Claims (7)
- Kernpaket, das aus einzelnen Kernen zu einem Gusskern, insbesondere für Brennkraftmaschinenteile zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Kerne formschlüssig, kraftschlüssig und/oder unter Verwendung eines Hilfsmittels fest miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hilfsmittel ein Klammerelement (6) ist. - Kernpaket nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klammerelement (6) eine U-förmig ausgebildete Klammer ist. - Kernpaket nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klammerelement (6) ein Stift ist. - Kernpaket nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klammerelement (6) ferromagnetisch ist. - Verfahren zum Zusammensetzen von Kernen zu einem Kernpaket, insbesondere eines Gusskernes für Brennkraftmaschinenteile, wobei die Kerne formschlüssig, kraftschlüssig und/oder unter Verwendung eines Hilfsmittels miteinander verbunden werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei zu verbindende Kerne durch verbindendes Einschlagen eines Klammerelementes (6) verbunden werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Klammerelemente (6) von einem maschinell betätigbaren Klammergerät in die Kerne (1a, 1b) einschießbar sind. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klammerelement (6) so in die zu verbindenden Kerne (1a, 1b) eingeschossen wird, dass das Klammerelement (6) bei einer Lösebewegung der Kerne (1a, 1b) von einer Scherkraft beaufschlagt wird.
