Claims (12)
- Steuervorrichtung (2) eines elektrischen Schutzgeräts, die in einem Isoliergehäuse (1) untergebracht ist, das ein Paar von ortsfesten (5) und beweglichen Kontakten (4) umschließt, wobei der bewegliche Kontakt entweder manuell mittels eines Stellknopfs oder automatisch betätigt werden kann, die enthält- eine mit dem Stellknopf gekoppelte Übertragungsschubstange (10),- eine Trägervorrichtung (3) des beweglichen Kontakts, die eine Platte (15) aufweist, die drehbar auf einen Drehzapfen (14) montiert ist und eine unterbrechbare Verbindung mit der Übertragungsschubstange hat, und- einen Auslösehebel (16), der von einem Auslöser gesteuert wird, um im Fall einer Störung die Unterbrechung der mechanischen Verbindung zu bewirken, was zum automatischen Auslösen des Mechanismus unabhängig vom Stellknopf und zur Trennung der Kontakte führt,- wobei die unterbrechbare mechanische Verbindung von einer Halteraste (22) des Auslösehebels gebildet wird, die mit einem Befestigungshaken (19) zusammenwirkt, der schwenkbar auf eine Achse (20) der Platte (15) montiert ist, wobei der Bruch der mechanischen Verbindung der Entriegelung der Befestigung entspricht, wobei die Übertragungsschubstange (10) in der Verriegelungsstellung der Befestigung mindestens auf der Platte aufliegt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen steifen Einsatz (30), der auf die Platte (15) montiert und dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen die Übertragungsschubstange (10) und eine Zone der Platte (15) eingefügt zu werden, die eine Auflagezone dieser Schubstange auf der Platte in der erwähnten Verriegelungsstellung bildet, und Einrichtungen (34,37) zum Instellunghalten dieses Einsatzes (30) bezüglich der Platte (15) ohne Spiel aufweist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser steife Einsatz (30) ein im Wesentlichen V-förmig gebogenes Blech aufweist, wobei dieses Blech dazu bestimmt ist, um einen eine Achse bildenden Stiftabschnitt (32) herum befestigt zu werden, wobei dieser Stiftschnitt (32) dazu bestimmt ist, ortsfest in die Platte (15) montiert zu werden, und sich im Wesentlichen lotrecht zur Ebene des V erstreckt.
- Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erwähnte Stiftabschnitt (32) fest eingespannt in die Platte (15) montiert wird.
- Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einbau des erwähnten Einsatzes (30) auf den Stiftabschnitt (32) durch Laserschweißen erfolgt.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (30) in eine in der Platte (15) gebildete Aussparung (31) montiert ist, so dass die Ebene, in der sich das V erstreckt, im Wesentlichen parallel zur Ebene einer Seite (33) der Platte (15) ist, die sich gegenüber der Übertragungsschubstange (10) befindet.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erwähnten Halteeinrichtungen eine Wölbung (34) aufweisen, die auf einer Seite (35) der erwähnten Aussparung (31) vorgesehen und dazu bestimmt ist, gegen eine Außenseite (36) eines der Schenkel des erwähnten V in Anlage zu kommen, wobei die Wölbung (34) dazu bestimmt ist, als Winkelbezug für die den Stiftabschnitt (32) und den Einsatz (30) aufweisende Einheit zu dienen, wobei die Wölbung (34) dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem vorstehenden Teil (37) zusammenzuwirken, der zu einer anderen Seite (38) der erwähnten Aussparung (31) entgegengesetzt zur vorhergehenden gehört, wobei dieser vorstehende Teil (37) dazu bestimmt ist, gegen eine Innenseite (39) dieses gleichen erwähnten Schenkels des V entgegengesetzt zur erwähnten Außenseite (36) in Anlage zu kommen, wobei die Wölbung (34) dazu bestimmt ist, als Winkelbezug für die den Stiftabschnitt (32) und den Einsatz (30) aufweisende Einheit bezüglich der Achse des Stifts (32) zu dienen, und der erwähnte vorstehende Teil (37) mit der erwähnten Wölbung (34) zusammenwirkt, um eine Drehsperre des Einsatzes (30) bezüglich der Platte (15) um die Achse des erwähnten Stiftabschnitts (32) herzustellen.
- Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser vorstehende Teil eine Spitze (37) aufweist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erwähnte Einsatz (30) ein metallischer Einsatz ist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (32) die Nadel ist, um die der erwähnte Haken (19) drehbar bezüglich der Platte (15) montiert ist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erwähnte Übertragungsschubstange (10) in der Verriegelungsstellung des Hakens (19) sowohl auf dem Haken (19) als auch auf der Platte (15) aufliegt.
- Elektrisches Schutzgerät, das eine Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
- Elektrisches Schutzgerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Niederspannungs-Schutzschalter ist.
