Claims (10)
- Dispositif obturateur (D) comportant une joue (100), ledit dispositif étant destiné à fermer chacune des extrémités latérales (402, 404) d'un coffre-tunnel (400) pour volet roulant, ledit coffre-tunnel (400) étant prévu pour être intégré en cours de construction à la maçonnerie (M) d'un bâtiment, notamment par ses deux extrémités latérales (402, 404) pour être positionné au-dessus de l'embrasure d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte, caractérisé en ce que la joue (100) demeure en proéminence par rapport à l'extrémité latérale (402, 404) du coffre-tunnel (400) après le montage du dispositif obturateur (D) dans ladite extrémité latérale (402, 404) et en ce qu'il comporte sur la joue (100) des moyens prévus pour permettre sa solidarisation par un liant avec des éléments de construction de la maçonnerie (M) positionnés en vis-à-vis dudit dispositif obturateur (D).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens sont constitués de nervures (340), de plots (132) et/ou de pontets de rigidification (134) disposés sur la face externe de la joue (100).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la joue (100) est prolongée dans un même plan par une collerette (126) prévue pour s'appliquer sur une extrémité latérale (402, 404) d'un coffre-tunnel (400) de manière à permettre le positionnement de ladite joue (100) à l'extérieur du coffre-tunnel (400), après que le dispositif obturateur (D) ait été monté dans une extrémité latérale (402, 404) dudit coffre-tunnel (400).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (340) sont disposées perpendiculairement à la joue (100) et sont parallèles entre elles et dépassent par leurs hauteurs les plots (132).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (340) sont au nombre minimum de trois, dont deux au minimum sont prévues pour être prises de part et d'autre dans le liant.
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'accompagne de plaques de coffrage interne (450) et externe (460) prévues pour relier respectivement une nervure (340) ou un jambage (J1) du coffre-tunnel (400) avec les côtés des éléments de construction de la maçonnerie (M) pour créer une réserve (R) destinée à recevoir le liant.
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de coffrage interne (450) comprend une fourche (452) prévue pour enserrer une nervure latérale (340), ladite fourche étant raccordée à une encoignure (454) permettant son positionnement sur une arête des éléments de construction de la maçonnerie (M).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de coffrage externe (460) comprend une embase (462) pouvant être positionnée contre un jambage (J1) d'un coffre-tunnel (400) et contre la paroi externe des éléments de construction de la maçonnerie (M).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les plaques de coffrage interne (450) et externe (460) comportent chacune au moins un orifice (464) destiné à permettre le passage d'un lien prévu pour maintenir provisoirement lesdites plaques de coffrage (450, 460) en position entre le coffre-tunnel (400) et les éléments de construction de la maçonnerie (M) pendant le coulage du liant dans la réserve (R).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un passage de gaine (124) est prévu dans la joue (100) à l'extérieur des nervures (340) pour permettre le raccordement d'une gaine électrique, après que le dispositif obturateur ait été intégré dans la maçonnerie (M).
