Claims (7)
- Feuerungsanlage für zerkleinerte, insbesondere späne- und/oder schnitzelförmige Brennstoffe, wie Sägemehl, Hackschnitzel od dgl., mit einem Vorratsraum (5) für den Brennstoff und einer Zuführleitung (6) mit darin angeordneter Förderschnecke zur Nachlieferung von Brennstoff aus dem Vorratsraum, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Trocknung von nachzulieferndem Brennstoff die Zuführleitung (6) durch einen Nachverbrennungsraum (2) verläuft, wobei im Nachverbrennungsraum erste und zweite Flammenkanäle (13, 14) bzw. Räume zur Durchleitung der heißen Verbrennungsgase vorgesehen sind, die über eine Klappe (12) abwechselnd mit dem Verbrennungsraum (1) verbindbar sind, wobei die Zuführleitung durch einen dieser Flammenkanäle (13) bzw. Räume verläuft und im anderen dieser Flammenkanäle (14) bzw. Räume die Flamme bzw. heißen Verbrennungsgase im wesentlichen an der Zuführleitung (6) vorbeigeleitet werden.
- Feuerungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführleitung (6) in einen an sich bekannten, für einen unteren Abbrand ausgebildeten Verbrennungsraum (1) mündet, der vorzugsweise mit einem Nachverbrennungsraum (2) verbunden ist.
- Feuerungsanlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Absperreinrichtung (20) zwischen einem oberen und einem unteren Bereich des Verbrennungsraumes (1) vorgesehen ist, durch die das Nachrutschen von Brennstoff aus dem oberen Bereich des Verbrennungsraumes (1) unterbrechbar ist.
- Feuerungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführleitung (6) in einen Lagerraum für getrockneten Brennstoff mündet, aus welchem eine weitere Zuführleitung mit darin angeordneter Förderschnecke in einen Verbrennungsraum führt.
- Feuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (12) von einer Steuerungseinrichtung in Abhängigkeit von der Feuchtigkeit des Brennstoffes betätigbar ist.
- Feuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderschnecke (7) Bereiche mit unterschiedlichen Steigungen aufweist, wobei anschließend an den Vorratsraum (5) ein Bereich mit einer kleineren Steigung vorgesehen ist als im Bereich, in dem die Zuführleitung (6) durch den Flammenkanal (13) bzw. Raum zur Durchführung der Verbrennungsgase verläuft.
- Feuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Verbrennungsraum (1) zumindest ein Rohr (17, 18) vorgesehen ist, welches sich von einem oberen Bereich des Verbrennungsraumes (1) in einen unteren Bereich des Verbrennungsraumes (1), vorzugsweise bis unterhalb des Rostes (10), zur Ableitung des bei der Trocknung des Brennstoffes in der Zuführleitung (6) gebildeten Dampfes bzw. Gases erstreckt.
