- Schaltschloss für einen Niederspannungs-Leistungsschalter mit einem Einschalt-Klinkenhebel (1), der sich an einer Einschalt-Halbwelle (2) abstützt, und einem Ausschalt-Klinkenhebel (3), der sich an einer Auslöse-Halbwelle (21) abstützt, wobei jede Halbwelle (2, 21) einen an seinen beiden Enden mit Lagerzapfen (4) versehenen, aus Metall bestehenden, zentralen Schaft (5) aufweist, der verschiedene radial abragende Funktionselemente (6, 7, 8, 9) trägt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Schaft (5) und die radial abragenden Funktionselemente (6, 7, 8, 9) einer Halbwelle als ein in einem Urformverfahren hergestellter einstückiger Metallkörper ausgebildet sind,an dem zentralen Schaft (5) zusätzlich ein nockenartig ausgebildeter Massenausgleich (10) angeformt ist undder Massenausgleich (10) an dem einen Ende und die Funktionselemente (6, 7, 8, 9) an dem anderen Ende des zentralen Schaftes (5) angeordnet sind. - Schaltschloss nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
jede der beiden Halbwellen (2, 21) sowohl die zum Einschalten erforderlichen als auch die zum Auslösen erforderlichen Funktionselemente (6, 7, 8, 9) trägt.
