Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Teilen eines Produktstroms (1),
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:
Führen einer Vielzahl von Produkten (3) in einer kreisförmigen Bewegungsbahn; Übergabe eines ersten Produkts (1A, 2A, 3A) der Vielzahl von Produkten (3) aus der kreisförmigen Bewegungsbahn heraus nach innen an einen ersten Teilstrom (A); und Übergabe eines zweiten Produkts (3B, 4B, 5B) der Vielzahl von Produkten aus der kreisförmigen Bewegungsbahn heraus nach innen an einen zweiten Teilstrom (B). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sowohl die Übergabe des ersten Produkts (1A, 2A, 3A) als auch die Übergabe des zweiten Produkts (3B, 4B, 5B) von derselben Übergabevorrichtung (30) durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
folgenden Verfahrensschritt:
Übergabe eines dritten Produkts (5C, 6C, 7C) der Vielzahl von Produkten (3) aus der kreisförmigen Bewegungsbahn heraus nach innen an einen dritten Teilstrom (C) und Übergabe eines vierten Produkts (7D, 8D, 9D) aus der kreisförmigen Bewegungsbahn heraus nach innen an einen vierten Teilstrom (D). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der erste, zweite, dritte und vierte Teilstrom (A, B, C, D) in einem Abstand von 90° zueinander entlang einer Kreisbahn angeordnet sind. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste Produkt (1A, 2A, 3A) von einer an einer Basis (20) angeordneten Übergabevorrichtung (30) erfasst und nach einer Drehung der Basis (20) um 90° an den ersten Teilstrom (A) übergeben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sich die Übergabevorrichtung (30) während einer Drehung der Basis (20) um 90° um 180° dreht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das erste Produkt (1A, 2A, 3A) von einer Übergabevorrichtung (30) erfasst wird und nach einer Drehung der Übergabevorrichtung (30) um 180° an den ersten Teilstrom (A) übergeben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sich der erste und zweite Teilstrom (A, B) in Abwärtsrichtung bewegen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
folgenden Verfahrensschritt:
Übergabe eines weiteren Produkts (10A) aus der kreisförmigen Bewegungsbahn heraus nach innen an den ersten Teilstrom (A). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sich das erste Produkt (1A, 2A, 3A) während des Übergabevorgangs um eine Mittelachse (22) einer Basis (20) dreht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine Außenumfangslinie (24) der Basis (20) die kreisförmige Bewegungsbahn definiert. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Schritt des Zuführens der Produkte (3) das Transportieren der Produkte (3) auf einem flachen Förderband umfasst. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Schritt des Zuführens der Produkte (3) das Transportieren der Produkte in einer Greifervorrichtung (70) umfasst. - Vorrichtung zum Teilen eines Produktstroms (1, 101),
gekennzeichnet durcheine um eine Mittelachse (22) drehbare Basis (20, 120) mit einer Außenlinie (24) und einer Innenlinie (26); undmindestens eine an der Basis (20) befestigte Übergabevorrichtung (30) zur Aufnahme der Produkte (3, 103) des Produktstroms (1), die in eine erste Position zur Übernahme eines ersten Produkts (1A, 2A, 3A) des Produktstroms (1) an der Außenlinie (24) und in eine zweite Position zur Übergabe des ersten Produkts (1A, 2A, 3A) an einen Teilstrom (A) an der Innenlinie (26) bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass vier Übergabevorrichtungen (30) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Basis (22) eine Nabe und vier von dieser Nabe ausgehende Arme (27a, 27b, 27c, 27d, 27e, 27f, 27g, 27h) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine erste der Übergabevorrichtungen am von der Nabe entfernten Ende eines der vier Arme (27a, 27b, 27c, 27d, 27e, 27f, 27g, 27h) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Basis (20) eine Nabe und acht Arme (27a, 27b, 27c, 27d, 27e, 27f, 27g, 27h) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Übergabevorrichtung (30) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie in der zweiten Position an der Außenlinie (24) ein zweites Produkt (3B) aufnehmen kann.
