Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau von Bauelementen von Wasserbecken, wie zum Beispiel von Schwimmbecken, gemäß welchem Becken- oder Schalenteile oder -elemente (1) mit einem nach außen umgebogenen Rand (7), der wenigstens auf einem Teil ihres Umfangs in Richtung der Außenseite ausgerichtet ist, und Verbindungselemente dieser Schalenteile oder -elemente mit einer nach innen gerichteten Nut (8) hergestellt werden, und in letzteren die nach außen umgebogenen, an zwei sich berührenden Schalenelementen (1) aneinandergrenzenden Ränder (7) in Eingriff gebracht werden, wobei die Verbindungselemente Strukturelemente (2, 3a, 3b, 4) des Tragwerks bzw. der Außenträgerkonstruktion des Beckens sind, die mit der Nut (8) ausgestattet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Nut (8) gleich wenigstens dem Doppelten der Dicke des nach außen umgebogenen Randes (7) ist, wobei am Boden der Nut eine Verbindungsdichtung (9) so angeordnet wird, dass die nach außen umgebogenen aneinandergrenzenden Ränder (7) von zwei sich berührenden Schalenelementen (1) auf der Verbindung unter dem Druck des Wassers, das in das aus dem Zusammenbau der Gesamtheit der Schalenelemente entstehende Becken eingeleitet wird, zur Auflage kommen, wobei auf diese Weise die Verbindung der Schalenteile oder Elemente und die Dichtigkeit dieser Verbindung hergestellt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Zusammenbau von Bauelementen von Wasserbecken, wie zum Beispiel von Schwimmbecken, die aufgebaut sind aus:
    einer Schale, die aus einer Vielzahl von Schalenteilen oder -elementen (1) gebildet wird, die auf wenigstens einem Teil ihres Umfangs einen nach außen gebogenen Rand (7) aufweisen, der in Richtung der Außenseite ausgerichtet ist;
    Verbindungselemente dieser Schalenteile oder -elemente, wobei diese Verbindungselemente auf der zur Innenseite der Schale (1) ausgerichteten Seite mit einer Nut (8) ausgestattet sind,
    wobei die Verbindungselemente aus Strukturelementen (2, 3a, 3b, 4) des Tragwerks bzw. der Außenträgerkonstruktion des Beckens gebildet sind, die mit der Nut (8) ausgestattet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Boden der Nut (8) eine Verbindungsdichtung (9) angeordnet ist, wobei die Breite der Nut gleich wenigstens dem Doppelten der Dicke des nach außen umgebogenen Randes ist, so dass die angebauten, nach außen umgebogenen Ränder (7) von zwei aneinandergrenzenden Schalenelementen (1) in die Nut hineingedrückt werden und die Verbindungsdichtung (9) zusammendrücken können, wobei auf diese Weise der Zusammenbau der Schalenelemente und die Dichtigkeit dieser Verbindung vollzogen werden.
  3. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung und der Zusammenbau der Winkel der Schalenelemente (1), die im Inneren des Umfangs der letzteren angeordnet sind, mittels Stützen (2b) ausgeführt werden, die an ihrem Scheitel senkrechte Einschnitte (16) umfassen, in welche die nach außen umgebogenen Ränder (7) der Winkel der vier nebeneinander liegenden Schalenelemente (1) eingesetzt werden.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Zusammenbau nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Stützen (2b) umfaßt, deren Scheitel mit senkrechten Einschnitten (16) ausgestattet sind, in welchen die nach außen umgebogenen Ränder (7) der Winkel der vier nebeneinander liegenden Schalenelemente (1) in Eingriff gebracht werden.
  5. Wasserbecken, beispielsweise Schwimmbecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch die Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 und/oder mittels der Vorrichtung zum Zusammenbau nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 4 ausgeführt wird.
  6. Wasserbecken, beispielsweise Schwimmbecken nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenstruktur-Elemente Stützen (2a) umfassen, die an der Außenseite der Schale (1) angeordnet sind, und Querstreben (3), die unter letzterer angeordnet sind, die somit über dem Boden (S) und von diesem beabstandet installiert ist.
  7. Wasserbecken, beispielsweise Schwimmbecken nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenwände (5a-5b, 5c-5d, 5e-5f) der Schalenelemente (1A, 1B, 1C) eines Teils des Beckens sich unter der Ebene erstrecken, in der sich die Bodenwände (5g-5h) der Schalenelemente (1D, 1E) des restlichen Teils des Beckens befinden, so dass letzteres eine von einem Ende zum anderen veränderliche Tiefe aufweist.
  8. Wasserbecken, beispielsweise Schwimmbecken nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Streben (4) enthält, welche die äußeren Stützen (2a) und die horizontalen Querstreben (3a) so verbinden, dass eine Dreieckskonstruktion hergestellt wird, die der horizontalen Schubwirkung des Wassers entgegenwirkt.
  9. Wasserbecken, beispielsweise Schwimmbecken nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens gewisse Stützen (2a, 2b) der Trägerstruktur mit einem verstellbaren Fuß (12, 13) ausgestattet sind.
  10. Wasserbecken, beispielsweise Schwimmbecken nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scheitel der vertikalen Wände (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e, 6f, 6g) von wenigstens gewissen Umfangselementen der Schale (1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E) mit wenigstens einer Längs-Überlaufrinne (18) ausgestattet ist, die beispielsweise mit einem Längsschlitz (19) als Ablauf versehen ist.
  11. Wasserbecken, beispielsweise Schwimmbecken nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Umfangsablage (20-21) umfaßt, die den oberen Teil der Schale nach deren Zusammenbau so umgibt, dass ein Streifen gebildet wird, der den oberen Teil der Öffnung umgibt.
