Claims (14)
- Entnahmevorrichtung für einen Flüssigkeitsbehälter (12), insbesondere für einen Behälter aus flexiblem Werkstoff in einem ihn umgebenden und von der Entnahmevorrichtung durchgriffenen i.w. formstabilen Außenbehälter (10), wobei ein rohrartiger Gehäusekörper (18) der Entnahmevorrichtung eine von einem Ventilelement verschließbare, seitlich vorgesehene Auslassöffnung (41) aufweist, sowie das Ventilelement durch ein gestrecktes, in Verschlussstellung des Ventilelements etwa parallel zur Längsachse (A) des Gehäusekörpers (18) verlaufendes Zwischenelement (26) mit einem an der Gehäusestirn angeordneten Betätigungsorgan (28) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der rohrartige Gehäusekörper (18) einends von einer membranartigen Stirnscheibe (24) verschlossen und in dieser das sie durchdringende stegartige Zwischenelement (26) gelagert ist, das einends mit dem Betätigungsorgan (28) versehen ist und von dem andernends eine Formeinheit mit einem Ventilstößel (44) und einem der seitlich vorgesehenen Auslassöffnung (41) zugeordneten Ventilteller (42) aus gegenüber dem Gehäusekörper (18) oder dem stegartigen Zwischenelement (26) weicherem Kunststoff ausgeht, wobei das Zwischenelement aus der Verschlussstellung unter zeitweiligem Verformen der Stirnscheibe (24) relativ zur Auslassöffnung (41) auslenkbar ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein außerhalb des Gehäusekörpers (18) verlaufender Abschnitt des stegartigen Zwischenelements (26) einen Tastenkörper als Betätigungsorgan (28) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilstößel (44) des Ventiltellers (42) an dem stegartigen Zwischenelement (26) im Bereich einer Gelenkstelle (46) gelagert ist, wobei gegebenenfalls der Gehäusekörper (18) aus Polypropylen geformt ist und/oder die Formeinheit (20) aus Ventilteller (42) und Ventilstößel (44) aus Polyethylen geformt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Tastenkörper (28) rückseitig ein Anschlagelement (29) angeformt ist, das in Verschlussstellung in Abstand zu einer von der Stirnseite des Gehäusekörpers (18) abragenden Lagerzunge (30) od.dgl. Profilelement steht, wobei die Lagerzunge bevorzugt dem diametral der Auslassöffnung (41) gegenüberliegenden Umfangsbereich des Gehäusekörpers oder dem der Auslassöffnung (41) benachbarten Umfangsbereich des Gehäusekörpers (18) zugeordnet ist (Fig. 2 bzw. 4).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilteller (42) einem die Auslassöffnung (41) umgebenden Rand oder Rohrstutzen (38, 38a) an der Außenseite des Gehäusekörpers (18) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ventilteller (42) einem die Auslassöffnung (41) umgebenden Rand oder Rohrstutzen (38, 38a) an der Innenseite des Gehäusekörpers (18) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tastenkörper (28) vorderseitig an wenigstens eine Sicherungslasche (32) angeschlossen und diese andernends mit dem Gehäusekörper (18) und/oder dessen Stirnscheibe (24) verbunden ist, wobei gegebenenfalls eine an den Tastenkörper (28) einer-seits und die Stirnscheibe (24) anderseits jeweils durch zumindest einen Formstreifen (34) angeformte Sicherungslasche (32) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Tastenkörper (28) ein von ihm ausgehender und zumindest teilweise flexibler Formstrang mit endwärtigem Rastkörper (62) angefügt ist, wobei der Formstrang in Öffnungsstellung des Ventilelements (20) und geneigter Lage des stegartigen Elements (26) in eine Randausnehmung (31) der Lagerzunge (30) so einsetzbar ist, dass der Rastkörper der Außenfläche der Lagerzunge anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Auslassöffnung (41) umgebende Rohrstutzen (38, 38a) in einen Winkel (w) zur Längsachse (A) des Gehausekörpers (18) geneigt verläuft, wobei der Winkel bevorzugt etwa 75° mißt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der sich zwischen Rohrstutzen (38, 38a) und Stirnscheibe (24) erstreckende Bereich des Umfanges des Gehäusekörpers (18) einen kürzeren Radius (r1) aufweist als der andere Querschnittsbereich des Gehäusekörpers.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohrstutzen (38a) mit einem Außengewinde (64) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vom Gehäusekörper (18) in Abstand zur Auslassöffnung (41) radial ein Flanschkragen (36) abragt als Anschlagelement für einen auf den Gehäusekörper aufschiebbaren Ringkörper (50) eines Schubflansches (48).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schubflansch (48) und Gehäusekörper (18) durch radial wirkende Retentionspaarungen (54, 56) miteinander rastend dicht verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein endwärtiger Ringflansch (52) des Schubflansches (48) an den Flüssigkeitsbehälter (12) einen Durchbruch begrenzend, fest angeschlossen ist.
