Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de mélange d'au moins deux suspensions fibreuses (1, 2) différentes définies pour la fabrication du papier et comprenant un diluant (3) présentant une teneur en fibres moins élevée que celle des suspensions fibreuses (1, 2),
    une suspension mélangée étant générée, laquelle doit être amenée par une pompe de mélange (4) à une machine à papier,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif contient un récipient de mélange (5, 5') comprenant au moins un tube de mélange (6) disposé en amont, doté de conduites d'alimentation (8, 9) pour les suspensions fibreuses (1, 2) ainsi qu'une conduite d'écoulement (10) disposée en aval, menant à la pompe de mélange (4) et
    en ce que la conduite d'écoulement (10) débouche dans la conduite d'alimentation (11) du diluant (3) en direction de la pompe de mélange (4).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le tube de mélange (6) contient au moins un mélangeur statique (7).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le récipient de mélange (5, 5') contient un agitateur entraîné mécaniquement (12).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le récipient de mélange (5') est fermé et dimensionné pour la surpression.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le récipient de mélange (5) est ouvert.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la conduite d'écoulement (10) contient une pompe (15).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le volume du récipient de mélange (5, 5') est mesuré de sorte que lorsqu'il fonctionne de manière conventionnelle, le temps de séjour moyen de la suspension est compris entre 8 et 15 sec.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le tube de mélange (6) est mesuré de sorte que lorsqu'il fonctionne de manière conventionnelle, une vitesse d'écoulement moyenne de 1 à 2 m/sec est établie.
