Definitions
- the present invention relates to flexible packaging made from a packaging film, in particular a bag package with at least one closure seam containing one Opening for the removal of a tear-free zipper. Furthermore, the Invention a packaging film, a method for producing the packaging and the Use of packaging.
- Packaging must fill the product before mechanical, chemical and physical Protect influences. That is why such packaging is in many cases made of multiple layers Packaging material manufactured, with individual layers of material or a combination of layers of material a specific protective function can be assigned.
- the packaging material must be tear-resistant, for example. This requires very stretchable or stretchable High structural strength materials.
- Films or layers of such multilayer Packaging materials are, for example, made of a polymer, e.g. thermoplastic Plastic, made of cellulose-containing material, e.g. Paper or glassine or out Metal such as Aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
- Flexible packaging is, for example, bag packaging, such as flat bags, sealed edge bags, Space bags, stand-up space bags or tubular bags. Point accordingly the packaging has a closing seam on at least one side edge, e.g. a sealed seam, like a hot or cold seal, weld or glue.
- a sealed seam like a hot or cold seal, weld or glue.
- flat bags can have three or four sealed seams have on three or four side edges.
- a tubular bag in turn can an upper and an opposite, lower transverse seam or an upper and a lower Cross seam and a body seam, such as an overlapping or folded body seam, have.
- Such packaging is suitable, for example, for packing bulk goods, liquids or concrete, solid filling goods, especially from the area of food and luxury goods.
- Flat bags or sealed-edge bags are used, for example, for inclusion powdered, instantly soluble coffee or granulated sugar.
- Chocolate bar or biscuits are offered in tubular bags, for example. Dairy foods like yogurt, and beverages are preferably packed in bags.
- the Wrapping torn at one end. Since the film composite is tear-resistant, the tearing process is usually carried out by a tearing aid arranged in the opening area supported. The tearing process takes place along a tear line along which the Packaging is separated into at least two parts, and which at least in sections leads through the filling space of the packaging. The tear line can be controlled or uncontrolled through the packaging. The product can then be filled with the resulting product Opening in the packaging can be removed in any way.
- the tear-open part usually has to be in advance Removed the contents of the packaging, i.e. to be disposed of, e.g. the Get your hands free for further manipulation. Often these little tear pieces simply thrown away, which unnecessarily pollutes the environment.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of packaging with a zipper of the type mentioned in the introduction, in which, after opening, no separated, separate tearing parts.
- the packaging leads one in the tear-open direction in a tear line lying tear-open in the form of a packaging film partially or completely penetrating recess or a substantially Cut or packaging film running transversely to the tear line penetrating partial section line, perforation or similar weakening line, so that a tear zone propagating along the tear line when the tear stop is reached ineffective and the tearing process is stopped.
- the tear line is the distance in the packaging film along which there is a tear zone reproduces and the packaging is separated into at least two parts, whereby tear-off zone is to be understood as the point on or in the packaging film at which using appropriate separation forces, the ripping process begins or begins Progresses.
- the tear zone is usually described by the point at which two edges one or the edges of two dividing lines in a point to obtuse, especially acute angles, converge at a common intersection.
- the dividing line is in this context as a penetrating through the packaging film To understand cut.
- the tear zone can be, for example, the end region of a dividing line or one in a pointed one Notch at an end point converging.
- the line of weakness must be marked in the packaging film in order to prevent tearing lower or bring about a controlled tearing open.
- the tear line can also be used without lines of weakness and the like e.g. starting from a marking aid alone a more or less controlled course due to the structure of the packaging film in the intended direction in the packaging film.
- a partial cutting line is to be understood as a cutting line which is only through a part of the film layers or individual films of the packaging film and consequently the packaging film only partially penetrated.
- a so-called target tear point is under a line of weakness in the form to understand a line or a limited, elongated surface section, which a has significantly lower tear strength than the other packaging or wall film and which tears under a certain tensile load, for example a tearing movement with your hands is enough.
- the line of weakness can be local, for example Weaknesses of a limited section of film by means of chemical or physical or mechanical measures are generated.
- the packaging can have a marking aid, the marking aid being a potential one Can form tear zone and, for example, one arranged in the packaging film Notch is. Furthermore, the marking aid can completely or partially through one or more the wall of the packaging film leading cut, partial cut lines, perforations or the like. Lines of weakness included.
- the marking aid can contain a tear strip, which e.g. between two layers of material is arranged. By pulling on the tear strip, a division of the Packaging material along a controlled tear line.
- the tear strip however, preferably only leads to the tear stop.
- the marking aid of a packaging according to the invention is preferably in the range of Sealing seam and / or in areas in which the composite material is folded and / or sealed lies two or more times one above the other.
- the marking aid can, in particular, if there are partial cutting lines, perforations or similar weakening lines, for example, from an outer boundary of a closure seam through it extend into the packaging film delimiting the filling space.
- the marking aid can be attached, for example, during manufacture of the packaging the production of the packaging film or after its production. Furthermore, attaching the marking aid can be part of the continuous manufacturing process the packaging or the package to be integrated and, for example, before, during or be attached after the packaging has been manufactured.
- the tear line expediently runs in sections along or across at least a closure seam. It is, for example, bag packaging, especially space bags for receiving bulk goods or liquids, with at least one closing seam and with an opening area protruding into it in the form of a tube, neck or hose known. There is usually a scribing aid on the edge of the above-mentioned closure seam attached, from which the tear line through a closure seam section and then through the tubular and corresponding to the volume Opening area and again along the closure seam.
- the tear line can also start from one, possibly through a closing seam limited, first packaging edge, through the filling space into one of the first Packaging edge opposite, vertically oriented to the tear line and another Lead the seam that delimits the packaging edge.
- this is started from the marking aid along the tear line in a, usually relatively small, tear-open part and in the rest of the packaging in two, with a tear zone along the opening process propagates the tear line.
- the tear-off stop is in the direction of separation in the tear line provided for the elimination or elimination of the tear zone.
- the tear stop is preferably in a closure seam, for example a side seam or top closure seam.
- a closure seam for example a side seam or top closure seam.
- To maintain the tightness of the packaging is between the tear stop and the filling area preferably a sufficiently wide seam strip intended.
- the tear stop can also be done in this Zone be arranged.
- the tear stop can located in the area of this fuselage.
- the one which forms the tear stop Recess in the shape of a circle, an oval or an ellipse.
- the tear line leads advantageously in the middle of the recess, so that the tear zone when entering the recess is eliminated.
- the above-mentioned recess forms thanks to its design no tear zone or tear aid in the tear direction and thus prevents the continuation of the tearing process.
- the tearing process can only with above average Force use to be continued.
- the tear stop in the execution of a recess can also be an arc piece of a circle, Include oval or an ellipse. Furthermore, said recess can also be crescent-shaped be, the recess viewed in the tear direction in a concave arc through the tear line.
- the opening of the tear stop advantageously runs completely through the packaging film.
- the tear stop in the form of a recess in particular a round recess, can also be used as a hanging aid for attaching the packaging or the pack in serve a rack.
- the packaging at least includes a tear stop a cut or partial cut line, perforation or similar weakening line.
- the tear stop in said embodiment preferably runs essentially across the Tear line.
- the tear line for its part preferably runs in the middle of the named the tear-off line or perforation.
- the line or Perforation viewed in the tear direction is preferably essentially concave. The ends of the cut or partial cut line, perforation or similar weakening line advantageously run essentially counter to the tear direction.
- the aforementioned cut or partial cut line, perforation or the like Tear stop preferably describes a partial circle, a partial oval or a partial ellipse, the line ends are oriented essentially against the tear direction.
- the ends of the cut or partial cut line, perforation or weakening line form tear zones or scribing aids, but these are only in the opposite direction to the tear line effective and therefore have no effect.
- tear-resistant layers or layers of a packaging film can also be used a tear stop in the form of a cut line.
- the tear stop i.e. the edges of the recess or the cutting or partial cutting line, Perforation or the like weakening line can be additionally reinforced, so that a new one Scribing in the area of these edges is further complicated.
