Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Siegeln von Heftfäden (12) an zu siegelndem Gut (10) mit einem beheizbaren Siegelelement (20, 26,32), das eine Fläche aufweist, die das zu siegelnde Gut (10) beim Siegelvorgang an einer Berührungsfläche berührt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das beheizbare Siegelelement (20, 26,32) so ausgeführt ist, daß die Berührungsfläche während des Siegelvorganges mit im wesentlichen der gleichen Geschwindigkeit wie die des zu siegelnden Gutes (10) bewegt werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das beheizbare Siegelelement als eine rotierende Siegelrolle (20) ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das beheizbare Siegelelement als ein umlaufendes Siegelband (26) ausgeführt ist - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das beheizbare Siegelelement einen Siegelschlitten (32) und weiterhin eine Vorrichtung zum geradlinigen Bewegen des Siegelschlittens (32) in Transportrichtung der Falzbogen (10) sowie eine Vorrichtung (34 und 36) zum Wegbewegen des Sigelschlittens von dem zu siegelnden Gut (10) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Siegelelement ein Heizelement (24, 28) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Heizelement (24, 28) eine Induktionsheizung, umlaufende Heizpatrone oder Strahlungswärmequelle, ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gegenüber dem beheizbaren Siegelelement (20, 26, 32) ein Gegendruckelement (18, 30) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegendruckelement (18, 30) als Gegendruckrolle, -band oder -schlitten ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegendruckelement (18, 30) so ausgeführt ist, daß die das zu siegelnde Gut (10) berührende Oberfläche des Gegendruckelements sich im wesentlichen mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit bewegt wie das zu siegelnde Gut (10). - Verfahren zum Heizsiegeln von Heftgut, insbesondere aus Papier, Karton oder dergleichen, wobei in das Heftgut (10) im Bereich einer Falzlinie heißsiegelbare Fadenklammern eingebracht werden und das Heftgut (10) entlang eines Weges in Richtung (46) eines Heißsiegelelementes bewegt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Heftgut (10) und die heißsiegelbaren Fadenklammern (12) mit einem beheizbaren Siegelelement (20, 26, 32) in Kontakt gebracht werden, wobei sich die mit dem Heftgut (10) und den Fadenklammern (12) in Kontakt stehende Oberfläche des Siegelelementes (20, 26, 32) mit im wesentlichen der gleichen Geschwindigkeit bewegt wie das Heftgüt (10). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Siegelelement als beheizbare Siegelrolle (20) ausgeführt ist, die auf dem Heftgut abrollt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Siegelelement als umlaufendes Siegelband (26) ausgeführt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Siegelelement als beweglicher Schlitten (32) ausgeführt ist, der so bewegt wird, daß er in einem Teilbereich der Transportstrecke des Heftgutes mit dem Heftgut (10) in Kontakt steht und anschließend vom Heftgut (10) entfernt und nach dem Entfernen entgegen der Transportrichtung des Heftgutes bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gegenüber dem beheizbaren Siegelelement (20, 26, 32) ein Gegendruckelement (18, 30) vorgesehen ist, wobei sich das Gegendruckelement im wesentlichen mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit bewegt wie das Heftgut (10) und daß sich das Heftgut zwischen dem Gegendruckelement und dem Siegelelement bewegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegendruckelement als Gegendruckrolle, Gegendruckband oder beweglicher Gegendruckschlitten ausgeführt ist. - Fadensiegelmaschine,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fadensiegelmaschine eine Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 aufweist.
