der Aufreissdeckel (2) aus einer Deckelfolie (3) und einem randseitig endlos oder in Teilabschnitten unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren oder nicht-lösbaren Verbindungszone (15, 15b) an die Deckelfolie (3) angebrachten Randklemmelement (4) besteht, und der Behälterrand (11) eine Randfläche (12) mit einem endseitigen Randabschluss (13) enthält, und der Aufreissdeckel (2) mit seiner Deckelfolie (3) und/oder mit dem Randklemmelement (4) unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren Verbindungsnaht (14, 14b) auf der Randfläche (12) festliegt und das Randklemmelement (4) mit dem Randabschluss (13) eine Form- und/oder Kraftschlussverbindung eingeht, wobei die Verpackung (10) durch Lösen der Form- und/oder Kraftschlussverbindung zwischen Randklemmelement (4) und Randabschluss (13) und Aufreissen der lösbaren Verbindungsnaht (14, 14b) an der Randfläche (12) erstmalig geöffnet wird und der Verpackungsbehälter (10) durch erneutes Aufsetzen des Aufreissdeckels (2) auf die Behälteröffnung und Herstellen der Form- und/oder Kraftschlussverbindung zwischen dem Randklemmelement (4) und dem Randabschluss (13) ein- oder mehrfach wieder verschlossen werden kann. - Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4) über den Randabschluss (13) gestülpt oder auf den Randabschluss (13) aufgesetzt ist und klemmend an diesem festliegt.

- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4) den Randabschluss (13) untergreifend umgibt und nur unter Wegbiegen des äusseren, zweiten Schenkels (6) vom Behälterrand (11) senkrecht zur Behälteröffnung angehoben werden kann.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4) eine endseitig am äusseren, zweiten Schenkel (6) angeformte Rippe (8) enthält, welche den Randabschluss (13) untergreifend umschliesst.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4) endseitig am äusseren, zweiten Schenkel (6) den Randabschluss (13) untergreifende in regelmässigen oder unregelmässigen Abständen zueinander angeordnete Nocken (8b), insbesondere höckerförmige oder buckelförmige Nocken, aufweist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randabschluss mittels Klammer-, Clip-, Schnapp- oder Zangeneffekt oder einer Kombination davon das Randklemmelement der Deckelfolie klemmend festhält und der Randabschluss vorzugsweise eine nutförmige Rinne, insbesondere eine nutförmige Rinne mit Hinterschneidungen ausbildet, in welche ein in Bezug auf die Wanddicke der Deckelfolie als randseitige Verdickung ausgebildetes Randklemmelement, vorzugsweise ein wulstartig ausgebildetes Randklemmelement, eingreift.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungsbehälter (1) aus einer Aluminium-Kunststoff-Verbundfolie, einer Kunststoffverbundfolie oder einer ein- oder beidseitig Lack beschichteten Aluminiumfolie einer Dicke von mehr als 20 µm, vorzugsweise mehr als 60 µm, insbesondere mehr als 80 µm und weniger als 500 µm, insbesondere weniger als 200 µm, insbesondere weniger als 160 µm ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckelfolie (3) eine ein- oder beidseitg mit einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff beschichtete, siegelbare Aluminiumfolie, vorzugsweise eine mit einer Siegelschicht aus oder enthaltend Polypropylen beschichtete Aluminiumfolie mit einer Gesamtdicke von mehr als 15 µm, vorzugsweise mehr als 40 µm, insbesondere mehr als 60 µm, und weniger als 500 µm, vorzugsweise weniger als 160 µm, insbesondere weniger als 130 µm, ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckelfolie (3) eine in äusserster Lage angeordnete und dem Verpackungsinhalt zugewandte Siegelschicht, vorzugsweise eine Siegelschicht aus oder enthaltend Polypropylen, enthält und das Randklemmelement (4) einen thermoplastischen Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polypropylen, enthält oder daraus besteht und mittels Stoffschluss, vorzugsweise mittels Schweiss- oder Siegelverbindung mit der Deckelfolie (3) verbunden ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckelfolie (3) eine in äusserster Lage angeordnete und dem Verpackungsinhalt zugewandte Siegelschicht oder -folie aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff enthält und das Randklemmelement (4) aus einen thermoplastischen Kunststoff besteht, und die Siegelschicht vorzugsweise ein Schmelzverhalten aufweist, das auf das Schmelzverhalten des Randklemmelementes abgestimmt ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4) ein im Randbereich der Deckelfolie (3) vorzugsweise auf eine in äusserster Lage angeordnete Siegelschicht, insbesondere auf eine Siegelschicht aus oder enthaltend Polypropylen, mittels eines Giess-, vorzugsweise Spritzgiessverfahrens, angegossenes Teil aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus oder enthaltend Polypropylen, ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckelfolie (3b) mit ihrem Randbereich (12b), vorzugsweise mittels Siegeln, Kleben oder Schweissen, unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren oder nicht-lösbaren Verbindungszone (15b) am Randklemmelement (4b) festliegt und das Randklemmelement (4b), vorzugsweise mittels Siegeln, Kleben, Schweissen oder Angiessen, unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren, flächigen Verbindungsnaht (14b) teil- oder vollflächig mit dem Behälterrand (11b), insbesondere mit der Randfläche (12b) verbunden ist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4b) einen in Verlängerung des ersten Schenkels (5b) ausgebildeten Flansch (20b) enthält und das Randklemmelement (4b) mit seinem Flansch (20b) unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren Verbindungsnaht (14b) teil- oder vollflächig der Randfläche aufliegt und die Deckelfolie (3b) mit der Oberseite des Randklemmelementes (4b), insbesondere mit der Oberseite des Flansches (20b), eine lösbare oder nicht-lösbare Verbindungszone (15b) ausbildet.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4b) ein an den Behälterrand (llb) mittels eines Giess-, vorzugsweise Spritzgiessverfahrens, angegossenes oder angespritztes Teil aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus oder enthaltend Polypropylen, ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4b) auf eine Siegelschicht am Behälterrand (11b) aufgebracht ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung gemäss Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein Verpackungsbehälter (1) mit einem Behälterrand (11), enthaltend eine Randfläche (12) und einen Randabschluss (13), mit dem Verpackungsinhalt beschickt und mit einem Aufreissdeckel (2), enthaltend eine Deckelfolie (3) und ein Randklemmelement (4) verschlossen wird, wobei das Randklemmelement (4) auf den Behälterrand (11) aufgebracht und mittels Form- und/oder Kraftschlussverbindung mit dem Randabschluss (13) verbunden wird, und der Randbereich der Deckelfolie (3) oder das Randklemmelement (4) unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren Verbindungsnaht (14) teil- oder vollflächig mit der Randfläche (12) des Verpackungsbehälters (1) verbunden wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungsbehälter (1) mittels Streckzieh- oder Tiefziehverfahren oder einer Kombination beider Verfahren hergestellt wird und der Behälterrand (11) in seinem äussersten Randbereich zu einem Bördelrand als Randabschluss (13) eingerollt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Deckelfolie (3) von einer Bandfolie, insbesondere von einer Folienrolle, zugeschnitten wird und ein Randklemmelement (4) aus Kunststoff im Randbereich der zugeschnittenen Deckelfolie (3) mittels Spritzgiessverfahren an die Deckelfolie (3) gegossen wird, so dass die Deckelfolie (3) mit dem Randklemmelement (4), nach Aushärten des in flüssigen bis plastischen Zustand an die Deckelfolie (3) gegossenen Kunststoffes, eine stoffschlüssige Verbindung bildet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekkelfolie (3) in eine Spritzgiessform eingeführt wird, wobei der Randbereich der Deckelfolie (3) im Wandbereich einer Formkavität angeordnet ist und thermoplastischer Kunststoff in die Formkavität gespritzt wird und der eingespritze thermoplastische Kunststoff mit der Oberfläche des Randbereiches verklebt und zu einem Randklemmelement (4) ausgehärtet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4b), vorzugsweise unter Ausbildung der Form- und/oder Kraftschlussverbindung mit dem Randabschluss (13b), an den Behälterrand (11b) angebracht wird, und der Verpackungsbehälter (1b) vor und vorzugsweise nach Anbringen des Randklemmelementes (4b) mit dem Verpackungsinhalt beschickt wird, und die, vorzugsweise zugeschnittene, Deckelfolie (3b) zum Verschliessen der gefüllten Verpakkung, vorzugsweise mittels Siegeln, Schweissen oder Kleben, unter Ausbildung einer vorzugseise nicht-lösbaren Verbindungsnaht (15) auf das am Verpackungsbehälter (1b) anliegenden Randklemmelement (4b) aufgebracht wird und das Randklemmelement beim Aufbringen auf den Behälterrand (11b) oder beim Anbringen der Deckelfolie (3b) unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren Verbindungsnaht (14b), vorzugsweise mittels Siegeln, Schweissen, Kleben oder Angiessen, mit dem Behälterrand (llb), insbesondere mit dessen Randfläche (12b), verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4b) an den Behälterrand (llb) angebracht und mit dem Behälterrand (11b), insbesondere mit dessen Randfläche (12b), unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren Verbindungsnaht (14b), vorzugsweise mittels Siegeln, Schweissen, Kleben oder Angiessen, verbunden wird und der Verpackungsbehälter (1b) vor und vorzugsweise nach Anbringen des Randklemmelementes (4b) mit dem Verpackungsinhalt beschickt wird und die Deckelfolie (3b) zum Verschliessen der gefüllten Verpackung, vorzugsweise mittels Siegeln, Schweissen oder Kleben, unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren oder nicht-lösbaren flächigen Verbindungszone (15b) auf das Randklemmelement (4b) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4b) unter Ausbildung der Form- und/oder Kraftschlussverbindung mit dem Randabschluss (13b) an den Behälterrand (llb) angebracht wird, und der Verpackungsbehälter (1b) vor und vorzugsweise nach Anbringen des Randklemmelementes (4b) mit dem Verpackungsinhalt beschickt wird, und die Deckelfolie (3b) zum Verschliessen der gefüllten Verpackung, vorzugsweise mittels Siegeln, Schweissen oder Kleben unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren oder nicht-lösbaren, flächigen Verbindungszone (15b) auf das am Verpackungsbehälter (1b) anliegende Randklemmelement (4b) aufgebracht wird und das Randklemmelement (4b) beim Anbringen der Deckelfolie (3b) unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren Verbindungsnaht (14b) vorzugsweise mittels Siegeln, Schweissen oder Kleben mit dem Behälterrand (llb), insbesondere mit dessen Randfläche (12b), verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randklemmelement (4b) unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren Verbindung (14b) mittels eines Kunststoffspritzgiessverfahrens an den Behälterrand (llb), insbesondere an dessen Randfläche (12b), angegossen wird, und der Behälterrand (llb), insbesondere dessen Randfläche (12b) mit dem Randklemmelement (4b), nach Aushärten des im flüssigen bis plastischen Zustand an den Behälterrand (llb) gegossenen Kunststoffs, eine lösbare, stoffschlüssige Verbindung bildet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungsbehälter (1b) in eine Spritzgiessform eingeführt wird, wobei der Behälterrand (llb), und insbesondere die Randfläche (12b), im Wandbereich einer Formkavität angeordnet ist, und ein thermoplastischer Kunststoff in die Formkavität gespritzt wird, wobei der eingespritze thermoplastische Kunststoff mit der Oberfläche des Behälterrandes (11b), insbesondere der Randfläche (12b), unter Ausbildung einer lösbaren Verbindung (14b) verklebt und zu einem Randklemmelement (4b) ausgehärtet wird.
