In all these cases, the position of the shutters is shown, and it can be noted that when the contacts (8, 9) are soldered, it is possible to return the lever (11) to the same position as when the contacts (8, 9) are open, with no particular impact on the components. Only the position of the shutters (25, 25 ') reflects the difference in state of said contacts (8, 9).

Claims (15)

  1. Modulares elektrisches Gerät mit Sicherheitsvorrichtung, das ein Gehäuse und wenigstens einen beweglichen Kontakt (9) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit wenigstens einem entsprechenden festen Kontakt (8) zusammenzuwirken, wobei der bewegliche Kontakt mit einem Kontaktträger (10) fest verbunden ist, der seinerseits mit einem Steuergriff (11) verbunden ist, der zwischen zwei stabilen Ruhepositionen, einer ersten Position, die den geöffneten Kontakten entspricht, und einer zweiten Position, die den geschlossenen Kontakten entspricht, drehbar ist, wobei sich der Griff in einer Öffnung, die in einer Seite des Gehäuses des modularen Geräts ausgespart ist, längs seitlicher Ansätze (3, 4) verlagert, die mit wenigstens einer Öffnung (5) versehen sind, die dazu bestimmt ist, eine Verriegelung in der einen oder der anderen der stabilen Positionen des Griffs zu ermöglichen, wobei die Sicherheitsvorrichtung dazu vorgesehen ist, die Verriegelung bei einem Verschweißen eines beweglichen Kontakts mit einem festen Kontakt zu verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsvorrichtung wenigstens einen beweglichen Verschluss (25) umfasst, der entweder direkt durch den beweglichen Kontakt oder durch den Kontaktträger oder aber durch einen Mechanismus gesteuert wird, der mit dem einen oder dem anderen verbunden ist und auf diesen die Verlagerung zurückwirken lässt, wobei der Verschluss die in dem seitlichen Ansatz ausgesparte Öffnung blockiert, die an die Öffnung angrenzt, in der sich der Steuergriff verlagert, wenn die Kontakte verschweißt sind, und sie frei lässt, wenn die Kontakte offen oder geschlossen, jedoch nicht verschweißt sind.
  2. Baueinheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der oder die Verschlüsse in einem Aufnahmesitz verlagern, der in wenigstens einem der seitlichen Ansätze ausgespart ist, hierzu hohl ausgebildet ist und eine Öffnung besitzt, die in den Innenraum des Gehäuses des modularen Gerätes mündet.
  3. Baueinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Verschlüsse eine sichtbare Oberfläche außerhalb des Gehäuses aufweisen, wenn sie die Verriegelungsöffnung(en) blockieren, was angibt, dass die Kontakte verschweißt sind.
  4. Baueinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Verschlüsse mit Mitteln gekoppelt sind, die eine Aufschrift verbergen, die auf Seiten des Griffs des Gerätes sichtbar ist und angibt, dass die Kontakte offen sind, wenn die Kontakte verschweißt sind.
  5. Baueinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Verschlüsse um die Drehachse des Steuergriffs rotatorisch beweglich sind.
  6. Baueinheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem ringförmigen Körper gebildet ist, der um eine Welle, die mit einer die Basis des Steuergriffs bildenden Trommel fest verbunden ist, frei drehbar ist und einerseits wenigstens einen den Verschluss bildenden Vorsprung, der im Aufnahmesitz dem seitlichen Ansatz, die an die Öffnung angrenzt, in der sich der Griff verlagert, geführt wird, und andererseits ein Verbindungsorgan mit dem Kontaktträger oder dem Mechanismus für die Verbindung mit diesem letzteren umfasst.
  7. Baueinheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan mit dem Kontaktträger ein Stift mit radialem Verlauf ist, dessen Ende mit dem Kontaktträger zusammenwirkt.
  8. Baueinheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift an seinem freien Ende mit einer Nase versehen ist, die mit einer Oberfläche des Kontaktträgers, die als Rampe konfiguriert ist, in ständigem Kontakt ist, wobei sich die Nase in Kontakt mit jener verlagern kann, wenn sich der Kontaktträger bewegt, wodurch seine Bewegung an den Verschluss übertragen wird.
  9. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige Körper einen weiteren Vorsprung mit radialem Verlauf umfasst, der mit einem am Gehäuse des Gerätes befestigten Element, an dem er anschlägt, elastisch zusammenwirkt und eine Feder bildet, die das Ende des Verbindungsstifts mit dem Kontaktträger in Kontakt hält.
  10. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Verschluss bildenden Vorsprünge, die Feder und der Verbindungsstift zusammen mit dem Kontaktträger mit dem mittigen ringförmigen Körper einteilig ausgebildet sind.
  11. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan ein radialer Arm ist, der mit einem Ansatz versehen ist, der zu der Drehachse parallel ist, um das das Ende eines Schwingarms schwenken kann, dessen anderes Ende ebenfalls über eine Schwenkverbindung mit einem Anzeiger des Zustandes der Kontakte verbunden ist, dessen Verlagerungen direkt durch die Bewegungen des Kontaktträgers, mit dem er verbunden ist, hervorgerufen werden.
  12. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige Körper einen Verbindungsarm mit einem zweiten Verschluss aufweist, der in einem Aufnahmesitz geführt wird, der in dem zweiten Ansatz ausgespart ist, der seitlich zu der Öffnung angeordnet ist, in der sich der Steuergriff verlagert, wobei die zwei Verschlüsse beiderseits des Griffs symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
  13. Baueinheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsarm mit dem ringförmigen Körper einteilig ausgebildet ist.
  14. Baueinheit nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsarm, der mit dem zweiten Verschluss fest verbunden ist, mit dem ringförmigen Körper verbunden ist, indem sein freies Ende zwischen zwei von der äußeren Oberfläche des ringförmigen Körpers vorstehende radiale Kontaktstücke oder in einen im Umfang dieses letzteren ausgesparten Aufnahmesitz eingeführt ist.
  15. Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsarm mit dem zweiten Verschluss geradlinig ist und in Bezug auf den Griff in der Weise angeordnet ist, dass er die Markierung, die auf dem Griff angeordnet ist, bei einem Verschweißen der Kontakte verbergen kann.
