Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Spleißen von Bahnen, insbesondere von Papierbahnen für die Herstellung von Wellpappe,a) mit einer Spleißeinrichtung (9) für das Vorbereiten und Verspleißen des hinteren Endes einer zu Ende gehenden aktiven Bahn (5akt) und des vorderen Endes einer zu verspleißenden Bahn (5spl),b) wobei die Spleißeinrichtung (9) jeweils einen Zulauf (11) für die aktive Bahn (5akt) und die zu verspleißende Bahn (5spl) aufweist, undc) mit einer Bahnabrolleinrichtung (13) zur Aufnahme von mehreren Bahnrollen (21),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,d) dass die Bahnabrolleinrichtung (13) zur Aufnahme von wenigstens drei Bahnrollen (21) ausgebildet ist, so dass jeweils eine erste der drei von den Bahnrollen (21) gelieferten Bahnen als aktive Bahn (5akt) dienen kann, eine zweite der drei Bahnen (21) als mit der aktiven Bahn zu verspleißende Bahn (5spl) und die dritte Bahnrolle (21) gleichzeitig ausgetauscht und/oder die betreffende Bahn für den nächsten Spleißvorgang vorbereitet werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahn einer Bahnrolle (21) in einer bestimmten Aufnahmeposition (I, II, III) der Bahnabrolleinrichtung (13) je nach Anforderung jeweils dem einen oder anderen der beiden Zuläufe (11) der Spleißeinrichtung (9) zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Umlenkrollen vorgesehen sind, die das Zuführen einer Bahn aus jeder Aufnahmeposition (I, II, III) zu jedem der beiden Zuläufe (11) ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmepositionen (I, II, III) vertikal übereinander, vorzugsweise mittig bezogen auf die horizontale Ausdehnung der Spleißeinrichtung (9), vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahnen zweier Bahnrollen (21) in zwei bestimmten Aufnahmepositionen der Bahnabrolleinrichtung (13) abwechselnd nur einem einzigen der beiden Zuläufe (11) der Spleißeinrichtung (9) zuführbar sind, wobei diese Aufnahmepositionen vorzugsweise dem betreffenden Zulauf benachbart angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem der beiden Zuläufe (11) der Spleißeinrichtung (9) abwechselnd die Bahnen jeweils zweier Bahnrollen (21) in jeweils zwei bestimmten Aufnahmeposition der Bahnabrolleinrichtung (13) zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Wellpappe durch Verkleben von wenigstens zwei Bahnen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
a) dass jeder der beiden zu verklebenden Bahnen oder Teilbahnen (5, 3a), hiervon eine Spleißvorrichtung (7, 7') nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spleißvorrichtungen (7, 7')im Wesentlichen nebeneinander angeordnet sind, dass jede Spleißvorrichtung (7) eine Abrolleinheit (15) mit jeweils zwei Aufnahmen für jeweils eine Bahnrolle (21) umfasst und dass zwischen den Spleißvorrichtungen (7) eine weitere Abrolleinheit (15) mit zwei Aufnahmen vorgesehen ist, wobei die jeweils der betreffenden Spleißvorrichtung (7) benachbarte Aufnahme dieser Abrolleinheit (15) dieser benachbarten Spleißvorrichtung (7) zugeordnet ist.
