Definitions

  • the invention relates to an installation kit for running in the road substructure lines, especially fresh water lines, with a protective tube, which is placed on the line facing end on a line slide and to a bell adapter and this final sludge with a line slide has adapted recess.
  • the square bar is surrounded by a protective tube which, like the square bar, is designed to be telescopic, so that adaptation to height differences in the pavement is possible without any problem.
  • the protective tube ensures that a cavity remains around the square rod, even with long service life, which ensures that the square rod is always easy to operate.
  • On the line slider facing lower end has the protective tube via a bell adapter which surrounds the conduit slide and which is closed at the bottom by a dirt disk having a recess which is shaped or dimensioned according to the conduit slide.
  • the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a mounting kit with a dirt disk that can be used for a variety of line slide.
  • the slab consists of an annular receptacle which is equipped with at least one insert having the recess and at least in the enclosure region of the line slide this dirt-tight enclosing flexible.
  • the receptacle has a plurality of inserts, preferably two inserts which can be fixed separately from one another in the receptacle.
  • a further expedient embodiment provides that the receptacle on the inner wall locking lugs or undercuts, which are arranged and designed to fix the inserts.
  • This locking lugs or undercuts it is possible in the factory, for example, use the two inserts, where they can be removed on demand at the site individually or in extreme cases both, yet to allow the use of the bell adapter and the associated protective tube.
  • the desired comprehensive use of such slices is possible, the entitled entitled “Universal dirt disk” receives.
  • the recording has the first use fixing latches and the first use on its inner wall, the second insert fixing latches. This makes it possible to remove the second bet from the first bet, if desired, or both, simply by using the first bet from the exception is dissolved out. The second one is fixed in it and thus taken out at the same time. Easier handling is possible.
  • the inserts are made of soft plastic. They then lie down virtually around the pipe slide attachment and ensure that from the bottom moisture and especially sand u. ⁇ . can not penetrate into the interior of the bell adapter.
  • the invention provides that the inserts are associated with supporting discs having a corresponding with the locking lugs / undercuts outer edge.
  • these support disks consist of sheets or the like of a material or of harder plastic and, as described, ensure that the entire inserts can be securely inserted into the respective receptacle or behind the latching noses or the undercuts.
  • the "soft" edge available, which ensures a secure and tight fit on the line slide attachment.
  • the locking lugs / undercuts are arranged circumferentially offset from each other for the different uses.
  • the locking lugs / undercuts are so distributed over the circumference locking lugs and undercuts provided and then additionally offset in height, so that the corresponding Support discs of the inserts can be set sequentially behind the locking lugs, without hindering each other.
  • the pipe slide attachments often have the same floor plan regardless of the diameter. Therefore, it is advantageous if, as provided according to the invention, the recess in the inserts is adapted to the line slide attachment, preferably adapted to a hexagon. Even with the flexible design of the inserts or the corresponding parts of the inserts can thus always ensures a favorable abutment of the inner edge of the inserts on the line slide attachment and an advantageous sealing can be achieved.
  • the annular receptacle i. H. So the dirt disk can also be mounted in advance on the line slide to then connect them to the bell adapter or the protective tube.
  • the receptacle has an upper edge which can be inserted and latched into the bell adapter from below. This is when inserting or when combining bell adapter and dirt disc for the user clearly recognizable when the dirt disk has reached its correct position.
  • this edge of the recording or the disc also has a positive effect on pre-assembly, d. H. if you want to connect the installation kit completely with the respective slide valve and connect.
  • This "installation aid" has a particularly advantageous effect if the upper edge is formed perpendicularly projecting from the annular receptacle and has a patch fitting sleeve, which is formed corresponding to the inner diameter of the bell adapter.
  • the dirt disk is thus inserted correctly with this sleeve in the bell adapter until the lower edge of the bell adapter rests on the edge of the receptacle.
  • the insertion of the Einpasshülse and thus the recording is facilitated by the free-standing end of the Einpasshülse is chamfered. As a result, the recording can be easily inserted into the bell adapter and fixed there as described.
  • the recess in the inserts which is adapted to the shape of the conduit slide attachment, effectively also serves as an anti-twist device for the dirt disk.
  • the protective tube and thus the bell adapter should not turn. He is rather in the soil as possible to fix.
  • the upper edge of the receptacle approaches are assigned, which are formed in corresponding recesses in the bell adapter inserted. These approaches thus reliably prevent the turning of the bell adapter and thus the entire protective tube.
  • the invention is characterized in particular by the fact that a built-in set with dirt disk is created, which can be used for all essential or even for all line slide, so that you can always work with the same installation set even with different Samsschiebem.
  • the dirt disk is either mounted separately and then connected to the bell adapter or connected to the bell adapter pushed onto the conduit slide, which given by the flexible design of the inserts used for use or the corresponding portions of the inserts a close concern of the corresponding edges of the recess of the inserts is or at least a dirt-tight bordering or embracing the respective pipe slide attachment.
  • the ingress of dirty water or water at all and in particular of Wall to be securely prevented in the interior of the bell adapter, so that a continuous good operation of the installation kit is guaranteed.
  • Figure 1 shows an installation set 1 which is usable by their telescopic design for a variety of lines that are not shown here.
  • the square rod 2 terminates at the upper end with a corresponding connection, wherein it is otherwise covered and secured over the entire length by a protective tube 3.
  • This protective tube 3 is made once from the thrust parts 4, 5 and from the lower end 7 forming bell adapter 6.
  • Figure 1 shows that a special cavity around the not individually recognizable square bar 2 is created by this particular training, even with long periods ensures that this square bar 2 when needed, ie when operating the slide 8 to each rotate.
  • the line slide 8 is shown in Figures 1 and 2 only simplified, because it does not depend on the details.
  • FIG. 1 and in particular FIG. 2 make it clear that the region of the connection between the square bar 2 and the line slide attachment 14 is secured by the special design of the bell adapter 6 with the dirt disk 12.
  • the interior 13 of the bell adapter 6 can thus be permanently sealed. This is done by the attached to the lower edge 19 of the bell adapter 6 slotted disk 12.
  • the area of the pipe clamp 10 and the branch 11 remains unconsidered by the installation kit.
  • the square rod 2 ends with a so-called coupling sleeve 9, which is placed from above on the top of the line slide attachment 14 and then with this by a pin, not shown here o. ⁇ . is connected. Then it is possible, without the risk of removal of the square bar 2 may occur to turn this and thus also the upper end of the pipe slide attachment 14 and thus to open or close the valve, whichever is required.
  • the dirt disk 12 has a recess 15, which is at least approximately adapted to the surround region 18 of the line slide attachment 14. Since this skirt portion 18 is different from pipe slide 8 to pipe slide, either this recess 15 would have to be changed or what was usually the dirt disk 12 were replaced in each case.
  • the dirt disk 12 here has the shape of an annular receptacle 16, with inserts 17 and 20 or even 17 are inserted into this receptacle 16 so as to accurately adapt to the line slide attachment 14 and to allow the enclosure 18.
  • the setting of the inserts 17, 20 in the annular receptacle 16 is effected by the in particular Figure 7 and Figure 8 removable locking lugs 22 and undercuts 23, which are associated with the inner wall 21 of the annular receptacle 16. It is also conceivable that the inner wall 21 has latching lugs 22 and the inner wall 24 of the first insert 17 has adapted latching lugs which enable a fixing of the second insert 20 in the first insert 17.
  • FIG. 3 and also FIG. 5, as well as the section according to FIG. 4, show that the individual inserts 17, 20 have a special shape. Namely, they have a support disk 25, 25 'to which the actual insert 17 and 20 made of soft rubber is molded or vulcanized.
  • the support discs 25, 25 ' may be made of Belch or similar material.
  • FIG. 6 shows an enlarged section of the edge region of an annular receptacle 16. It can be seen here that the actual annular receptacle 16 has a right-angled upper edge 29. This upper edge 29 ensures that the user immediately recognizes when placing the bell adapter 8 on the dirt disk 12, when this has reached the correct position. For easier insertion then a fitting sleeve 30 is provided with a bevel 31, which is adapted to the inner diameter of the bell adapter 6 with respect to its outer diameter. For a targeted and easy insertion of the dirt disk 12 in the bell adapter 6 and thus the protective tube 3 is always possible.
  • the lower and second insert 20 is formed as a disc. While the contactor plate 25 rests on the latching lug 22, in the embodiment shown here, the second insert 20 made of softer material can adapt to this latching lug 22 even in the corresponding areas.
  • the upper edge 29 and the Einpasshülse 30 are as shown in Figures 5 and 7 can be removed, serving as anti-rotation projections 32 assigned.
  • Figure 7 shows a mounting relief in so far as there in the wall 33 of the annular receptacle 16 horizontal slots 34, 34 'are provided which allow a gripping the tip of a screwdriver, a knife or similar device, so as to the second insert 17 and to push the corresponding support plate 25 'on the corresponding locking lug 22' and thus extract the corresponding insert from the receptacle 16. It is also conceivable, moreover, to provide slightly higher set corresponding horizontal slots, over which then the sliding over the support plate 25 via the associated locking lugs 22 is possible.
