Description
Claims (9)
- Maschine zum Richten und Härten von wellenförmigen, insbesondere langgestreckten Werkstücken auf ein vorgegebenes Richtmaß, mit einer Aufnahmevorrichtung für das Werkstück (50), mehreren drehbaren, das Werkstück beim Richten an vorgegebenen Richtstellen (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) unterfassenden Unterrollen sowie mit mehreren drehbaren an den Richtstellen angeordneten Oberrollen, von denen jede mit einem Zustellantrieb gekoppelt ist, sowie mit einem Drehantrieb für das Werkstück und einer Werkstück-Abschreckeinrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch eine die Aufnahmevorrichtung sowie die Unterrollen und die Oberrollen umgebende Kammer (60) mit dem Werkstück Kaltgas zuführenden Kaltgasdüsen und einem Abgasauslaß, welcher über eine Gasaufbereitungseinrichtung mit den Kaltgasdüsen verbunden ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß längs des eingespannten Werkstückes (50) mehrere Reihen (43, 47, 48) von Kaltgasdüsen angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reihen um den Umfang des Werkstückes gleich verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Reihen parallel zur Werkstückachse erstrecken.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeder Richtstelle zwischen der Oberrolle und den beiden zugeordneten Unterrollen wenigstens eine Kaltgasdüse sowie zwischen den Richtstellen weitere Kaltgasdüsen angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeder Richtstelle zwischen der Oberrolle und je einer der zugeordneten Unterrollen sowie zwischen den beiden Unterrollen wenigstens je eine Kaltgasdüse angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reihen an Kühlrohren (42, 44, 46) ausgebildet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberrollen Teil einer Oberwalze (10) und die Unterrollen Teil einer vorderen bezw. einer hinteren Unterwalze (20, 30) sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beginn der Abschreckung in Abhängigkeit vom Zustellhub der Oberrollen bezw. der Oberwalze (10) steuerbar ist.
