Claims (5)
- Spannzwinge (10) für große Spannkräfte, wie Schraub- oder Hebelzwinge, mit einer Schiene (11) zur Führung eines einen Spannmechanismus, wie Schraubspindel (16) oder Exzenterspanner, tragenden Gleitbügels (15) und einem werkstoffeinheitlich-stoffschlüssig aus demselben Profil gebildeten Festbügel (12), wobei Schiene (11) und Festbügel (12) über ein gebogenes Knie (13) miteinander verbunden sind und im wesentlichen unter einem eine Solllage bildenden rechten Winkel zueinander stehen, sowie mit Druckplatten (18, 19), von denen eine dem Festbügel (12) und eine andere dem Spannmechanismus (16) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Knie (13) eine Überhöhung (20; 21) aufweist, an die sich, zum freien Ende von Schiene (11) und Festbügel (12) hin, jeweils eine entgegen der Soll-Umlenkrichtung orientierte Gegenumlenkung (22; 23) anschließt, die den betreffenden Profilschenkel (Schiene 11 und Festbügel 12) in seine Solllage zurückführt, wobei das Knie (13) im wesentlichen in Richtung der Winkelhalbierenden der Profilschenkel (11, 12) nach außen ausgeformt ist.
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine im wesentlichen Ω-förmige Gestaltung des Knies (13).
- Spannzwinge nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kniekehle (14) einen Innenradius (24) aufweist, dessen Mittelpunkt im wesentlichen mit dem Schnittpunkt der Werkstückanlageflächen der Schiene (11) und des Festbügels (12) bzw. der diesem zugeordneten Druckplatte (19) zusammenfällt.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis des Radius (24) zu der in gleicher Richtung gemessenen Materialstärke (29) des Profils etwa 0,5 bis 1 beträgt.
- Spannzwinge nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kniekehle (14) entlang einem Kreisbogen verläuft.
