Claims (13)
- Messer (10) mit einem Griffkörper (11) und mit einer in letzterem (11) eine Messerklinge (13) auswechselbar haltenden Klingenaufnahme (21), die von einer am Griffkörper (11) gehaltenen, um eine Schwenkachse (y) abschwenkbaren Klappe (12) verschließbar übergriffen ist, welche in ihrer Schließlage mittels mindestens eines Federelements (36) in Öffnungsrichtung beaufschlagt und mittels mindestens eines ein Mutterelement (15) und ein Schraubbolzenelement (24) aufweisenden Schraubelement-Paares (15, 24) am Griffkörper (11) lösbar arretierbar ist, dessen eines Schraubelement (24) im Griffkörper (11) und dessen anderes Schraubelement (15) in der Klappe (12) gelagert ist, wobei mindestens eines der Schraubelemente (z.B. 15) des Schraubelement-Paares (15, 24) zumindest in der Schwenkebene der Klappe (12) mit Spiel (S, A) begrenzt beweglich, insbesondere begrenzt kippbeweglich und/oder begrenzt raumbeweglich, gelagert ist, und wobei das Schraubbolzenelement (24) die Messerklinge in einer Messerklingen-Öffnung (45) durchgreift.
- Messer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (12) bezüglich ihrer Schwenkachse (y) zusätzlich mit Radialspiel zu letzterer begrenzt beweglich gelagert ist.
- Messer mit einem Griffkörper (11) und mit einer in letzterem (11) eine Messerklinge (13) auswechselbar haltenden Klingenaufnahme (21), die von einer am Griffkörper (11) gehaltenen, um eine Schwenkachse (y) abschwenkbaren Klappe (12) verschließbar übergriffen ist, welche in ihrer Schließlage mittels mindestens eines Federelements (36) in Öffnungsrichtung beaufschlagt und mittels mindestens eines ein Mutterelement (15) und ein Schraubbolzenelement (24) aufweisenden Schraubelement-Paares (15, 24) am Griffkörper (11) lösbar arretierbar ist, dessen eines Schraubelement (24) im Griffkörper (11) und dessen anderes Schraubelement (15) in der Klappe (12) gehalten ist, die bezüglich ihrer Schwenkachse (y) mit Radialspiel (SR) begrenzt beweglich, insbesondere begrenzt kippbeweglich und/oder begrenzt raumbeweglich, gelagert ist, wobei das Schraubbolzenelement (24) die Messerklinge (13) in einer Messerklingen-Öffnung (45) durchgreift.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (25) des Schraubbolzenelements (24) im Griffkörper (11) gehalten ist, dass das Gewindeteil (27) des Schraubbolzenelements (24) die Aufnahmefläche (46) der Klingenaufnahme (21) durchdringt und mit seinem freiem Stirnende (28) zur Klappe weist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mutterelement (15) des Schraubelement-Paares (15, 24) mit allseitigem Radialspiel (S) beweglich in einem Lagerdurchbruch (19) der Klappe (12) gehalten ist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mutterelement (15) des Schraubelement-Paares (15, 24) zusätzlich mit Axialspiel (A) beweglich in dem Lagerdurchbruch (19) der Klappe (12) gehalten ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mutterelement (15) begrenzt kippbeweglich und/oder begrenzt raumbeweglich in einem Lagerdurchbruch (19) der Klappe (12) gehalten ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerdurchbruch die Gestalt einer Stufenbohrung (19) aufweist, deren größerer Durchmesserbereich (18) an der der Klingenaufnahme (21) abgewandten Außenseite der Klappe (12) angeordnet ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (25) des Schraubbolzenelements (24) im Griffkörper (11) gegen Drehmitnahme gesichert ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schraubbolzen (34) außerhalb der Messerklinge (13) die Aufnahmefläche (46) der Klingenaufnahme (21) durchsetzt und mit seinem Bolzenkopf (41) das innere Federende (42) einer Schraubendruckfeder (36) gegen die Klingenaufnahme (21) hält, wobei das äußere freie Federende (42) die Klappe (12) in Öffnungsrichtung beaufschlagt.
- Messer nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft des Schraubbolzens (34) den Griffkörper (11) in einer Durchgangsbohrung (39) durchsetzt und das freie Gewindeschaftende (40) des Schraubbolzens (34) in ein am Griffkörper (11) festgelegtes Mutterteil (35) eingreift.
- Messer nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mutterteil (35) in einem lösbar angefügten Bauteil (33) des Griffkörpers (11) angeordnet ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnfläche (14) des Mutterelements (15) des Schraubelement-Paares (15, 24) außenseitig der Klappe (12) mindestens eine Handhabungsoder Werkzeugbetätigungsfläche (17) bildet.
