Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de mélangeage de courants de pâte, notamment dans le distributeur de courants de pâte d'une machine à papier, où, dans une première étape de process, au moins deux courants de pâte sont unis et en même temps dégazés, et dans une deuxième étape de process qui suit, les courants de pâte unis sont mélangés l'un à l'autre par un dispositif de dégazage, spécifiquement un rotor comportant des ouvertures de dégazage, où de l'eau de dilution, par exemple, de l'eau blanche provenant d'une machine à papier, est ajoutée, et où après le mélangeage et le dégazage, la concentration de la suspension de pâte fibreuse est mesurée et la quantité d'eau de dilution ajoutée est déterminée en fonction de la concentration de la suspension de pâte fibreuse mélangée et dégazée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des composants de pâte fibreuse individuels se trouvent mélangés.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des pâtes d'appoint sont ajoutées.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la totalité de l'eau blanche de la machine à papier est ajoutée.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la suspension mélangée et dégazée est amenée vers un bac de stockage, par exemple, un cuvier de machine, ou un tuyau vertical.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la suspension mélangée et dégazée est amenée vers une pompe.
  7. Dispositif de mélangeage de courants de pâte, notamment dans le distributeur de courant de pâte d'une machine à papier, où un dispositif de dégazage (5), spécifiquement un rotor comportant des ouvertures de dégazage, est prévu dans une conduite de mélangeage (1), plusieurs tuyaux (2, 2', 2", 3, 3', 4) pour les courants de pâte, spécifiquement des composants de pâte fibreuse, débouchant dans la conduite de mélangeage (1) en amont du dispositif de dégazage (5), caractérisé en ce qu'un tuyau de dilution (4) débouche dans la conduite de mélangeage (1) en amont du dispositif de dégazage (5) et qu'en aval du dispositif de dégazage (5) un appareil de mesure (7, 7') est prévu pour au moins une des valeurs de pâte de la suspension, l'appareil de mesure (7) étant un mesureur de concentration, qui est relié à une soupape (9) positionnée dans la conduite d'eau de dilution (4) à travers un dispositif de commande (8).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la conduite d'eau blanche (4') d'une machine à papier débouche dans la conduite de mélangeage (1).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la conduite de mélangeage (1) est reliée à un bac de stockage (15, 25) en aval du dispositif de dégazage (5).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le bac de stockage est étudié en tant que tuyau vertical (25).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau vertical (25) forme un système communicant avec un bac d'eau blanche (10).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la conduite de mélangeage (1) est reliée à une pompe (18) en aval du dispositif de dégazage (5).
