- sur la figure 1, un film 10 entraíné de préférence à défilement continu, dans le sens de sa longueur, dans une direction D,
- sur la figure 2, des tronçons de bande ou liseré de matériau pelable 20 acheminés séquentiellement sur le film 10, transversalement à sa direction de déplacement D, avec un pas égal à celui des emballages à réaliser à partir du film, et
- sur la figure 3, un étape d'écrasement des tronçons 20 et de fixation de ceux-ci sur le film 10.
Claims (23)
- Procédé de fabrication d'emballages à base d'un film (10) et présentant au moins une zone pelable, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes qui consistent à acheminer des tronçons (20) de bande ou liseré de matériau pelable sur un film (10) destiné à former la paroi de l'emballage, les tronçons (20) possédant lors de leur dépôt sur le film (10), une longueur inférieure à la largeur de l'emballage recherché, à écraser au moins en extrémités chaque tronçon déposé (20) de sorte que après écrasement, les tronçons (20) couvrent intégralement la largeur dudit emballage et à fixer chaque tronçon (20) de matériau pelable sur le film (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le film (10) est en outre muni de profilés de fermeture complémentaires (30).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé par le fait que les étapes d'écrasement et de fixation des tronçons (20) sur le film (10) sont simultanées.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé par le fait que les étapes d'écrasement et de fixation des tronçons (20) sur le film (10) sont réalisées successivement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'étape d'écrasement est réalisée avant l'étape de fixation.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les étapes d'écrasement et de fixation sont réalisées entre deux machoires chauffées.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau pelable constituant les tronçons (20), est un matériau dont le point de fusion ou de ramollissement est inférieur à celui du matériau composant la paroi principale de la feuille (10).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau composant les tronçons pelables (20) est formé de copolymères d'oléfines, éthylène ou propylène.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau composant le film (10) est formé de polyoléfines.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que les tronçons (20) de matériau pelable présentent au moins une face de base plane destinée à être fixée sur le film (10).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que la largeur des tronçons (20) est comprise entre 1 et 10 mm.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'épaisseur des tronçons (20) est comprise entre 0,1 et 2 mm.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que les tronçons de matériau pelable (20) sont déposés transversalement sur le film (10).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que les tronçons de matériau pelable (20) sont déposés longitudinalement sur le film (10).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que les tronçons de matériau pelable (20) font partie intégrante de profilés de fermeture (30) et coextrudés avec ces derniers.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que les tronçons de matériau pelable (20) sont formés d'éléments séparés de profilés de fermeture (30), acheminés sur le film (10) parallèlement auxdits profilés (30).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que les tronçons de matériau pelable (20) couvrent toute la largeur du film (10) et les emballages sont réalisés en superposant au film ainsi équipé des tronçons (20), un autre film de même largeur portant un profilé de fermeture complémentaire de celui du prémier film, mais dépourvu de bande pelable.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que les tronçons de matériau pelable (20) déposés sur le film (10) ont une longueur de l'ordre de la moitié de la largeur du film (10), pour atteindre la largeur de l'emballage final, après écrasement.
- Machine pour la réalisation d'emballages à base d'un film (10) et présentant au moins une zone pelable, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend des moyens aptes à acheminer des tronçons (20) de bande ou liseré de matériau pelable sur un film (10) destiné à former la paroi de l'emballage les tronçons (20) possédant lors de leur dépôt sur le film (10), une longueur inférieure à la largeur de l'emballage recherché, des moyens aptes à écraser au moins en extrémités chaque tronçon déposé (20) de sorte que après écrasement, les tronçons (20) couvrent intégralement la largeur dudit emballage et des moyens aptes à fixer chaque tronçon (20) de matériau pelable sur le film (10), pendant ou après écrasement.
- Machine selon la revendication 19, caractérisée par le fait que le film (10) est en outre muni de profilés de fermeture complémentaires (30).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 19 ou 20, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend deux machoires chauffées pour la mise en oeuvre des opérations d'écrasement et de fixation.
- Emballage obtenu par mise en oeuvre du procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 18.
- Emballage selon la revendication 22, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un curseur pour l'actionnement de profilés (30) à l'ouverture, et respectivement à la fermeture.
