Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Befestigen eines stabförmigen Teiles, vorzugsweise mit zylindrischem Querschnitt, in einer dieses umfassenden Halterung, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte :a.) Herstellen einer flächigen Halterung (1), die an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten (3, 4) Elemente (5, 6) zum formschlüssigen Ineinandergreifen aufweist,b.) Hochbiegen der Seitenkanten (3, 4) der Halterung (1),c.) Formen der Halterung (1) zu einer dem stabförmigen Teil (2) entsprechenden Querschnittsform,d.) Einführen des stabförmigen Teiles (2) in die Halterung (1),e.) Verprägen der Halterung (1) um das stabförmige Teil (2).
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten (3, 4) zu einer Seite (8) hin abgeschrägt sind, so daß eine Innenseite (7) mit einer kleineren Fläche als die der Außenseite (8) gebildet wird,
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hochbiegen der Seitenkanten (3, 4) und Formen der Halterung (1) durch Rollformen erfolgt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verprägen der Halterung (1) um das stabförmige Teil (2) mindestens zwei um 90° versetzte Preßvorgänge umfaßt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stabförmige Teil (2) eine vorzugsweise radiale Profilierung, insbesondere ein Gewinde aufweist.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stabförmige Teil (2) ein Gewindestab ist.
- In einer Halterung befestigter Gewindestab, gekennzeichnet durch die Herstellung in einem Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6.
- Verwendung eines in einer Halterung befestigten Gewindestabes für das Verstellen eines Bauteiles.
