Claims (20)
- Rührvorrichtung, insbesondere zum Mischen, Granulieren und Trocknen von Feststoffen in einem Rührbehälter, mit wenigstens einem Rührorgan, das zum Beispiel zwei Rührblätter aufweist, die mit einer motorisch antreibbaren Welle verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die insbesondere eben ausgebildeten Rührblätter (26) in einem Winkel α, der in einem Bereich von etwa 15° bis etwa 60° liegt, von innen nach außen aufwärts geneigt zur Horizontalen angeordnet sind.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere (40) und der äußere Umfangsrand (42) jedes Rührblattes (26) eine elliptische Form hat.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rührblatt (26) an seinem inneren Ende (44) die geringste und an seinem äußeren Ende (46) die größte Breite hat.
- Rührvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines der Rührblätter (26) an seinem inneren Ende (44) mit einem einen Bodenräumer bildenden Bodenblatt (28) ausgerüstet ist.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenblatt (28) an seinem oberen Ende (48) die größte und an seinem unteren Ende (50) die geringste Breite aufweist.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenblatt (28) schraubenlinienartig verwunden ist.
- Rührvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenblatt in einem Winkel δ zur Horizontalen nach unten geneigt angestellt ist, daß der Anstellwinkel δ von oben nach unten zunimmt und im Bereich von etwa 5° bis etwa 55° liegt.
- Rührvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rührblatt (26) an seinem oberen äußeren Ende (46) mit einem insbesondere ebenen Seitenblatt (30) ausgerüstet ist und die Seitenblätter unter einem Neigungswinkel γ von etwa 1° bis etwa 30° zur Vertikalen nach außen angestellt sind.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenblätter (30) in einem Freiwinkel β von etwa 1° bis etwa 30° zur Wand des Rührbehälters (12) angestellt sind.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorlaufende Kante (52) jedes Seitenblattes (30) einen im wesentlichen konstanten Abstand (58) zur zylindrischen Wand des Rührbehälters (12) hat.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (58) etwa 5mm bis 10mm beträgt.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die vorlaufende Kante (52) jedes Seitenblattes (30) eine elliptische Form hat.
- Rührvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb der Rührblätter (26) wenigstens ein insbesondere ebener Stromstörer (32) eingebaut ist, dessen Unterkante (60) in einem Winkel ∈ zur Horizontalen verläuft, der im Bereich von etwa 15° bis etwa 60° liegt.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stromstörer (32) in Drehrichtung D in einem Winkel ψ. der in einem Bereich von etwa 0° bis etwa 75° liegt, zu einer Radialen (62) angestellt ist, die durch die Mittelachse der Rührerwelle (22) und durch die Mittelachse des Stromstörers 32 geht.
- Rührvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb der Rührblätter (26) wenigstens ein motorisch antreibbarer Zerhacker (34) eingebaut ist, der an seinem Ende eine Mehrzahl von Messern (38) trägt.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Zerhackers (34) über 15 m/sec liegt.
- Rührvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rührbehälter (12) aus einem oberen zylindrischen Teil (14) und einem sich an diesen anschließenden unteren kegelförmigen Bodenteil (16) gebildet ist.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kegelwinkel des kegelförmigen Bodenteils im Bereich von etwa 60° bis 120° liegt und insbesondere im wesentlichen 90° beträgt.
- Rührvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der Höhen des kegelförmigen Bodenteils (16) zum zylindrischen Teil (14) im Bereich von etwa 1:1 bis etwa 2:1 liegt.
- Rührvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rührarme (26) im wesentlichen im kegelförmigen Bodenteil (16) des Rührbehälters (12) eingebaut sind.
