Definitions
- the invention relates to a sorter for cleaning a Fibrous material suspension, a cylindrical sieve being provided.
- Sorters are machines used for cleaning in the paper industry a stock suspension consisting of water, fibrous materials and Dirt particles exist. In this case, an inflow flow over a Screening device performed, the acceptance stream consisting of water and fibers flowing through the screen. A partial stream, called Reject flow, consisting of water, fibers and contaminants, is in the generally at the end opposite the feed stream deducted.
- the sorters are thus separated into Liquid present solid particles.
- the Filtration separated the liquid from the solid.
- Such sorter is rotationally symmetrical and consists of a Housing with a tangentially arranged inlet, a cylindrical one Sieve basket, usually provided with holes or vertical slots and a rotating rotor.
- the job of the rotor is to Keep the sieve slots free, which is due to the sieve surface being close to rotating wing is reached.
- the acceptance stream is in one so-called acceptance room, which is often conical, collected and deducted radially at one point.
- the reject stream is general on the opposite side of the strainer basket in one mostly ring-shaped reject space and tangential from it deducted.
- Such a sorter is e.g. known from US 4,268,381.
- the disadvantage of these sorting machines is that reject space of relatively large size increases the risk of constipation low flow velocities occur. Another occurs uneven flow to the strainer and uneven Flow conditions in the acceptance room, especially in the area of Acceptance of waste, on.
- the aim of the invention is therefore to improve the To create flow conditions in the sorter to create a Reduction of the energy used with increased production and To achieve dirt separation.
- the invention is therefore characterized in that the acceptance room is designed double-conical and in the flow direction Fiber suspension expanded conically. So it becomes even Flow velocity and thus optimal energy use achieved.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that the acceptance room is conical from the mouth of the acceptance outlet tapered towards the reject outlet. This allows a constant Flow speed can be achieved in the entire acceptance room.
- An advantageous development of the invention is characterized in that that the sorter is designed as a double machine.
- a favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that the inlet takes place axially through the rotor.
- a favorable embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that the drive-side rotor part in height equal to or greater than that flowed in and flowed through, the drive side facing away rotor part.
- a favorable embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that the inlet is in the middle from the side.
- An advantageous development of the invention is characterized in that that the acceptance outlet is provided twice.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that the sorter is arranged horizontally.
- a favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that for presorting a screen basket rotating with the rotor in Inflow area is provided, with rotating also in the pre-sorting area Wings can be provided.
- a favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that several blades are distributed in height and / or circumference on the rotor are provided.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that in the inlet area between the pipe socket and the end of the rotor stationary installation is provided, which is rotationally symmetrical can. This will significantly improve the Flow conditions and subsequently a reduction in used energy reached.
- An advantageous development of the invention is characterized in that that the installation of a cone, a truncated cone, hemisphere, spherical segment, Spherical layer, paraboloid or double-shell hyperboloid.
- a favorable embodiment of the invention is characterized in that that when installed as a cone or truncated cone, the cone angle ⁇ is between 10 ° and 60 °.
- a favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that that the axis of the inlet nozzle is arranged parallel to the cone jacket is. This allows the flow to be guided better and the Energy losses can be reduced further.
- a favorable alternative embodiment of the invention is thereby characterized in that the installation is a spiral body, the Slope of the spiral can be chosen such that the Flow velocity in the inlet area over the entire Sorting basket width is constant.
- An advantageous development of the invention is characterized in that that the installation is arranged centrally.
- FIG. 1 showing an embodiment of the invention
- Fig. 2 shows an alternative embodiment of the invention
- Fig. 3 shows an embodiment a double machine
- Fig. 4 the area for an integrated Presorting
- Fig. 5 is a diagram of the dependency of the specific Energy for sieve flow
- Fig. 6 is a diagram of the dirt point reduction represents the sieve flow.
- Fig. 1 shows a sorter 1, the one through an inlet port 2 Fibrous suspension is fed for cleaning.
- Inlet 3 In the area of Inlet 3 is provided, which is shown here as a truncated cone is.
- the "tip" of the truncated cone points in the direction of the rotor 4.
- the flank angle ⁇ of the truncated cone is between 10 ° and 60 °.
- the fiber suspension enters the room between rotor 4 and sieve 5 and is passed through the sieve into the Accepted room 6.
- the housing of the acceptance room is Double conical design, i.e. the housing tapers approximately from the Top edge of the acceptance outlet 7 conical towards the reject space, whereby the angle of the acceptance room for a constant Flow rate assuming uniform Outflow through the sieve is designed.
- the rotor 4 of the sorter 1 is for a uniform Sieve flow, which has a low thickening behavior above the sieve height conditional, designed. It has the shape of a parabola, so that the axial flow velocity within the strainer assumed uniform outflow through the sieve is constant remains. Alternatively, the shape of the rotor can also have a conical shape be approximated.
- the reject space designed such that flow velocities greater than 2.5 m / sec with or without additional input of stirring energy by the rotor available. This practically prevents constipation.
- Fig. 2 shows an analog arrangement of a sorter 1, here the Inlet nozzle 2 is arranged so that the suspension parallel to the wall of the truncated cone 3 is supplied. This can reduce energy loss, which is otherwise present when the flow is diverted.
- Fig. 3 shows the execution of a top machine, as for high Production performance is carried out.
- the rotor is e.g. as Double parabolic rotor 4, 4 'or double cone rotor. Also the Reject deduction 8, 8 'and the screen basket 5, 5' is in duplicate intended.
- the acceptance room 6, 6 ' is double-conical, i.e. again that the housing is approximately from the top of the Acceptance outlet tapers conically towards the reject space.
- the stock suspension is here again supplied via the supply nozzle 2 and in the embodiment shown axially guided by the rotor.
- the drive-side rotor part 4 in height L1 equal to or greater than the inflow and through flow, the drive side facing rotor part 4 'with the height L2.
- the suspension occurs in the middle Area through openings 9 from the flowed through rotor part 4 'and is distributed here in both directions. It occurs like a simple one Sorter through the sieve basket 5, 5 'into the acceptance room 6, 6 ', which is also double-conical here.
- the reject flows both up and down and is here in one Rejektraum 8, 8 'removed from the machine.
- the inlet can also take place centrally from one side.
- the acceptance outlet can either be double, i.e. above (7 ') or below (7) or simply be attached in the middle.
- the sorting machine can also be carried out in a lying position.
- FIG. 4 now shows the upper part of a sorter 1 with an integrated one Pre-sorting.
- the sorter 1 via the inlet nozzle 2 Fibrous suspension fed.
- a Heavy part separation is in the upper area of the A sorting area 10 is provided in the sorter 1, into which the suspension passes through a sieve 11. This allows specifically heavy parts and large-scale impurities that come from dirty or high soiled fibers result, be removed well.
- a rotor 12 runs along with the rotor 4 via a Extension 13 is connected. The heavy parts leave the Pre-sorting area through a nozzle 14.
- the rotor 12 can in Pre-sorting area 10 both in the feed stream (as shown) or in Acceptance stream, which is then another fine sorting in the lower area of the sorter 1 is fed, run. If the rotor 12 runs in the feed stream, so the strong cleaning blades of the rotor 12 abrasive heavy parts are held on the surface of the Open sieve 11 and damage it.
- the specifically heavy parts are centrifuged outwards.
- a longer service life of the screen baskets in the Pre-sorting area achieved, on the other hand, by means of the targeted barrier Pre-sorting basket sustainable storage of heavy parts in the centrifugal re-sorting area reached.
- the separate discharge of rough and Smaller impurities lead to increased performance (throughput and increased effectiveness) compared to conventional sorting machines.
- this variant can also be used with a Double cone rotor can be executed.
- FIG. 5 shows the diagram of the energy requirement over the sieve flow, with a curve for previous sorters and a Curve for the sorter according to the invention with a tapered installation is shown in the inlet area.
- Fig. 6 is the dirt spot reduction over the sieve flow shown. It can be seen here that through a conical installation in Inlet space also the dirt point reduction can be increased significantly could, while lowering the specific energy requirement.
