich der Schachtel -Vorderwand 15 ist eine Vertiefung 44 gebildet. Diese ist durch einen kreisförmigen bzw. tei 1 kreisförmigen Abschnitt 45 der Gegenschi i eßkante 35 begrenzt. Bei geschlossener Klappschachtel (Fig. 4) ist auf der Vorderseite ein annähernd krei sfl ächenförmiges Sichtfeld der Kragen-Vorderwand 29 erkennbar. Dieses ist begrenzt einerseits durch den Abschnitt 45 der Gegenschi i eßkante 35 und zum anderen durch die quer verlaufende Deckel -Schi ießkante 34.
Der Kragen 28 ist bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel in herkömmlicher Weise ausgebildet. Auch der Zuschnitt für diese Packung entspricht im Prinzip einem herkömmlichen Zuschnitt für diesen Packungstyp, wobei lediglich im Bereich der Schachtel -Vorderwand 15 die Vertiefung 44 durch entsprechende Stanzung gebildet ist.
Bei der Klappschachtel gemäß Fig. 6 bis Fig. 9 ist eine Abweichung von dem bisherigen Gestaltungsprinzip insoweit gegeben, als auch die Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 eine besondere Kontur auf- weist, nämlich im vorliegenden Falle wellen- bzw. zick-zack- förmig. Die Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 besteht aus zwei Seitenschenkeln 46, 47 und einem Mi ttel abschnitt 48. Alle Bereiche der Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 verlaufen schräg, also unter einem Winkel zu den Packungskanten 36. Der eine Seitenschenkel 46 ist - von der Packungskante 36 ausgehend - schräg abwärts gerichtet, der Mi ttel abschnitt 48 hieran anschließend schräg aufwärts und der andere Seitenschenkel 47 in Richtung zur Packungskante 36 schräg abfallend ausgebildet. Als Übergang zwischen den Kantenabschnitten sind Rundbogen 49 vorgesehen.
Die Gegenschi ießkante 35 der Schachtel -Vorderwand 15 ist in gleicher Weise ausgebildet, verläuft demnach insgesamt parallel zur Deckel -Schi ießkante 34, jedoch mit einem deutlichen Abstand. Auch die Gegenschi i eßkante 35 bildet demnach Seitenschenkel 46, 47 und einen Mi ttel abschni tt 48. Es wird so eine zick-zack- bzw. wellenförmige Form des Spalts 40 geschaffen mit einem entsprechenden erkennbaren Flächenbereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 29. Der Zuschnitt (Fig. 8) für diese Packungsform ist entsprechend ausgebildet. Abweichend von den vorangehenden Ausführungsbeispielen ist ein Deckel -Innenlappen nicht vorhanden. Statt dessen bildet die Deckel -Vorderwand 19 unmittelbar und einlagig die Deckel -Schi ießkante 34, die in der beschriebenen Weise ausgebildet ist. Die Seitenschenkel 46, 47 gehen über in die Schrägkanten 41 der Deckel -Sei tenwände 20, 21.
Das gegenüberliegende Ende des Zuschnitts ist im Bereich der Schachtel -Vorderwand 15 entsprechend ausgebildet, nämlich mit der Gegenschi ießkante 35. An diese schließen die Längskanten 43 an, die in die Schrägkanten 42 übergehen.
Auch der Kragen 28 (Fig. 9) ist in besonderer Weise ausgebil- det. Die Kragen-Vorderwand 29 weist eine unsymmetrisch angeordnete, nämlich zur Seite versetzte Ausnehmung 32 auf, die von zwei unter einem spitzen Winkel zueinander verlaufenden Kantenbereichen 50, 51 begrenzt ist. Der Kragen 28 ist dabei so angeordnet und gestaltet, dass der Kantenbereich 51 der Kragenkante 33 parallel zum Mi ttel abschni tt 48 der Gegenschi ießkante 35 verl äuft .
Bei der Klappschachtel gemäß Fig. 10 und Fig. 11 ist die Gegen- schließkante 35 der Schachtel -Vorderwand 15 wellenförmig ausge- bildet mit zwei seitlichen Vertiefungen 52, 53 und einer mittleren bzw. mittig angeordneten bogenförmigen Erhöhung 54. Die quer gerichtete, geradlinige Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 liegt in Schließstellung (Fig. 10) an der Erhöhung 54 der Gegenschi ießkante 35 an. Es entstehen dadurch zwei seitliche Sichtfelder 55, 56, in deren Bereich die Kragen-Vorderwand 29 erkennbar ist. Die beschriebene Gestaltung der Schließkanten findet Anwendung bei einer Klappschachtel mit Rundkanten, also mit aufrechten Packungskanten 36, die einen abgerundeten, kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen, entsprechend den Abmessungen einer Zigarette. Die Gegenschi ießkante 35 erstreckt sich dabei bis in den Bereich der Rundkanten bzw. bis zu einer den Schachtel -Sei tenwänden 16, 17 zugekehrten Begrenzung der Rundkanten (Fig. 11). Die Gegenschi ießkante 35 bildet hier Rundungen 57, an die aufrechte Längskanten 43 anschließen.
Der Kragen 28 ist entsprechend ausgebildet, nämlich mit einer wellenförmig verlaufenden Kragenkante 33. Die Kontur ist der Gestaltung der Gegenschi i eßkante 35 angepaßt, also mit einer mittigen, wellenförmigen Erhöhung.
Auch die Klappschachtel gemäß Fig. 12 bis Fig. 14 betrifft eine Rundkanten-Packung, also eine Klappschachtel mit abgerundeten Packungskanten 36. Die Gegenschi ießkante 35 bildet zwei bogenförmige Kantenabschnitte 58, 59, die mittig in eine nach oben gerichtete Spitze 60 zusammenlaufen. An den Rändern gehen die Kantenabschnitte 58, 59 stufenfrei, nämlich bogenförmig, in die Schrägkanten 42 über.
In besonderer Weise ist die Deckel -Vorderwand 19 gestaltet. Die Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 ist etwa S-förmig gestaltet mit einer nach unten gerichteten Auswölbung 61 und einer gegengerichteten, nach oben verlaufenden Auswölbung 62. Die nach unten verlaufende Auswölbung 61 ist so dimensioniert und gestaltet, dass sie mit dem entsprechenden Teil der Gegenschi ießkante 35 kor- respondiert. Die Auswölbung 61 tritt passend, formschlüssig in den Bereich der Schachtel -Vorderwand 15 ein, derart, dass die Auswölbung 61 an dem Kantenabschnitt 58 der Gegenschi ießkante 35 anliegt. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite entsteht außermittig ein etwa ovales Sichtfeld 63. In diesem Bereich ist die Kragen-Vorderwand 29 erkennbar. Der Deckel 11 bzw. die Deckel -Vorderwand 19 ist mit einem Deckel -Innenl appen 27 versehen. Dieser ist am freien Rand (Zuschnitt gemäß Fig. 14) mit einer quer gerichteten, geradlinigen Randkante 64 versehen. Auf der der Deckel -Vorderwand 19 zuge- kehrten Seite ist der Deckel -Innenl appen 27 entsprechend der Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 wellenförmig konturiert. Ein Teilabschnitt der Verbindung zwischen Deckel -Innenl appen 27 und Deckel -Vorderwand 19 ist als bogenförmiger Trennschnitt 65 ausgebildet. Ein anderer Bereich (gestrichelt in Fig. 14) bildet eine Faltkante 66. In der gefalteten Position (Fig. 13) befindet sich der Deckel -Innenl appen 27 in einer Schrägstellung bzw. mit schräg gerichteter Randkante 64.
Der Kragen 28 ist hinsichtlich der Kragenkante 33 auch bei die- sem Ausführungsbeispiel an die Kontur der Gegenschi ießkante 35 angepaßt.
Auch Fig. 15 bis Fig. 17 zeigen Einzelheiten einer Klappschachtel mit abgerundeten Packungskanten 36. Die Gegenschi ießkante 35 der Schachtel -Vorderwand 15 hat eine Kontur mit zwei gerundeten Kantenabschnitten 67 und 68. Diese laufen mittig in einer nach unten weisenden Spitze 69 zusammen. An den Rändern bzw. im Bereich der Schachtel -Sei tenwände 16, 17 gehen die Kantenabschnitte 67, 68 mit Rundungen 57 über in die Schrägkanten 42.
Die (ohne Deckel -Innenl appen) ausgebildete Deckel -Vorderwand 19 weist eine bogenförmig gestaltete Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 auf. Diese ist über die volle Breite der Packungsvorderseite mit Abstand von der Gegenschi ießkante 35 verlaufend. Es entsteht dem- nach ein Sichtfeld bzw. ein Spalt 40, der sich über die volle Breite der Packung erstreckt.
Fig. 18 bis Fig. 21 befassen sich mit Einzelheiten einer Klappschachtel, die für runde oder abgeschrägte Packungskanten 36 geeignet ist, im vorliegenden Falle aber konventionelle Packungskanten 36 mit rechtwinkligem Querschnitt aufweist. Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 und Gegenschi ießkante 35 liegen in einem Teilbereich aneinander bzw. einander unmittelbar gegenüber. In einem anderen Teilbereich der Packungsbreite verlaufen die Schließkanten 34, 35 in einem Abstand voneinander, so dass eine Lücke bzw. ein Spalt 40 entsteht, der sich nur über einen Tei 1 - bereich der Frontseite der Klappschachtel erstreckt.
Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Deckel insgesamt in herkömmlicher Weise ausgebildet, nämlich mit (rechteckigem) Deckel -Innenl appen 27 und quer zu den Packungskanten 36 gerich- teter, geradliniger Deckel -Schi ießkante 34. Auch die Gegen- schließkante 35 besteht hier ausschließlich aus geradlinigen Teilkanten, die parallel zu der Deckel -Schi i eßkante 34 verlaufen. Es handelt sich dabei um eine erste, randseitige (links) verlaufende Teilkante 70. Diese verläuft mit einem Abstand von der Deckel -Schi ießkante 34. Eine Übergangskante 71 schließt etwa mittig an die Teilkante 70 an mit einem schrägen Verlauf bis zu einer zweiten Teilkante 72. Diese erstreckt sich in einem anderen (rechten) Teilbereich der Packungsfrontseite, und zwar parallel zur Teilkante 70, jedoch versetzt, derart, dass in diesem Bereich Deckel -Schi ießkante 34 und Gegenschi ießkante 35 bei geschlossenem Deckel 11 aneinander liegen. Der so gebildete Spalt 40 erstreckt sich über einen Teilbereich der Frontseite, nämlich etwa bis zur Mitte.
Im Bereich der Schachtel -Sei tenwand 16 geht die Teil kante 70 mit einer Anschlußkante 73 über in die Schrägkante 42 des Seitenlappens 24. Die Anschlußkante 73 erstreckt sich in der betreffenden Packungskante 36. An der gegenüberliegenden Seite geht die Teil kante 72 in herkömmlicher Weise direkt über in die entsprechende Schrägkante 42.
In besonderer Weise ist auch der Kragen 28 gestaltet, nämlich unter Anpassung an die Kontur der Gegenschi ießkante 35. Danach besteht die Kragenkante 33 aus zwei gegeneinander versetzten Teilkanten und einer Übergangskante, im wesentlichen parallel zur Kontur der Gegenschi ießkante 35. Zur erleichterten Entnahme von Zigaretten ist die Ausnehmung 32 im Bereich der Kragen-Vor- derwand 29 so gestaltet, dass seitlich (links) eine Vertiefung 74 gebildet ist, die einen größeren Bereich der Zigaretten freigibt bei geöffnetem Deckel 11.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Klappschachtel für Zigaretten oder dergleichen, mit einem Schachtel tei 1 (10) und einem an einer Schachtel -Rückwand (12) angelenkten Deckel (11) sowie mit einem Kragen (28) aus Kragen- Vorderwand (29) und Kragen-Seitenwänden (30, 31), wobei eine Deckel -Vorderwand (19) durch eine (untere) Deckel -Schi ießkante (34) und eine Schachtel -Vorderwand (15) durch eine (obere) Gegenschi ießkante (35) begrenzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Deckel -Schi ießkante (34) und die Gegenschi ießkante (35) mit sich über die Packungsbreite verändernden Abständen voneinander angeordnet sind.
2. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckel -Schi ießkante (34) einen durchgehend geradlinigen Verlauf aufweist, insbesondere quer zu aufrechten Packungskanten (36) und dass die Gegenschi ießkante (35) einen von der Deckel -Schi ießkante (34) abweichenden Verlauf hat.
3. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Schließkanten (34, 35) wellenförmig, zick-zack-förmig oder V-förmig ausgebildet ist mit mindestens zwei unter einem (stumpfen) Winkel zueinander angeordneten (geradlinigen) Kantenschenkeln (37, 38).
4. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenschi ießkante
(35) einen nach oben gerichteten Vorsprung aufweist, insbesondere eine dach-, trapez-, wellen- oder bogenförmige Erhöhung (54) und dass die vorzugsweise quer gerichtete, geradlinige Deckel -Schi ießkante (34) in Schi ießstell ung des Deckels (11) an der Erhöhung (54) anliegt.
5. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Deckel -Schi ießkante (34) und Gegenschi ießkante (35) in einem Teilbereich in Schließstellung des Deckels (11) aneinander liegen, in mindestens einem anderen Teilbereich mit Abstand voneinander verlaufen, vorzugsweise derart, dass jeder Teilbereich etwa die halbe Breite der Schachtel -Vorderwand (15) bzw. Deckel -Vorder- wand (19) einnimmt.
6. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Schließkanten (34, 35), vorzugsweise die der Schachtel -Vorder- wand (15) zugeordnete Gegenschi ießkante (35), aus mindestens zwei der Höhe nach gegeneinander versetzten, vorzugsweise parallelen Teilkanten (70, 72) besteht, die duch eine Übergangskante (71) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die höherliegende Teilkante (72) in Schließstellung des Deckels (11) an der Deckel -Schi ießkante (34) anliegt, während in einem seitlichen (linken) Bereich ein Spalt (40) gebildet ist, der sich über einen Teil der Vorderseite der Klappschachtel erstreckt, insbesondere über etwa die halbe Vorderseite.
7. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenschi ießkante (35) wellenförmig oder zick-zack-förmig ausgebildet ist und dass die Deckel -Schi ießkante (34) an die Kontur der Gegen- schließkante (35) angepaßt ist, derart, dass ein Abschnitt der Deckel -Schi ießkante (34), insbesondere eine nach unten gerichtete Auswölbung (61), passend, formschlüssig an einem entsprechenden Abschnitt der Gegenschi ießkante (35) anliegt, insbesondere an einem entsprechend gestalteten Kantenabschnitt (58).
8. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Deckel -Schi ießkante (34) und Gegenschi ießkante (35) parallel zueinander verlaufen, jedoch einen ungeradlinigen, insbesondere zick-zack- oder wellenförmigen Verlauf aufweisen, derart, dass ein freier Spalt (40) mit etwa durchgehend gleicher Breite zwischen Deckel- Schließkante (34) und Gegenschi ießkante (35) entsteht.
9. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenschi i eßkante (35) aus zwei nach unten gewölbten Kantenabschnitten (67, 68) besteht, die in einer nach unten gerichteten, vorzugsweise mit- tigen Spitze (69) zusammenlaufen und dass vorzugsweise die Deckel -Schi i eßkante (34) einen bogenförmigen, gewölbten Verlauf mit nach unten gerichteter Wölbung aufweist.
10. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenschi ießkante
(35) in einem vorzugsweise mittigen Bereich eine Vertiefung (44) bildet, insbesondere durch einen bogenförmig bzw. teilkreisförmig verlaufenden Abschnitt (45) und dass die Gegenschi ießkante (35) außerhalb des Bereichs der Vertiefung (44) geradlinig verläuft, insbesondere quer zu den Packungskanten (36), wobei die entsprechend ausgebildete Deckel -Schi ießkante
(34) außerhalb der Vertiefung (44) an der Gegenschi ießkante
(35) anliegt.
11. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kragen (28) hinsichtlich der Gestaltung einer Ausnehmung (32) an die Kontur der Gegenschi i eßkante (35) angepaßt ist, insbesondere derart, dass mindestens ein Teilbereich einer Kragenkante (33) zur Be- grenzung der Ausnehmung (32) parallel zu einem Teilbereich der Gegenschi ießkante (35) verläuft.
