Definitions

  • the invention relates to a use of a blister pack according to claim 1.
  • Tablets, capsules and the like are sold in the form of blister strips, which are usually packaged in several layers in a receiving box.
  • a blister strip is usually 10 tablets and a bulk pack e.g. 10 strips and therefore 100 tablets. In other countries, however, 12 or 14 tablets per strip are common. Therefore, if blister packs from such a country e.g. are imported into Germany, they are repacked in the usual container size in Germany.
  • a use of a blister pack for receiving blister strip sections is already known, resulting from the cutting of blister strips, when importing medicines, the number of tablets, capsules or the like does not correspond to the size of the container in the importing country.
  • a blister strip portion is attached to a support plate, which corresponds to the size of the receiving box in the import country to prevent slipping of the blister strip sections in the receiving box.
  • the known blister pack is a blister strip section and not an original blister strip.
  • the blister strip section can be detached from the carrier plate with its edge region.
  • Types of different tablets are prescribed to facilitate compliance with the therapy.
  • the packaging is constructed according to GB-A-2 228 922, wherein the individual blister strip sections contain the same drug, but in different doses, for example, to be able to deposit a drug without withdrawal symptoms.
  • GB-A-2 228 922 discloses a blister pack containing tablets, capsules or the like and comprising sections of blister strips in which the tablets, capsules or the like are individually received in depressions in a grid and pushable through the back cover sheet for use are, wherein the portions are fixed to a support plate and each support plate consists of a bottom portion and a cover portion, which are formed by folding a blank of cardboard or the like sheet-like material, the bottom portion and the cover portion are provided with recesses, and between the bottom portion and a plurality of blister strip sections are attached to the cover section in such a way that the depressions of the blister strip sections protrude from the recesses of the cover section and the tablets, capsules or the like can be pushed out by the opposite recesses in the bottom section.
  • the object of the invention is to propose a new use of a blister pack for tablets, capsules and the like.
  • the carrier plate consists of a bottom section and a cover section which form a shell in which a plurality of blister strip sections are located.
  • the cover section and the bottom section each have recesses through which the recesses of the blister strip sections project individually or the tablets can be pushed out.
  • the blister strip sections are thus completely covered.
  • a blister pack consisting of several BlisterstMailschnipseln.
  • the blister pack thus meets the high quality and originality claims that are made of drugs.
  • the tablets have been manipulated, not even arise and trigger corresponding irritation.
  • the blank for the envelope of the blister pack consists of cardboard or another sheet-like material, for example a plastic film.
  • the blister strip sections are also connected by gluing or, for example, by a seal made of a plastic film by sealing with the shell.
  • the blister strip sections can be fastened in the sleeve alone or in addition by connecting the cover and bottom sections, in particular in their edge region, e.g. glued or welded. This also has the advantage that one can not unfold the cover section and the bottom section and then recognize that the blister pack contains blister strip sections.
  • the recesses in the cover section and the bottom section are preferably arranged at a distance from one another or a grid which corresponds to the spacing or the grid of the recesses of a conventional blister strip. That is, the recesses are e.g. arranged in rows, each extending over the entire length and width of the carrier plate or shell. The recesses may thereby form rows and rows extending perpendicular to the rows or the recesses of adjacent rows may be offset, for example by half the distance between two adjacent recesses of a row. But it is also possible any other arrangement of the recesses; e.g. For example, the recesses in the cover section and the bottom section can also be arranged in a circle, semi-circle or in another way.
  • some blister strip ribs in the film of the blister strip in which the recesses are provided.
  • the cover portion may be provided with slot-shaped recesses through which the ribs protrude. The impression that the blister pack consists of only a single blister strip is not affected.
  • one or more carrier plates with the blister strip sections fastened thereto can be packed in a receiving box, for example in a conventional rectangular box which can be opened on the opposite short narrow sides by pulling out a push-in tab.
  • a receiving box for example in a conventional rectangular box which can be opened on the opposite short narrow sides by pulling out a push-in tab.
  • this box in addition to the or the support plates with the attached blister strip sections and a leaflet that contains the necessary information for the patient to be introduced.
  • such a box can be dispensed with if a cover part which can be folded over the cover section or the carrier plate adjoins the bottom section of the blank.
  • the cover part folded over the cover section can then be connected, for example, with an adhesive, plug or the like connection, e.g. a tab attached to the support plate.
  • the leaflet may also be attached to the inside of the lid part, e.g. glued or pinned.
  • the cover part also covers the bottom section, it preferably consists of a middle part and an end part, which can be folded over the cover section or onto the bottom section of the carrier plate.
  • each transverse folds are provided between the bottom portion and the middle part and the middle part and the end part, leading to the fold between the bottom portion and the cover portion of the support plate are parallel.
  • further connecting sections are respectively provided between the bottom portion of the carrier plate and the middle part and between the middle part and the end part by corresponding transverse folds.
  • the end part is then fastened, for example with an adhesive, plug or the like. Connection on the bottom portion.
  • a blister pack with such a lid part of the leaflet is preferably attached to the inside of the middle part.
  • the leaflet occupies a larger area than the middle part, it can be folded up. If it is longer than the middle part, the leaflet can be glued to an edge region of its four sides on the edge of the lid part or middle part and folded by transverse folds to the length of the lid part or middle part. Preferably, the leaflet is adhered to its upper side. If the leaflet is wider than the Dekkelteil or middle part, it can be folded with at least one longitudinal fold, and if it is wider and longer than the lid part or middle part, the folded transversely to the length of the lid part or middle part leaflet with at least a longitudinal fold to the width of the lid part or middle part are folded.
  • another printed product can be used instead of the leaflet, for example a booklet which is glued to the inside of the cover part, that is, for example, the middle or end part.
  • the blister pack formed from the carrier plate with the blister strip sections and the lid part that is to say the middle part and the end part, can be used according to the invention to receive further (unsewn) blister strips and / or further carrier plates with blister strip sections fastened therein.
  • the connecting portions between the bottom portion of the support plate and the middle part and between the middle part and the end part to such a length that between the support plate and the folded over the support plate middle part at least one further support plate of a bottom portion and a cover portion with blister strip attached therebetween Sections and / or at least one further (uncut) blister strip can be arranged. That is, the length of the connecting portions between the bottom portion of the bottom plate and the central portion and between the central portion and the end portion corresponds approximately to the height of the stack, the (bottom) support plate and arranged between the bottom support plate and the middle part further support plates with the therein form attached blister strip sections or blister strips.
  • connecting straps are provided between the longitudinal sides of the bottom section of the lowermost carrier plate and the longitudinal sides of the middle section of the lid section, for example adhesive tabs or tuck-in tabs, eg Insert tabs which are inserted between the bottom portion and the cover portion of the bottom support plate.
  • a blister pack 1 is formed from two blister strip sections 2.1 and 2.2, which are shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1 and have five or 15 depressions 3 for receiving tablets T.
  • the blister strip sections 2.1 and 2.2 are arranged in a carrier plate 4, which consists of a bottom section 5 and a cover section 6, which are formed by folding a blank, for example of cardboard, along the fold 7.
  • the support plate 4 or the bottom section 5 and the cover section 6 thus form a cover enclosing the blister strip sections 2.1 and 2.2.
  • the cover section 6 and the bottom section 5 each have recesses 8 and 9, respectively, through which the recesses of the blister strip sections 2.1 and 2.2 project or the tablets T can be pushed out of the blister strip sections 2.1 and 2.2. Apart from the depressions 3 of the blister strip sections 2.1 and 2.2 in the recesses 8 and the push-through film 11 on the underside of the blister strip sections 2 in the recesses 9 in the bottom section 5 so that the blister strip sections 2.1 and 2.2 are completely covered. (Except the ribs 25, which will be discussed below).
  • Blister strip sections 2.1 and 2.2 are used e.g. by gluing to the deck section 6 and / or bottom section 5 connected to the support plate 4, as shown by 10.1.
  • the cover section 6 can be connected to the bottom section 5 in the edge region, e.g. be glued at 10.2.
  • the recesses 8, 9 in the cover section 6 and the bottom section 5 are arranged in a grid like a blister strip. That is, they form according to Figure 1 parallel rows 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, etc., which extend over the entire length of the support plate 4.
