Claims (3)

  1. Commutateur à gradins pour des transformateurs à gradins comprenant :
    - un cylindre en matériau isolant qui forme le boîtier et dont le côté intérieur comporte des contacts à gradins connectables, et fixes
    - entraîné en rotation par une colonne de commutation (1) placée dans l'espace intérieur, et des moyens d'entraînement,
    - au moins un support de palier (3) pour un support de contact qui peut s'y articuler ou au moins un tel support de contact directement fixé par combinaison de forces à la colonne de commutation (1) au moins dans un plan (2) horizontal, à l'aide respectivement d'une bague de serrage (4) supérieure en deux parties (41, 42) et à l'aide d'une bague de serrage (5) inférieure en deux parties (51, 52), de telle manière que chacune des deux parties (41, 42 ; 51, 52) de chaque bague de serrage (4, 5) peut être contrainte l'une par rapport à l'autre par au moins une vis de serrage (6, 7), et
    - un bouclier statique (14) de part et d'autre de chaque support de palier (3) ou de chaque support de contact, de telle manière que les côtés ouverts des deux boucliers statiques (14) placés de part et d'autre de chaque support de palier (3) ou de chaque support de contact sont tournés l'un vers l'autre,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la bague de serrage (4) supérieure en deux parties (41, 42) de même que la bague de serrage (5) inférieure en deux parties (51, 52) comportent chacune une rainure de serrage (411, 421, 511, 521) sur leur surface intérieure tournée vers la colonne de commutation (1), et
    - chaque bouclier statique (14) comporte une tige de fixation (143) qui à son tour comporte à son extrémité libre une zone de serrage (145) cylindrique dont le diamètre correspond à chacune des rainures de serrage (411, 421, 512, 521) et qui est bloquée dans celle-ci entre la bague de serrage (4, 5) soit supérieure soit inférieure et la colonne de commutation (1).
  2. Commutateur à gradins selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le contour de chacune des rainures de serrage (411, 421, 512, 521) est muni de dentelures (412, 422), de telle manière que quand on insère un des boucliers statiques (14) sa zone de serrage (145) peut se déformer.
  3. Bouclier statique (14) à fixer à une colonne de commutation (1) d'un commutateur à gradins d'après la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'
    - il est en tôle mince et en une seule pièce en formant un composant pratiquement en symétrie de révolution,
    - il comporte un disque de blindage (141) dont un bord (142) périphérique et recourbé est ouvert d'un côté,
    - une tige de fixation en U qui s'étend vers le côté ouvert du bord (142) est façonnée sur le disque de blindage (141), et
    - à son extrémité libre la tige de fixation (143) pour sa part a une zone de serrage (145) dont le diamètre est supérieur à celui du reste de la tige de fixation (143) et qui correspond à une des rainures de serrage (411, 421, 512, 521) d'une bague de serrage (4, 5), de telle manière qu'elle puisse être serrée dans cette rainure et donc sur la colonne de commutation (1).
