Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Einrichten eines Schlauches (1) aus Verpackungsmaterial zu einer Bearbeitungsstation (12) in einer Verpackungsmaschine, in welcher aus einer bedruckten und mit Prägelinien (36, 37) versehenen Verpackungsmaterialbahn (34) ein im Querschnitt runder Schlauch (1) gebildet, durch Längssiegeln (3) verschlossen, gefüllt und in einer Quersiegeleinheit (12) ausgeformt und in Quaderpackungen (2) aufgeteilt wird, wobei die Quersiegeleinheit (12) zur intermittierenden Förderung des Schlauches (1) mit einstellbarem Hub (I) ausgestaltet und bezüglich des Schlauches (1) auf diametral gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit je einer um eine Schwenkachse (15) schwenkbaren Faltklappe (16) versehen ist und zum Abfühlen einer Druckmarke (39) ein Sensor angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aufstromig jeder Faltklappe (16) ein von dem Sensor gesteuert angetriebenes Faltelement (19, 42) angeordnet ist, mit dessen Hilfe der Schlauch (1) auf eine Breite (B) etwa gleich der Breite (B) der fertigen Packung (2) derart einfaltbar ist, daß sich der Schlauch (1) von den Faltklappen (16) außer Eingriff befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltelemente (19, 42) symmetrisch den Schlauch (1) soweit einfalten, daß sich im Querschnitt zwischen der winkelig eingefalteten (9a, 9b) und der benachbarten ebenen Seitenwand (8) ein Winkel (α) von etwa 5° bis etwa 85°, vorzugsweise von etwa 15° bis etwa 70° und ganz besonders bevorzugt von etwa 30° bis etwa 60° ergibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faltelement (19) ein länglicher und um eine Schwenkachse (24) schwenkbarer Faltfinger (19) ist, die an der Maschine befestigt und parallel zur Schwenkachse (15) der Faltklappe (16) angeordnet ist, und daß sich der Faltfinger (19) von seiner Schwenkachse (24) längs des Schlauches (1) bis vor die Quersiegeleinheit (12) erstreckt (Figuren 1 - 8).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aufstromig der Schwenkachse (24) jedes Faltelementes (19) eine Formrolle (33) freilaufend drehbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faltfinger (19) an seinem abstromig von der Schwenkachse (24) angeordneten Wirkende (25) wenigstens auf der dem Schlauch (1) zugewandten Seite abgerundet ist (Figuren 1 - 8).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faltfinger (19) an seinem abstromig von der Schwenkachse (24) angeordneten Wirkende (25) wenigstens auf der dem Schlauch (1) zugewandten Seite eine frei drehbare Faltrolle (42) trägt (Figur 10).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Faltelement (19, 42) einen eigenen, separat für sich ansteuerbaren Antrieb hat, vorzugsweise einen mit einer Zugfeder (27) zusammenwirkenden Druckluftzylinder (30).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faltelement (42) eine an einer Führung (28) drehbar gelagerte Faltrolle (42) ist, deren Drehachse (43) parallel zur Schwenkachse (15) der Faltklappe (16) verläuft, und daß die Führung (28) quer zum Schlauch (1) vor- und zurückbewegbar angetrieben ist (Figur 11).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (a) der Wirkenden (25) der Faltelemente (19, 42) voneinandera) im auseinandergefahrenen Zustand größer ist als der Durchmesser (D) des Schlauches (1) undb) im zusammengefahrenen Zustand kleiner ist als die Breite (B) der im wesentlichen ebenen, der im Querschnitt winkelig eingefalteten Seitenwand (9a, 9b) benachbarten Seitenwand (8) des eingefalteten Schlauches (1).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltelemente (19) auf im Querschnitt des Schlauches (1) diametral gegenüberliegenden Seiten mittig an den Seitenwänden (9) eingreifen.
