Claims (14)
- Verpackungsvorrichtung zum Anbringen eines Stirndeckels (2) an die Stirnseite einer zu verpackenden Rolle mit einer Pressenplatter (8) und einer auf den Stirndeckel wirkenden Heizeinrichtung (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (12) von der der Pressenplatte (8) abgewandten Seite auf den Stirndeckel (2) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (12) beim Beheizen über die Pressenplatte (8) hinweg bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (12) linienförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung einen gesteuerten Antrieb (17, 19) aufweist, der die Heizeinrichtung in Abhängigkeit von einem vorbestimmten Beheizungsprofil über die Pressenplatte (8) bewegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (12)die zuerst beheizten Bereiche langsamer überstreicht als die zuletzt beheizten Bereiche.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (12) in Längsrichtung in mehrere Zonen (16) unterteilt ist, die einzeln ansteuerbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Zone (16) mit mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Heizleistungen betreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (12) einen Schwenkantrieb (17) aufweist, der die Heizeinrichtung (12) um einen Drehpunkt (13) verschwenkt, der außerhalb der Pressenplatte (8) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehpunkt (13) im Bereich einer Ecke eines Rechtecks angeordnet ist, das die Pressenplatte (8) umschreibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (12) eine über ihre Länge zunehmende Heizleistung aufweist, die vom Abstand zum Drehpunkt (13) abhängt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (12) einen Verschiebeantrieb (19) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnete daß die Heizeinrichtung (12) eine Wärmestrahlungserzeugungseinrichtung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wellenlänge der Wärmestrahlung auf Polyethylen (PE) abgestimmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (12) ein erhitztes Trägermedium auf den Stirndeckel (2) richtet.
