Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Befestigen von Borstenbüscheln (14) für Bürsten an Trägern (10) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, die in Bürstenkörper eingebaut werden, bei welchem:die Träger (10) mit Löchern (12) entsprechend einem gewünschten Lochbild geformt werden;die Borstenbüschel (14) in die Löcher (12) eingesetzt werden;
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (16) mit seiner zwischen den Vorsprüngen (18) gelegenen Fläche an den axialen Enden (14b) der Borstenbüschel (14) angedrückt wird, wobei die verdrängte Masse der Borsten über die verformte Masse des Trägers (10) greift.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Vorsprünge (18) des Stempels (16) zu ihren Enden hin verjüngt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (18) kegelförmig sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (18) pyramidenförmig sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Vorsprünge (18) über den Umfang der Löcher (12) verteilt in den Träger (10) eindringen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (18) des Stempels (16) die Enden (14b) der Borstenbüschel (14) jeweils ringförmig umgreifen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axialen Enden (14b) der Borstenbüschel (14) auf der dem Stempel (16) zugewandten Fläche des Trägers (10) aus den Löchern (12) herausragen und während der Bewegung des Stempels (16) gegen die Enden (14b) der Borstenbüschel (14) axial gehalten werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bestehend aus einem entsprechend einem gewünschten Lochbild mit Löchern (12) versehenen Träger (10) und in den Löchern (12) eingesetzten Borstenbüscheln (14) und einem beheizbaren Stempel (16) mit einer Angriffsfläche, die eine Vielzahl von Vorsprüngen (18) aufweist, die entsprechend dem Lochbild des Trägers (10) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Eindringen der Vorsprünge (18) zwischen den Löchern (12) in die Masse des Trägers (10) die Masse erweicht sowie seitlich bis in die Zwischenräume zwischen den Borsten der Borstenbüschel (14) verdrängt wird.
