Claims (6)
- Machine plieuse de tôles métalliques, du type de celles qui sont formées par un bâti fixe (8) sur lequel se monte la mâchoire fixe (5) correspondante, et s'articule un chariot presseur (16) basculant qui comporte la mâchoire mobile (4) composée d'une pièce centrale (4.1) interchangeable et de paquets latéraux adaptables, formés par des pièces (4.2) associées, tandis que les porte-lames (3 et 6) sont disposés dans des armatures (10) articulées sur des chariots de réglage (12) mus par des vérins plieurs horizontaux (15), cependant qu'il existe de même des vérins plieurs verticaux (9) qui s'étendent entre le bâti (8) et les armatures (10) pour provoquer le basculement de ces dernières, caractérisée en ce que les vérins (17) qui provoquent le mouvement du chariot presseur (16) sont disposés au-dessus de ce dernier, leur corps (17.1) étant accouplé au chariot presseur (16) par l'intermédiaire d'un joint articulé (17.4) et leur tige (17.2) étant reliée, par l'intermédiaire d'un autre joint articulé (17.3), à une poutre portique horizontale et fixe (1) qui s'étend sur toute la largeur de la machine au-dessus des porte-lames (3 et 6).
- Machine plieuse de tôles métalliques selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la poutre horizontale (1) est supportée par des colonnes verticales (2) qui, reposent sur le bâti (8) par leur extrémité inférieure, la poutre (1), les colonnes (2) et le bâti (8) constituant l'armature résistante de la machine.
- Machine plieuse de tôles métalliques selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les colonnes fixes (2) traversent les armatures (10) de support des porte-lames (3 et 6), de sorte que, ces dernières restant statiques, il est prévu de disposer facultativement sur elles des moyens de réglage et/ou de contrôle relatifs à la position que les porte-lames (3 et 6) occupent pendant le processus de travail.
- Machine plieuse de tôles métalliques selon les revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce que les colonnes (2) peuvent présenter une section transversale de contour circulaire, polygonal ou analogue, cependant qu'il est prévu que, dans le cas où les colonnes (2) sont cylindriques et qu'elles comprennent les moyens précités de réglage et de contrôle, elles présentent des surfaces méplates, soit par elles-mêmes, soit au moyen d'éléments rapportés, pour le montage desdits moyens de réglage et de contrôle.
- Machine plieuse de tôles métalliques selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, pour changer la pièce (4.1) de la mâchoire mobile (4), on dispose un mécanisme formé d'un chargeur (18) du type carrousel, lequel est situé sur le côté dé la machine, avec un dispositif robotisé (19) de transfert des pièces (4.1) entre le chargeur (18) et un chariot (20) qui peut venir jusqu'à la position fonctionnelle dans la partie centrale de la machine.
- Machine plieuse de tôles métalliques selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les pièces (4.2) des paquets latéraux de la mâchoire (4) sont incorporés en montage libre sur des barres (22) et (23), dont l'une (22) est fixe et l'autre (23) peut être déplacée longitudinalement au moyen d'un vérin actionneur (24) correspondant, chacune des pièces (4.2) précitées étant en liaison avec une électrovanne actionnant un dispositif de blocage sur la barre (23) pour permettre de former sélectivement les paquets avec le nombre de pièces (4.2) qui sont nécessaires dans chaque cas en fonction de la dimension des tôles à plier.
