Claims (22)
- Dispositif (1, 101, 201, 301) pour l'application en mèches d'un produit capillaire (P), notamment d'un produit de coloration, ledit dispositif comprenant :un organe (4a, 4b) réalisé en au moins un matériau élastiquement déformable ;une réserve (2) délimitée au moins en partie par l'organe (4a, 4b) et contenant le produit capillaire ;une fente (Q) délimitée au moins en partie par l'organe (4a, 4b), ladite fente (Q)étant en communication avec la réserve (2) de produit, et débouchant sur l'extérieur du dispositif, ladite fente (Q) étant délimitée par deux bords (4, 4', 4") qui, au repos, sont sensiblement jointifs sur au moins une portion de la fente de manière à former étanchéité, ladite fente (Q) étant apte à être traversée par une mèche (M), de manière à en permettre l'enduction au moyen dudit produit en réponse à un déplacement du dispositif par rapport à la mèche, selon une direction longitudinale à ladite mèche.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe élastiquement déformable (4a, 4b) est conçu de sorte que, en traversant la fente, la mèche (M) traverse également ladite réserve de produit (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'un des deux bords (4") délimitant la fente est formé d'une portion d'une enceinte (20, 220) réalisée en un matériau imperméable au produit, et à l'intérieur de laquelle est disposé ledit organe en matériau élastiquement déformable (4a), ladite enceinte comportant une ouverture (22) s'étendant au moins en regard d'au moins une portion de ladite fente (Q).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture (22) est délimitée par des bords (24) présentant un profil apte à favoriser l'insertion de la mèche (M) à l'intérieur du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux bords (4, 4') de la fente (Q) sont formés par ledit organe (4a, 4b) en matériau élastiquement déformable.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier bord (4) de la fente (Q) est formé par une partie (4a) dudit organe en un premier matériau élastiquement déformable, le second bord (4') de la fente étant formé par une partie (4b) dudit organe constituée d'un second matériau élastiquement déformable.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le (ou les) matériau(x) élastiquement déformable(s) est (sont) choisi(s) dans le groupe des élastomères des copolymères de propylène/éthylène ; des polyéther blocamides ; des polyvinyles ; des terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM); des copolymères de styrène-butadiène-styrène séquencés (SBS) ; des copolymères de butylène-styrène/styrène-isoprène-styrène séquencés (SEBS-SIS) ; des polyuréthanes thermoplastiques ; des mélanges de polypropylène avec l'un des élastomères suivants : copolymères de butylène-styrène/styrène-isoprène-styrène séquencés (SEBS-SIS) ; terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM) ; copolymères de styrène-butadiène-styrène séquencés (SBS).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la fente (Q) s'étend sur une ouverture angulaire comprise entre 20° et 320°, et de préférence comprise entre 120° et 200°.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les deux bords (4, 4', 4") débouchent sur l'extérieur de l'organe en matériau élastiquement déformable (4a, 4b), en s'évasant l'un par rapport à l'autre de manière à faciliter l'insertion de la mèche (M) dans la fente (Q).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la réserve de produit (2) est délimitée, au moins en partie, par une portion évidée dudit organe (4a, 4b) en matériau élastiquement déformable.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'organe (4a, 4b) en matériau élastiquement déformable forme un cylindre dont le centre est évidé de manière à former ladite réserve de produit (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la réserve de produit (2) est formée à l'intérieur de la structure même du matériau formant l'organe élastiquement déformable, notamment par des cellules ouvertes ou semi-ouvertes, communiquant entre elles de manière multi-directionnelle.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdites cellules ouvertes ou semi-ouvertes ont une taille comprise entre 0,1 mm et 2,5 mm.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que l'organe en matériau élastiquement déformable forme un cylindre plein.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un orifice (26) pouvant être obturé, notamment de façon réversible, de manière à permettre le remplissage de la réserve (2) dudit produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de préhension (30, 40).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ainsi que toutes celles qui en dépendent, caractérisé en ce que des moyens (21 a, 23) sont prévus pour immobiliser l'organe (4a, 4b) en matériau élastiquement déformable à l'intérieur de ladite enceinte (20, 220).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que l'organe (4a, 4b) en matériau élastiquement déformable est immobilisé à l'intérieur de ladite enceinte (20, 220) par pincement au moyen d'un couvercle rapporté (20b, 220b) obturant ladite enceinte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que ladite enceinte (20, 220) est réalisée en un matériau transparent.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (26, 34) pour permettre le montage du dispositif sur un récipient (30) apte à former un réservoir auxiliaire, ledit récipient pouvant être mis, de façon permanente ou sélective, en communication avec ladite réserve de produit (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que ledit récipient (30) est à parois déformables.
- Procédé pour l'application en mèches d'un produit capillaire, notamment d'un produit de coloration, ledit procédé consistant à :a) isoler une mèche (M) à enduire avec ledit produit ;b) faire traverser par ladite mèche ainsi isolée, une fente (Q) délimitée au moins en partie par un organe (4a, 4b) réalisé en au moins un matériau élastiquement déformable, et délimitant au moins en partie, une réserve (2) dudit produit avec laquelle ladite fente est en communication, ladite fente débouchant sur l'extérieur du dispositif, et étant délimitée par deux bords (4, 4', 4") qui, au repos, sont sensiblement jointifs sur au moins une portion de la fente, de manière à former étanchéité ; etc) déplacer l'organe élastiquement déformable par rapport à ladite mèche, selon une direction longitudinale à ladite mèche.
