Claims (3)
- Common Rail Einspritzsystem, bestehend aus einem im Zylinderkopf angeordneten Injektor, einem Rail für die Kraftstoffzufuhr und einem Druckrohr welches das Rail und den Injektor verbindet, wobei das Druckrohr durch eine Bohrung im Zylinderkopf geführt wird und die Abdichtung an beiden Enden des Druckrohres durch den Druck einer Pratze erreicht wird, welche mittels Schraube am Zylinderkopf befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rail (2) unmittelbar mit der Schraube (3) und Pratze (4) am Zylinderkopf (1) befestigt ist, und daß Rail (2) und Pratze (3) eine bauliche Einheit, beispielsweise ein Schmiedestück bilden.
- Common Rail Einspritzsystem, bestehend aus einem im Zylinderkopf angeordneten Injektor, einem Rail für die Kraftstoffzufuhr und einem Druckrohr welches das Rail und den Injektor verbindet, wobei das Druckrohr durch eine Bohrung im Zylinderkopf geführt wird und die Abdichtung an beiden Enden des Druckrohres durch den Druck einer Pratze erreicht wird, welche mittels Schraube am Zylinderkopf befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rail (2) unmittelbar am Zylinderkopf (1) befestigt ist und daß das Rail (2) durch eine separate Pratze (4) und Schraube (3) am Zylinderkopf (1) befestigt ist.
- Common Rail nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Rail (2) und Druckrohr (6) ein Durchflußbegrenzer (7) angeordnet ist, und daß der Durchflußbegrenzer (7) mit Gewinde (8) in das Rail (2) eingeschraubt ist, während er gegen das Druckrohr (6) durch einen Kegelsitz abgedichtet ist.
