Definitions

  • the subject of the invention is essentially an element block of lost formwork, especially for the construction of engineering works Civil, including swimming pools or water retention ponds, which may be equipped with a liner (internal sealing pocket), which must be have a mechanically resistant reinforced concrete wall.
  • Some processes use, for example, formwork presenting the total height of the wall to be constructed and which are juxtaposed and assembled together by various means.
  • Such forms are not generally not practical, their flexibility of use is extremely limited, they are very expensive, have a footprint for storage and considerable transportation, and generally do not allow for a concrete wall continues perfectly tight.
  • a lost formwork panel made up of elementary blocks formed of two assemblable parts, each comprising one face of which are integral and come from one side of the elements bracing, said two parts in assembly position coming from lean against each other by the free ends of the said elements bracing, said parts in reverse position of reversal coming fit into each other for minimal space requirements and storage.
  • the present invention is directed to a block which realizes, so to speak, the synthesis of the two previous types of construction, but which also offers many other advantages especially regarding ease and security of use, especially for laying, sealing and the ease and precision of establishment of all the operating organs and equipment of the basin.
  • a block forming a formwork element lost, in particular for the construction of civil engineering works, including swimming pools or water retention ponds, to have a heavy-duty concrete wall mechanically, elementary block in the position of use under the shape of a rigid block, of rectangular parallelepipedal general shape, arranging between its two opposite main faces a hollow volume for the pouring of the concrete, is characterized according to the invention in that it is constituted essentially two assemblable parts, each comprising one face aforementioned principal of which are integral and are derived, on the one hand, spacing elements regularly spaced from each other, said two parts in assembly position coming to rest and lock against each other by the ends of said bracing elements, said bracing elements having the shape of wells substantially cylindrical, with ribbed polygonal section, crenellated and formed with light steps in the radial direction.
  • the volume of bridging elements occupies substantially at least 40% of the volume of the block and preferably at least substantially 45% of this volume.
  • the two aforementioned parts of the block elementary are identical, their assembly and locking taking place thanks to complementary bodies vis-à-vis when you come to apply on one another the two identical parts of the elementary block but which are oriented by being rotated 180 ° relative to one another, the blocks adjacent elementary locks by simply pressing against each other others by means of complementary locking devices especially on their slice.
  • the elements bridging in the form of wells substantially cylindrical and having a section polygonal ribbed, crenated and formed with light stepped radially occupy most of the block width.
  • each block element has on its upper edge a groove forming a groove for hanging the liner.
  • each part of block comprises a plurality of bracing elements, aligned according to the direction of the height, and a channel likely to house a seal on the height and edge of the part in question, seal that is compressed by the conformally shaped edge of the adjacent similar block next.
  • both parts 1a and 1b are the same, that is to say identical, manufactured by example by molding in a suitable plastic material such as polypropylene (PP), polystyrene or polyethylene terephthalate (PET), the 1b being identical to Part 1a after simply undergoing a rotation in the direction of the arrow R of 180 ° so that its bracing elements, from each main face of Part 1a or 1b, may come lock in correspondence.
  • a suitable plastic material such as polypropylene (PP), polystyrene or polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
  • each part 1a, 1b, of this surface, inwards in the assembly position of the elementary block 1 are derived from the bracing elements, in the example represented in number of four, respectively 11a, 12a, 13a, 14a, for part 1a and 11b, 12b, 13b, 14b, for part 1b.
  • the bracing elements in question have a general shape of cylindrical well with polygonal section, which occupy the greater part of the width of the element, example about 70 to 80% of this width being centered on the median plane longitudinal section of the elementary block. In the example shown, and as we see more clearly in FIG.
  • each well is formed of a polygon with fourteen sides referenced a) to m), some of which, like sides g) and n), comprise protruding tabs 15, provided with teeth 16, which go come hang on and snap into hollows or openings corresponding parts 17 of the complementary part (sides b) and i)) with which the represented part will come together to form an elementary block, or assuming that FIG. 5 shows part 1b: part 1a.
  • FIG. 1 reference is made, so as not to overload the drawing, only the side of the wall n) of the well 11a whose teeth 16, formed on the tongue 15, will come to lock in the recesses 17 formed on the side i) of the corresponding well 11b.
  • each elementary block such as 1, consisting of two parts identical 1a, 1b, simply positioned vis-à-vis one another, by simple snap and will give this elementary block a high rigidity, especially in the crush given the polygonal cylinder shape ribbed, crenellated and formed with slight steps in the radial direction, as it clearly appears drawings.
  • the seal 23 bypasses a groove 27 formed on the main face 10b of part 1b, outer side of the block.
  • This throat 27 will serve to the hanging of the top edge of the liner if it is this side of the panel that is directed to the pond water.
  • the symmetry of construction makes indeed that the panel can be indifferently positioned on one side or the other, since we find on part 1a, also in the upper part, the throat 27.
  • a line in dot-dots is also marked, on the edge 19a, the trace of the crushing of the seal as 23 when an adjacent panel will be positioned (not shown) with its seal in place in its corresponding channel 22
  • Each foot also projects, on the side, a housing 33 for receive a jack foot 34 screwing into the housing 33 and allowing the verticality adjustment.
  • Each elementary part of the wall may comprise in a suitable place a small integrated level (not shown) allowing to immediately check verticality and horizontality.
  • each elementary block portion has grids and various markings which, in practice, will appear slightly visible from the outside. These markings allow, in suitable places, to smash a part of the wall to receive the different components of the basin. So, in the example illustrated in Figure 6, we see that riding on two elementary blocks 1, 2, we will be able to smash a rectangular part of which we see three of referenced angles A, B, D, to receive a water inlet 35 of a skimmer surface 36 which can be positioned directly in the panel of shuttering before pouring concrete. In the same way, we see an exit water 37 engaged by breaking the central portion of the second well of the elementary block 2 encountered coming down from the top of the sign. In this same figure, we also see the throat 27 for the hanging of the liner.
  • the volume of the gaps left between the elements spacing are calculated to allow the passage of reinforcing irons (not shown) and the subsequent pouring of concrete between these elements, allowing the construction of a freestanding Civil Engineering work, perfectly balanced, the volume of "voids" (in the wells) compared the "full" irons and concrete of the construction being preferably 40 to 45% of the total volume
  • parts are provided which can be knocked off, for example the part referenced 39 in FIG. Locking irons with the beach that surrounds the pool.
  • these blocks can be equipped directly with the equipment provided in the factory, such as surface skimmer, water discharge outlet, device basin lighting, etc.
