Mit diesem Flanschende ist das Spritzrohr drehbar am Behälterflansch 7 der einen Behälterwandung 8 gelagert (vgl. Die jeweilige Zuordnung der zum Betrieb gerade verwendeten Düsenreihe ermöglichen die am Flansch 5 des äußeren Spritzrohres 4 angebrachten Positionsanzeiger 6, die bis auf einen die Reihe der Öffnungen 9 des Innenrohres 3 angebenden Positionsanzeiger 13 (vgl. Fig. 4) verstellt werden müssen. Es ist somit in einfacher Weise möglich, entweder in vorbestimmten Zeitintervallen oder bei ermittelten Verstopfungen von Spritzdüsen einer in die Betriebslage gestellten Düsenreihe durch lediglich Verdrehen des äußeren Spritzrohres 4 eine saubere Düsenreihe in Einsatz zu bringen.In the operating state, the outer spray tube 4 placed on the inner tube 3 encloses the inner tube 3 with a narrow seat sealed by O-rings (see FIG. Claims (3)

  1. A device for spraying pickling or rinsing liquids on elongated metal objects, particularly metal strips, comprising outer cylindrical spraying tubes (2) with spraying nozzles (4) that are arranged above and/or underneath the transport plane of the object in the tank walls of a pickling tank or the like and connected to a liquid supply, wherein the outer spraying tube (2) is arranged in a sealed fashion on an inner tube (3) realized with a row of openings (9) that are spaced apart in accordance with the longitudinal spacing of the spraying nozzles (4) of the outer spraying tube (2), and wherein these openings (9) are oriented in situ such that they point toward the object and are aligned with the spraying nozzles (4) of the outer spraying tube (2),
    characterized in
    that the outer spraying tube (2) is adjustable about its longitudinal axis and features at least two rows of nozzles (I to IV) that are spaced from one another, and in that the openings (9) of the inner tube (3) are realized in the form of oblong holes.
  2. The device according to Claim 1,
    characterized in
    that the outer spraying tube (2) is rotatably supported in a tank wall (8) with a tank flange (5), and in that the inner tube (3) is flanged to the opposite tank wall and connected to the liquid supply (12).
  3. The device according to Claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in
    that the spraying tube and the inner tube (2; 3 ) are provided with position indicating devices (6; 13) that are respectively assigned to the rows of nozzles (I to IV) and the row of openings (9).
