Claims (7)
- Strangführung einer durch Umbau aus einer vorhandenen Kreisbogenanlage hervorgegangenen Vertikalabbiege-Stranggießanlage mit einer geraden Kokille (1) und einer der Vertikalabbiegestrecke (2) vorgeordneten vertikalen Strecke (3) sowie nachgeordneten horizontalen Strecke (4), umfassend:eine erste Biegezone (5) und eine zweite Biegezone (6);eine Übergangs-Richtzone (7);eine Hauptradius-Führungszone (8);eine Übergangs-Endrichtzone (9);
die erste Biegezone (5) mit einem Biegebereich vergleichsweise intensiveren Abbiegens und die zweite Biegezone (6) mit einem anschließenden Biegebereich vergleichsweise sanfteren Abbiegens ausgebildet ist, wobei die Strangführung in der ersten Biegezone (5), ausgehend vom unendlichen Radius der vertikalen Strecke (3), mit einer Krümmung aus einer Folge stetig kleiner werdender Radien (R1i) und in der zweiten, daran anschließenden Biegezone (6) mit einer zur ersten Biegezone (5) vergleichsweise weniger intensiven Krümmung (R2i) abgebogen ist, und dass die Übergangs-Richtzone (7), welche den Übergang zwischen den Biegezonen (5, 6) und der Hauptradius-Führungszone (8) bildet, eine stetige Krümmung mit steigender Länge der sie bildenden Radien (ΔR) aufweist. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Biegezone (5) und die zweite Biegezone (6) sowie die Übergangs-Richtzone (7) jeweils klothoidenförmig ausgebildet sind. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergangs-Endrichtzone (9) anschließend an die Hauptradius-Führungszone (8) von Radius (Rend) mit stetig länger werdenden Radien bis (Rendlos) aufgebogen ist und in die horizontale Strecke (4) übergangslos einmündet. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergangs-Endrichtzone (9) klothoidenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Strangführung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Biegezone (5) und die zweite Biegezone (6) sowie die Übergangs-Richtzone (7) und die Übergangs-Endrichtzone (9) mindestens in Teillängen der Form einer Klothoide folgen. - Strangführung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertikalabbiegestrecke (2) als eine zusammengesetzte Kurve mit unterschiedlichen Teillängen (5, 6, 6, 7) von Klothoiden und einem Kreisbogen (8) ausgebildet ist. - Strangführung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Vertikalabbiegestrecke (2) ausbildende Hauptradius-Führungszone (8) aus einem teilweise verkürzten, ansonsten bezüglich Bauart und Krümmungsradien unveränderten Teilen (5, 6, 7, 9) der vorhandenen Kreisbogen-Anlage besteht.
